This is a tennis club and non-members can buy court time but it is fairly expensive.

The lights on the permanent courts and the lights in the bubble seem very different with the bubble lights being decent and the permanent lights being kind of dim.  If you’re renting time, I’d opt for the bubble because the lighting is clearly better.  However both courts seemed playable and the site has pictures of both.
