Courts have pickleball markings and are heavily used for pickleball but they also have tennis markings and can be used that way. Courts seem good but have narrow clearance so they’ve had some negative reviews.  They are also kind of randomly locked for some reason so be aware of that.  I have played on them and they seem fine but the pickleball lines are very bright and could be distracting to some.
