All right, I was actually hoping to finish the whole thing on curses tonight, but I
try to put things in an orderly fashion, and then interruptions come, and we get
off track, and then we got to come back so it prolongs it all. We did talk about
something last week that I thought, let's just finish that. It's gonna be its
own little section in the book, but we got into it far enough. I might also just
give you the story and a few of the scriptures. Of course, all the scriptures
and everything will be in the book when we do that. But it was the question about
can demons be reconciled? Or another way to say it, can demons get saved? Okay, so
let's just go through the story. Before I do that, let me say this, because
people will ask, well, then Satan can get saved? No, Satan cannot, because it's
already prophesied he is done. Whatever he's done, he's gotten beyond God's
forgiveness. He has committed the unpardonable sin, if you want to call
it that. There's three in scripture that are absolutely doomed, no matter what
they do, they're doomed. Satan, false prophet, and the Antichrist. Those are
doomed. So let me give you the story. Let me give you some scriptures. Before I
do, let me say this, this is not a salvation issue for you and I. So don't
get all bent out of shape if you disagree with me, because in the end, it
doesn't affect your salvation, doesn't affect my salvation. But it is something
that happened, and it is something that questions come up. And, you know, even
before this happened, I had questions come up of the vein of, well, can
demons get saved? Well, absolutely not. And then I had this situation
happen, and it threw me totally upside down. But now I come from a little
different angle. I'll try to explain that a bit here, kind of briefly, but this
will stand at its own, even though we're sliding it in with curses and all
this stuff, it's going to stand alone as its own topic in the book. So
I'm not using maybe as these messages are. But what happened is I was in a
deliverance thing where there was something manifesting through someone,
and it was refusing to go down. And of course, like I said before, and we'll
get into it tonight in casting out demons, because of Friday night, now
that was an interruption that makes us say, okay, we have to read a look
at this and talk about this before we can go on. But I was in a
situation where, again, I'm new to all this. I have no idea what's going on.
And they weren't responding to me that well. And this one was there and was
talking through this person and et cetera, not wanting to move. And all of
a sudden it went away and a different one showed up. And the other one
that showed up, the first thing it said to me is, can you help me? I want to
get back to the father or I'm trying to get back to the father want to, some
phrase like that. And I said, no, I can't help you. You're lost. I mean,
you, there's no salvation for demons. I said there is for humans, but
there's not for you. So no, I can't help you. The father, there's no
forgiveness for you. And then it asked this question, which really threw a wrench
at my, my theology, which was, so are you saying the father can't forgive me? Or
the father won't forgive me? And see, that's a loaded question. Because
to step up and say, Oh, yeah, the father can't, why I thought all
things are possible. I thought he's a God who, you know, he's got his, his
rules, he runs by, but I just didn't feel comfortable speaking for God and
saying, Oh yeah, he can't. It's like, nah, I better not go there. And likewise, I
didn't feel comfortable saying, Oh yeah, he won't. He could, but he won't. Yeah,
I don't have enough information. He's never said anything to me. I do not
feel comfortable going there. So I just kind of sat quiet looking at it,
gone. Well, how do I answer this? And I thought, well, the only way out of
this is it wants to pray. So let's, let's pray. It's the only way out. I said,
Okay, I said, I'm willing to pray with you. I said, but no right from the
beginning. This won't work. That's a solid confession of faith. We can do
this, but it won't work. You know, kind of thing. It's okay. I said, I'm going to
just treat you like a human being. Just repeat after me. So I took it through
the sinner's prayer. It had an extreme difficulty saying the name of Jesus
and saying the word blood. Because I intentionally used those two. Because
we have to come in the name of Jesus and it's by his blood this stuff
happens. And when you get to that part of the prayer, it's just like
extreme difficulty. It's like it put it in extreme pain to say that. So anyway,
here I'm sitting in total unbelief, going, well, whatever makes you happy because
I'm not going to speak for the father and say he can't or he won't. So let
me just show you. This won't work. So I lead it through the prayer. And at
the end of the prayer, I just did it like a human being in Jesus' name. Amen.
And it put its head down, said in Jesus' name, amen. And then just sat in it was
sitting in the chair and the demon in the person was manifesting. So I say
it, even though it was the person sitting in the chair, it was just
sitting in the chair. And it's had its head down, just quiet. And I
thought, that's odd. You know, I expected some kind of reaction. So I
waited. I'll bet you I waited 30 seconds. Just nothing quiet.
Finally, it lifted its head up. The person's head up and looked at me. Tears
running down the person's face. It said, please apologize to this person
for everything I have done wrong. I am so sorry how I've hurt this person.
But I have to leave now. The father's calling me. And it was gone. And
I'm going, well, that didn't turn out the way I was pretty sure it
was going to. So now I have a new issue on my plate. I've got to
figure out what's going on. There was another guy with me, a board
member was with me. And I looked at him. And then when it left, the
the person came back. And they had been blacked out. So what
happened? What what happened? It's like, we're not going to share
with you what happened, because we don't really understand what
just happened. I'm not going to talk about it. Once we get
settled on it, we'll talk to you about it. But it was nothing bad
about you. And I looked at him and his face was like, kind of
white looking at me like, what just happened? I said, so I said
right there, I said, if this is God, there has to be scripture.
It has to be in the word someplace where this is not God
at some kind of game they're playing to deceive us, whatever.
So this has to be in scripture. So I'll just give you if you
want them, they'll be in the book. But I'll give you the first
scripture that we found, I read to you last week. And it was
actually the the board member that founded its Ephesians 110
that in the dispensation of the fullness of times, let's see,
I'm in the King James, let me come out of that. I'll go in the
new King James, that in the dispensation of the fullness
of times, he might gather together and one all things
in Christ. If you go back to verse, you know, the
beginning, it's talking about salvation and him we have verse
seven in him, we have redemption through his blood, the
forgiveness of sins, which verse eight, which he made to a
bound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to
us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure,
which he purposed in himself. Verse 10, that in the
dispensation of times, or in other words, the fullness,
the dispensation of the fullness of times, he might
gather together in one all things in Christ.
Both which are in heaven and which are in on earth in him.
And then verse 11 says, in him also we have obtained an
inheritance. So who else obtained an inheritance besides
we? So he came to me, he was all excited. He said, I
think I found a scripture that might indicate what happened
is actually possible. And he gave me that one. So then we
started searching. Chapter three, verse number 10 is
another one. Paul's talking about the mystery of
salvation, verse nine, to make all see what is the
fellowship and mystery, which from the beginning of the
ages has been hidden in God, who created all things
through Jesus Christ to the intent that now the manifold
wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the
principalities and powers and heavenly places, according to
the eternal purpose, which he accomplished in Christ. So
there's a purpose he accomplished in Christ that he
wants the spirit realm to see the wisdom of that in the
church. Then last week, we read Colossians one 15 to
20, which just basically says that reconciliation is for
them. First John two, two, and he himself is the
propitiation for our sins and not for ours only, but also
for the whole world. Okay, so it's like the scripture
keeps kicking the door open. Revelation five, 13, every
creature which is in heaven and on earth and under earth and
such are in the sea and all that are in them, I heard
saying, blessing and honor and glory and power to him who
sits in the throne to the lamb forever and ever. So it's
not just the saints who are going to be giving praises.
There's others. And it's specifically for the lamb. You
know, it's just like, hmm, wonder what that means. So
there's a number of scriptures. The one that's the most
dominant is Colossians. We read that last week. I won't
read it again. It's Colossians one 15 to 20 where it just
says that reconciliation is being offered to the
principalities and the powers in high places and it just
flat out says it. So I had found enough scriptures to
validate maybe God's grace is bigger than I thought it
was or bigger than I taught it was taught it was since sin
started in heaven and the first one subject to sin that
lost, you know, got lost their way were angels. Would it
make sense that when Jesus came to buy back like Paul says
all things, he goes all the way back to the beginning of
where sin started. So even now that was just that was way
too big for me. That was like, nah, I know it happened. I've
had it happen a time or two since. But we were not
going to talk about this. This is not this is this is not
something that I want to be known as the minister who
believes demons can get saved. It's not in my portfolio, so
to speak. But as the years past, Ephesians chapter three
verse 10 and 11 kept bothering me, which says through the
church, the spirit realm is supposed to see the wisdom
of God in his forgiveness. And it's like, it just kept
like poking me. You need to speak up. Why? Because this
is bigger than you and your reputation. This is about
doing what Paul said is supposed to happen through the
church, which is let them know what Jesus did. So I finally
reached, I don't know the age, the point. I don't know. I was
talking to someone the other day and they said, you know, as
people get older, they seem to care less about stuff they
cared about when they were younger. Boy, that is
absolutely true. It's like things that seem so important
when I was in my twenties and thirties. Now it's like, you
know what? I usually use the saying 100 years from now won't
any make any difference. Some of the things that I was
really concerned about in my twenties and thirties 10 years
from now, it won't make any difference. Am I wearing an
under armor shirt? Or not? You know, that's a big thing
in your twenties. You got to stay in style. Well, 10
years from now, they laugh at what was such a big
thing to you 10 years ago. Oh, you're still wearing that. It's
like really, really vain. Frivolous stuff that human
beings chase after because our self worth is tied to it. If I
don't have the right clothes on, Molly, I just I'm not
worth as much. And everybody will let me know, you
know, you need to get up to date with your wardrobe. You
ask a person in their sixties and seventies, how
important is staying in style? They'll look at you and
go, it means nothing in the big picture. Means nothing. But
so I finally said, okay, well, I'm gonna I'm gonna start
just putting it out there. So now I just put it out
there. And I wasn't planning to cover this, but it got
picked up on last week when we were talking about
deliverance, they said, what do you mean by
reconciliation? That's what I mean by it. Also from last
week, one thing I want to correct is in Matthew 522. I
think we said hate is equal with murder. It's actually
anger that is equal with murder. Jesus said, the
law said, thou shalt not murder. But I say unto you,
anyone who's angry with his brother without cause,
murder, and he, you know, there's different
translations, but so we can actually, but we were
talking about generational curses. And how can a
curse of murder get on me? A generational thing get
on me? All we have to do is get angry the wrong
way. And it's the same thing as murder and God's
eyes. Well, how can a witchcraft curse get on my
family? My family's Christian and we don't do
witchcraft stuff. And all we have to do is rebel
for a while, because rebellion is as a sin of
witchcraft. So there's some correlations that we
separate out the big sins and the little sins,
like witchcraft would be a big sin and rebellion.
Well, yeah, it's bad, but it's not near like
witchcraft. In God's eyes, they're equal. There's
no difference. So I just wanted to point out it's
anger or being angry the wrong way is equal with
murder. So those are the two points I wanted to
clear up from last week. And then we were going
to jump into dealing with the rest of the
curses and explain all that and how to get
free of them and how to stay free of them.
And I knew this was going to happen sooner or
later. I was just hoping it was later. So I
could further in this teaching it would be
more organized. But I knew that someone was
going to manifest something sooner or later.
I mean, that's just, you can't talk about it
forever and nobody, nothing pops up. I mean, the
pressure comes on and people are trying to
grow and stuff manifest. So Friday night, we
had stuff manifest. And in defense of all of
you who have been here on Tuesdays and then
gathered around the person to pray for them,
in defense of you, you were not instructed
as thoroughly as you needed to be to deal
with that correctly. That's why I took it
away from you. But what was awesome is
you actually dealt with it about the
same way any Christian who hasn't had
a kind of like a little pattern or a
system laid out, we all do it the
same way. Which is, we begin to freak
out a little bit, because here's a demon
manifesting. And Pastor just asked me to
deal with it, which ups the adrenaline.
So now rather than staying really common
cool, the average person will get a
little ramped up. And the first thing
we do for whatever reason is we lay
hands on them. And we start praying
over them. And we don't pray a calm
prayer like this. It's, in the name of
Jesus, I take the order of you. And so
don't feel bad, you know, because we
hadn't covered this yet. And it
happened. So now we, now for me to do
right by you, we have to cover some
of this. So that's where we're going
to start tonight, which is casting out
demons. This will be in its own section
in the book. It won't be in with curses
and stuff like that. But let's talk
about this. And I'm going to expand a
little bit beyond what we talked about
Friday night. Number one, and we just
got a few point outline here. Number
one, before you start casting demons
out, determine if a demon is present.
Now on Friday we knew it was
present, but this is just a basic
outline. What makes us think the
person has a demon or what makes us
think there's a demon present that
needs to be cast out? The reason I
bring that up is because we don't
want to get weird. And there's
demons in doorknobs and demons in
keychains and demons. You know, I
came to church and I sat in the
chair and I just knew a demon was
sitting beside me. I mean, let's not
get weird. Did you see it? Did it
slap you? How do you know there was
just a feeling I had? Well, you know,
I have a lot of weird feelings too. It
don't make them right. It doesn't
make them accurate. So if there's
a demon present, for me, my gauge is
there has to be some kind of
manifestation. Or I'm not going to
say they're present. If you come to
me and say, I want you to cast some
demons out of me. I say, how do you
know you have any? Well, I don't know.
It's just a thought I have and I just
want to be sure. I'm not going to cast
anything out of you because I have no
proof there's anything in you. So
number one, determine something is
there. The most common
manifestation that I see and that
Mary concurs with me in this is you
can see it in the person's eyes. And
I didn't want to make a big
spectacle Friday night, but any of
you who are paying attention to the
eyes of the person before you put
the demon in torment and it started
wailing and screaming because your
prayers were effective. But it's
like rather than cutting the be
hived down and getting rid of it,
you were standing there with a stick
hitting it and just winding it up.
And I've done that. That's the reason
I recognize this so quickly is
because that's where I started. I had
no idea what I was doing. So you
just start taking authority over and
commanding it to go. And that's
like taking a stick and just hitting
a beehive. There has to be some
leading of the spirit here. But
if you paid attention, there was,
you could see it in the person's
eyes. The eyes are the lamp to
the body. So whatever is in this
temple, you're going to see in the
eyes and you can generally see them
looking out at you. Once you've seen
that two, three times, it's
unmistakable. I mean, it doesn't
take a brain surgeon to figure out
whether they got it or not. You
can be having a casual conversation
with a person in the church for
year and say something and one just
looked at me out of that person.
That to me is a manifestation.
Because once you've seen it, you
know it. Now a physical part of
the eyes that can happen, not
always, but a lot of times does,
is the pupils of the eyes
constrict either very small or
they dilate and become very large.
They'll just, the pupil just
cover almost the whole iris area
and or they'll go back and
forth. And the light in the
room is not changing. Nothing has
changed, but the pupil either
goes this way or goes down so
small. It's like a pin point of a
pin and you can barely see it. Or
it starts doing this. That's
typical if a demon is
manifesting because they're
struggling to gain control of the
body. They don't have full
control. They have partial
control. And it's seen in they
can't control and focus that eye.
It's like, whoa, it's going back
and forth. So they get big, they
get small, or they might do
both. The pupils can also, when
they get big, cover the entire
iris area there. Or sometimes
the entire eyeball will go
black. If you've ever seen
that, the white disappears
and the whole eye turns black
or many times it will become
elongated like a snake or a
lizard. And the pupil actually,
and it's usually up and down.
It's usually not this way. It's
usually up and down. And the
pupil is no longer round. It
just elongates out like a
lizard or a snake. Well, that
to me is a manifestation. That's
not normal. It's not supposed
to work that way. So I want to
see some kind of manifestation.
Another thing they will do is
they will begin speaking or
growling or hissing or grunting.
Might be in the person's voice
tone. It may not, may sound
like some other person, doesn't
have to sound like some other
person, may just sound like
you. Like for instance, then
and Mary shared this story
before, so I think I can
share it without any problem.
When she had just had the
surgery for cancer and she was
bound and determined to go do
some things. So at that time
we still had chickens. So she
went to Fleet Farm to buy some
chicken food. And in the Isle
Way comes this old man
shuffling along and started
talking with her. And he said,
so you got chickens, huh?
Yeah. Then he goes off into
the story of how his brother
had chickens and his brother
died of cancer and the cancer
came from the chickens or
whatever. And she had just had
surgery. Okay. To me, that's a
manifestation. Because what
that spirit is after is her
faith. And trying to kill
that. I mean that's how many
times you walk up into the Isle
of someone and start talking
to them about the very disease
they're trying to have
victory over. In a very
negative fashion. You know, he
died about, I don't know, it
seemed like people with
chickens, they all probably
going to die of cancer. It's
like, oh, thank you for the
good word. You know, that to
me is a manifestation. Sometimes
during a message, I don't know
if it's happened a lot lately,
but there's been times during
a message or during a service,
during praise and worship, someone
will start grunting or
growling. They don't know
they're doing it. But you're
not far from them and they're
or hissing. Don't tell me
that's the anointing of God.
That's not the anointing of
God. That's some critter in
them stirring up under the
anointing of God. So to me,
that is, yes, that's a
manifestation. Does it mean we
cast it out right away? No,
because again, you don't want to
chase something out where
they're not prepared to hold
the ground. And it riles up a
few more and brings them back
and so forth. Here's one that
people don't recognize a lot.
If a person is seeing or
hearing a demon, like
especially at night, seems to
be when it happens the most,
not so much during the day, but
at night, they can see demons
or they can hear demons at
night. To see or hear a
spirit, we need spiritual
help because as a human
being, that is not possible
to us to see in the spirit
realm. So either we're
operating under the discerning
of spirits by the Holy
Spirit, or we're operating
under the ability of a
demonic spirit. And the guy
who mentored me said it
this way, because I had
called him one time and I
said, I got a person that
we're doing deliverance
with and I thought we had
them clean, but they claim
they still see a spirit
in the room at night. He said
anytime someone sees a spirit
for no godly reason. He says
there's still a spirit in them.
He says they're not clean.
There's a spirit in them
giving them the ability,
giving the person the ability
to see that spirit. So if
you're seeing demons without
a godly purpose, in other
words, you're not trying to
chase them out of your
family. You're not trying
to chase them out of your
house. You're not taking
guard over your own life,
standing guard for
yourself and the Holy
Spirit is showing you. Here's
what you're dealing with.
It's just a random thing
that maybe scares you,
torments you, aggravates
you. There's no real godly
place this is going. You
probably have demons that
need to be dealt with.
That's why you're seeing
them. Because what it's
producing you is not
godly fruit, it's producing
fear. Fear is not of God.
So they're trying to stir you
up in fear so they can
probably get more ground
or get you to do something
that you're not supposed
to do. I was talking with
someone the other day
and they were dealing
with a cursed situation
and they had, they were,
they woke, I think they
woke up or they were
laying on their bed. I
think they woke up in
the middle of the night and
there was a spirit
standing right beside the
bed that took the shape of
a wolf standing on its back
two legs and it was fairly
tall. And there was another
one in the room that was
smaller but took the shape
of a wolf and was just
standing and staring at
him. And okay. So they
dealt with it and told
to get out of here and
et cetera. So they
started praying. They said,
okay, Lord, what is that
about? And the Holy Spirit
said the familiar spirits
who are over the curse
that you're trying to break,
that's one of them. And
they're coming to see
what's going on because
obviously they don't want
that broken. And I just
let you see it. So you
know, yeah, this is real.
We got to deal with this.
So there we have, there
would be a godly purpose
in that the Holy Spirit
is inspiring the person.
Yes, go after this. Deal
with this. But if you wake
up in the middle of the
light, like for instance,
here is one that I won't
say the name of the person.
They were a child. Oh,
I don't know. Five years
old, four years old,
five years old, six years
old, something in there.
And they woke up
and there was a wolf
standing at the end of the
bed that was just ferocious,
just growling and foaming
at the mouth, this, that
and the other. And they
got all freaked out
and the wolf jumped into
them and disappeared.
Totally freaked, you know,
what five-year-old is
ready for that? There's
a lot of adults not ready
for that. You know,
totally freaked them out
and they never told
anybody for years
because they thought
people would think
they're crazy and this,
that and the other.
Well, during a
deliverance session
that came out. Well, you
know, I had a wolf
jump into me when I was
five and it was,
it was a very ferocious
wolf and this. I said,
jumped into you. Yep,
jumped into me. Well,
what do you think
that is? It's not God.
But you saw a spirit
come into you. So,
we got to deal with that.
So, seeing things,
there has to be a godly
reason. If a person
is seeing or hearing
demonic spirit and it's
not of the Holy Spirit,
the person has demons.
That's how they have
the ability to see
into the spirit realm.
Here's another one,
a manifestation. If the
person is being
touched, attacked or molested
at night, usually,
by a spirit. They don't have
to be at night, but usually
it's at night. It's under
the cloak of darkness.
Again, for them to have
access to you from the
outside, there has to be
demonic ground inside
that's giving them the
access to you. So,
we can't just deal
with the outside stuff.
We have to deal with
whatever is inside that's
giving them the right
to do that. This one,
the person is blacking
out or losing consciousness
and unaware of large
periods of time. That's
typically demonic, and by
this point, they've gained
enough access to your
brain that they are now
living through your body
and enjoying life through
your body like you are
enjoying life through your
body. Because remember,
they're disembodied spirits
and they want a body to be
able to live in and live
through. Well, many times
when people are blacked
out, like for instance,
they'll say, well, you know,
I was on the way to
Walmart and I didn't
remember anything until
I had my cart full of
stuff and I was checking out
and all of a sudden it's like,
why am I standing here
checking out? I remember
being on the road. Just
blackouts and chunks
of time missed. Chunks
of days missed. Really
severe ones, they can miss
days to where literally
it's like they'll, they'll
in the morning they'll,
what day is this? Well,
it's Tuesday. Tuesday.
Wow. Last I remember was
Saturday. You have no memory
of nothing between Saturday
and now. It's either really,
really severe mental illness
or we got a demon that has
really made itself at home.
And it's, it's manifesting
and living through the person
because now it has a body
and a willing recipient.
And here's one.
The demons begin manifesting
and using the body
as it were their own.
Talking, moving, walking,
violence, like for instance,
sometimes in prayer lines
someone will go down
under the power
and then they'll begin
kind of slithering like a snake.
They, they don't know
they're doing it.
But, you know, they start
on the floor, they start
doing that. Well, that's
a demon manifesting.
See, so when we're going
to cast something out,
I'm listing these because
we want to see
that there's actually something
there
rather than, well, I was praying
about it and I just think
that so-and-so has a demon.
We need to cast it out.
Or I think they have
all these different demons.
They're having trouble
being truthful.
They lie a lot.
So they need demons cast out.
How do you know one's in there?
There might not be
anything in there.
They might have a lying problem.
You know, they have
some responsibility
for their life too.
Not everything is a demon.
Well, I just think
if we cast something out,
then they won't be having
such a lying problem.
No, actually, they need
to get sanctified.
And as they're getting
sanctified, if something
manifests, well, we'll get
rid of that at the same time.
But it's so easy in the
normal church person's
mindset to go chase a demon,
because if we get rid of that,
all my problems disappear.
No, your problems are there
because of you.
Demons are just writing
your problem.
They're not the problem.
The sin is the problem.
We have to deal with the sin
to get rid of the demon.
Or once the demon's gone,
we have to deal with the sin
so that it's dealt with
correctly and the person
has cleaned up.
But there can be all kinds
of manifestations that
bodily manifestations,
walking, talking,
things like that.
Well, okay, so that's demonic.
Like, for instance, Jesus
had the one where the
disciples couldn't cast out,
where it was a child in the
fire.
Well, you know, either you're
really looking for death,
or you have a problem
to be throwing yourself
in a fire.
There's something off with
that.
What's a physical manifestation?
It's a demon trying to kill
the kid.
So that's what we're talking
about, those kind of things.
This one, there needs to be
some type of definite
manifestation to declare
the person has demonic problems.
It needs to be more than
I feel like they have demon
problems, or the Lord told me
they have a spirit, or a spirit
of, or whatever.
I don't go much by
the Lord told me they have
problems.
I don't know if the Lord
actually told you something
or not, or if you're totally
missing it.
The Lord told me I have
problems, and that there's
this demon in me.
Well, get rid of it then.
You don't need my help.
You already have the ticket
to it.
Kick it out.
So, to me, to go after
some kind of demonic thing,
there needs to be a manifestation.
Okay?
So once the manifestation
takes place, like on Friday
night, there was a prayer line
and Mary saw it in the
person's eyes.
He said, oh, right there it
is.
So, she said, as I pointed
it out, and she didn't point
it out like, look everybody,
this person has a demon.
She pointed it out to the
demon, I see you, in a way
that nobody else understood.
Well, now it knew it was had.
So, now it wanted to defend
it.
They don't want to leave.
Wanted to defend its ground,
wanted to defend its territory.
So, Mary went and prayed
over it a little bit,
prayed for the person,
and it just stirred.
And she came back on the
platform.
I was waiting to have Dave
do the foot washing thing.
That's what I was up there for.
And this happened just before
that.
And she came up and stood by me
and I looked at her and I said,
you know that demon's not gone,
don't you?
She said, yeah, I can tell that.
Let's just wait and see what
happens.
Because it was just stirring.
So, then it didn't take long.
Then I opened up, I said,
everybody who's here on Tuesday
night for this class, come up.
There's a demonic thing going
on here, cast it out.
And I believe,
if correct me if I'm wrong,
I believe as the people gathered
around and started praying,
then through the person,
they started wailing.
Is that how timeline on it?
And started kind of
and wailing kind of thing.
Well, what was happening is
we were beating on it
and it didn't want to go,
but it was feeling the pain
and the pressure of the prayers
that were happening.
And it was picture yourself
in a hurricane and you're hanging
on to a pole so that you're
not going to get blown out into
the ocean and you're starting
to lose grip.
You're in a wrestling match
and you've got somebody in a hole
that you think you can pin them,
but now you're starting to lose grip.
I've heard and watched many times
people in situations
where they can tell they're losing grip.
What are they doing?
It's just some verbal expression
of the doing everything they can
to hang on.
That's all it is.
Well, that's what the demon was doing.
It was giving verbal expression,
but it wasn't going away.
It was just dragging on.
It wasn't leaving.
The longer it drug on,
the more it and the person
were being tormented.
So I used to think that's how
you get them out.
You just torment them until
they can't take it anymore
and then get them out.
Well, it works.
It's hard on the person
and the demon will eventually
leave if you torment them long enough.
But here's the kicker.
The one that came up
that you're tormenting
is not the strong men.
Rarely, if ever,
do they jump up and say,
woohoo, here I am.
Cast me out.
They don't do that.
Remember, they're masters of deception.
They want to stay.
So they take one of their minions
and shove them up
and let them get tormented
and let them get cast out
and see if we're going to go.
Oh, glory to God.
We got it out.
They're free.
And then they just go quiet inside.
Just hide.
So I finally came
to the understanding
that you can torment them out,
but you don't torment a strong man out.
They're the ones who will get
in your face and cuss you out
and tell you your God is dead.
And everything you're saying
is not true.
And I mean,
you will not torment a strong man out
because they have the right
to be there.
You have to cut that off
until that legal right is taken away.
You're not going to torment them out.
They're just going to harass
you to no end.
But here's usually what happens
is demons feed off of
and gain strength from anything
that is to the kingdom of darkness.
Remember, there's two flows.
Remember that.
God flow and demonic flow.
If you begin operating
in any of the kingdom of darkness flows,
these things,
the demon will use the energy
coming off of you to defeat you
because now you're in the flow
of the kingdom of darkness
trying to cast them out.
The anointing that you actually
stepped under now,
mixing that anointing with
God's anointing,
is actually mixed with darkness
and it doesn't work.
Things like this,
fear, hate, ungodly anger,
your own personal sins.
If you're ever in a deliverance
session and they call you out
on something and you just know,
oh man, they got me.
They're right.
Don't stop the deliverance session.
Just say,
hang on a second
and clear it up
and say,
God, we'll talk about this later
and deal with this later.
Forgive me,
cleanse me from all unrighteousness
as I confess it is in
and go back doing deliverance
because you just got rid of their
their amul.
Yeah, their distraction.
Unbelief,
you know,
the longer you pray for something
and nothing happens,
the question starts going
through your head.
Is this thing going to leave or not?
That is unbelief.
They will feed off of that.
They can feel that.
They can sense that.
It will hinder your ability
to cast them out.
I have numerous stories on this
that happened to me.
The one that comes back to my mind is
we were in a church,
we were in a classroom
to get away from everybody else.
Same guy was with me
who was with the night
that one got saved.
He was there with me
and we're dealing with this person
and this thing is just being
belligerently aggravating,
just belligerent.
And
I was...
It was like standing in front of me
right in front of a wall
and
just cussing me out
and not responding to me at all.
And I got angry.
And I grabbed the body of the person.
You know, in my mind,
I'm grabbing the demon
because it's like,
I'm so focused on you.
I'm going to get you out.
And I grabbed the body of the person
and I pushed the person up
against the wall.
Because it's like,
it's like you're grabbing a human being
and I pushed them up
against the wall
and it stopped saying everything.
And it looked at me
with this little smirk
and I knew...
Well, now it's useless
because I just stepped over
into the wrong flow
to get it out
and a kingdom divided against itself,
it doesn't work.
So you can't use the tools
of the kingdom of darkness
to get something out.
And I looked at the guy who was with me
and he looked at me
with this surprised look like,
What are you doing?
And I told him,
I said, I'm too involved.
Take over.
I'm going to step back here
for a bit and get a regroup.
Because it reached in
and made me not godly angry,
made me angry.
Like, I'm going to beat you out
if I have to kind of thing.
Pushed it against the wall
and that push out of
what came off of me,
it smirked at me like,
yeah, now you'll never get me out
because now you're operating
in my kingdom.
So we have to
we have to stay calm.
It's paramount
or we're prolonging the issue.
If it manifests,
just like Friday night,
command it to go down
because it's in the brain,
it's manifesting,
it's taking over.
Just command it to go down
and that becomes the first thing.
If you leave it up,
it turns into a long fight
and I learned that the hard way.
Well, I'm going to talk to it
and it's going to talk to me
and we're going to get to the bottom of this.
It goes on for hours
and you don't get anywhere.
It's just an aggravating,
long drawn out thing.
And again,
like I said,
right at the beginning of this series,
there's difference deliverance people
who do things different ways.
And I'm not criticizing any of them.
Some of them use the method of
they talk to the demon
and get the demon to reveal itself.
And so we'll ask between them and God.
If that's what God wants them to do,
so be it.
Not going to criticize them,
but I'm done with that.
I've been around that bush
and now I don't want to talk to you.
You got nothing to tell me.
That's of any value.
And I'll command it to go down
speaking with demons.
They're liars.
They lie.
John 844 Jesus said,
there's no truth in them.
Speaking of the devil,
well, they're of his kingdom.
So from my experience,
95% plus of the information
you get from them is mostly a lie.
They're somehow trying to deceive you.
And the other 5%,
you really have to pick through it
and extrapolate through it
because there's truth hidden in there.
But you got to find it.
The one thing I did learn,
this is a side thought
in case you ever get caught in the situation.
The one thing, again,
my mentor told me,
he said,
if you ever get caught in those situations,
do not command them to speak truthfully.
They don't know what you're talking about.
They don't know truth.
They don't understand truth.
They have no truth.
They can't speak truth.
He said,
but the one thing that will help
doesn't mean they're not
just blowing a lot of smoke and so forth,
but you'll get more correct information
is he said,
command them to speak accurately
because they work
under more of a legalistic system.
Boy, in every little jot and tittle counts.
So they know what accuracy is
and that can help
if you get caught in a situation like that.
I try to just avoid them now
and not even go there
because it's...
I don't like pushing people against the wall.
It's so aggravating.
The demons that manifest first
are rarely the strong men.
They put the weaker ones up
to engage with them.
Just as frustrating,
it can become a waste of time.
So under the heading of
if it manifests,
command them to go down,
that's what we did.
That's why
when, before I even
sat the person down,
I said,
pick up your head and look at me
because I wanted to see
what I was looking at.
Yeah, it was still there.
So that's when I said,
I don't want to talk to you.
You go down.
I want to talk to this person.
And it was...
it was hesitant
because it's giving up control
to go down.
So you just...
that's it.
You will go down
and you'll go down now.
Period.
End of subject.
Now go.
And then it released.
Sometimes calling the person
back helps.
Like I did on Friday.
I said,
are you there?
Can you hear me?
And it took a couple of times
and then the person said,
yeah, I think I think I'm
hearing you
because they were...
they were kind of out of the
picture when that demon was
there.
So then I sat him down
and
we're going for calm now.
We're going to take down
the wound upness
and I thought Kevin's
question was really good
on
if this is God,
what we're doing,
why did it get so chaotic?
Because it wasn't God.
Our approach...
what we were trying to do
was God.
It's not what we were doing
that was wrong.
It was the approach
that was wrong.
So his question was really
pertinent,
which leads to
the other part of his question,
which I answer here.
If there are a few people
who know what they're doing,
you can work together on this.
If not,
one person needs to take the lead.
Otherwise,
you get what we had Friday
night.
Everybody's talking at once
and
and it just ramps itself up.
By nature,
it just kind of ramps itself up.
And that's exactly what
you don't want
because they will feed off
of the energy of the fear
and the adrenaline
and that we got to do
something
in the name of Jesus.
They'll just feed off of that
and they won't leave
because you've crossed over
from the godly flow
to the ungodly flow.
God doesn't operate like that.
When God was creating
the heavens and the earth,
I highly doubt
at any point the Father said,
Light!
Light, you have to shine!
I don't think God ever ramped up.
He said, Let there be light.
I said, Let there be light!
Come on!
No, I don't think God did that.
It's not faith.
He knew what He said
would happen.
What's there to get all excited about?
Stay calm.
Then if it manifests,
work with it
and that if you're going together,
if you know what you're doing,
you can work with it
and it works really well.
If everybody's kind on the same page,
if not, then one person needs
to take the lead
or it will ramp up.
Number five,
in casting demons out,
don't back up from the person
move into their space.
Most Christians will,
once they see what they're dealing with,
they'll take a step or two back
in the name of Jesus.
You know what that step or two back is?
Fear. That's fear.
Not only did you physically show them,
see the thing we have to understand
is in the spirit realm
where they operate,
we are light.
We're containers of light as Christians.
You've got the kingdom of darkness
where people are filled with darkness
and you've got people
who are filled with light.
And we're going to,
we won't get there tonight.
It's in Luke 11.
Jesus talks about the light being
that's in us being darkness.
And if the light that's in us is darkness,
how great is that darkness?
It is possible in this temple
to have light areas and dark areas.
Dark areas are the areas
that are not fully submitted
or sanctified yet.
Those are the areas the demons leave.
I mean live.
That's where they live.
If you have a disease in your stomach,
spiritually that will be a dark area.
Literally the light,
the spiritual light coming out of you,
you'll be light all over except right there.
It'll be dark because what's there
is of the kingdom of darkness.
And it's not letting that light shine.
Well, they are of the spirit realm.
So when they look at you,
they're reading your light.
And when you go to fear in some way,
they can see it.
And they'll encourage it.
When you go to anger,
when you go to whatever,
anything that's of their kingdom,
they can see it coming from you.
So they just go with that.
Because that they need, that they like.
So when you take a step back,
you just not only physically told them,
but something in your emanation just changed
and the light probably grew much dimmer.
Just the first thing you do is what Jesus would do.
And he showed us that numerous times.
He went in and laid his hands on the lepers.
He didn't step back.
10 feet, I need my mask.
I'm going to heal you now.
No love embraces.
Love moves close because love is not afraid.
Jesus was never afraid of catching leprosy.
Jesus was never afraid of catching anything.
So he steps right in.
So when you're dealing with someone,
one of the ways you actually gain control
is you move right into their space.
I am here, the spirit of God's in me.
We are going to deal with this.
Rather than you stay there, you stay there.
Stay there.
Now in Jesus' name.
Oh man, yeah, you're in a downhill slide right now.
And that thing is just going to play you
because you're in fear.
You got out of the godly flow of faith
and boldness and peace and assurance.
And you moved into an ungodly flow
and they know it immediately.
So stay close, get right in close.
Who you are overshadowing them
rather than who they are overshadowing you.
It's all here.
He who dwells in the shelter of the most high
will rest in the shadow.
While they're trying to describe,
move in really close to God.
Let him overshadow you.
The closer you get to God, the more the rest,
the more the peace, the more whatever.
So get real close to him.
You don't have to lay hands on him.
Demons are cast out by our words,
not by laying on of hands.
It's just a side thought.
It's just, again, and this may sound odd,
but they have to leave.
They're going to leave.
I don't want to torment them any more than I have to
before they leave.
If I touch them, it's going to hurt them.
They will feel it.
Why do I want to hurt them?
Well, I hate them.
Well, you better come out of that hate,
because as long as you're in that hate,
they're not leaving.
Because you're in the wrong kingdom now.
Love overcomes everything.
You don't need love 90% of the time,
and then there's those few difficult situations in life
you need hate to just push it over to victory.
No.
Love is the greatest.
So the whole concept of if I know I'm damaging them,
I will try to avoid that.
Like I said, it's a whole different concept
than I started with.
Because what I started with is
the Lord, I think it was the Lord,
because I got in some really bad situations,
and they were just totally out of control.
And the Lord knew I'm like a frog in a hailstorm
just blinking and being pounded to death.
So he said, use the word smite.
It's an Old Testament word, King James word.
Smite them.
What throws them into huge pain?
When in the name of Jesus I smite you,
and I will continue to smite you,
and it will beat you until you listen to me.
It works, but it throws them into huge pain.
And typically speaking,
since they're of a rebellious kingdom anyway,
once you're using torture to control them,
you think they're calming down or winding up.
They're winding up, and everybody in there
is winding up with them.
And it works to control them,
but you've got the good, perfect, and acceptable will of God.
Well, it's acceptable to do it.
But there's a better way.
And as I learned some things,
then I started doing the better way.
And they're much easier to work with and deal with.
So I don't lay hands on
simply because my hands carry the anointing of God.
And that spirit is manifesting through that body.
So when I touch that body,
I'm going to be touching that spirit.
So the anointing of God is going to touch that spirit.
We're going to have a huge clash in the spirit realm
where I touch that person.
And it's not going to hurt me.
It's going to hurt them.
And in different ones, I used to do it more.
Sometimes you have to...
You know, if the person gets out of control,
you can't let them hurt themselves.
You got to restrain them.
I don't have a problem with that anymore.
I remember when I did, I talked to my mentor.
I said, what do you do when they are uncontrollable?
And you have to physically hold the person or restrain them
or the demon in them will hurt or damage the person.
He says, I quit doing that.
I said, you quit doing what?
Holding them?
He said, no, I quit allowing that to happen in my sessions.
He said, I just finally got to the point.
It's like, God, we're not doing this anymore.
Either that thing will listen to me because I said so
or I'm not dealing with it.
And he said, something snapped inside of me when I determined
this is how it has to go.
And he said, from then forward, they don't act out on me.
And I'm going, so this is a me problem again, apparently.
They're not listening because something's off in me.
I'm expecting them to act out.
Of course, I was raised in a full gospel church.
And when you talk anytime you're talking to people who know
about demons, no demons can be cast out, but have no experience.
Here's one of the first stories they're going to share with you.
You really need to be careful on that kind of stuff.
You remember the sons of Sceva, don't you?
So you're already going in programmed like, oh yeah,
this thing's going to just blow up and get wild.
Well, if you're expecting it, that's what you get.
So it's not saying that it can't ever try to get goofy again,
but you and I have to come to the point where no, we're not going there,
and then if they don't listen well, get them down and pick another day to deal with them,
and you need to fast a little bit.
Little prayer and fasting fixes all of that,
which I didn't know at the time.
Prayer and fast for a purpose, not just praying fast.
Well, Lord, I'm just praying and fasting.
What for? For the purpose of next time I deal with demons,
when I say sit down, they're going to quit coming at me swinging.
They're going to sit down.
It's amazing what two, three days of prayer and fasting will do to control them.
It's just like a whole different person you're dealing with.
So again, it rests on us, but I don't want to torment them.
They're going to have to go, they're going to have to leave,
but there's no reason in making it worse, because it gets worse for everybody,
because when they're in pain, they usually pass that on to the person,
and the person is feeling everything they're feeling, because they got access to the brain.
And it's going to be very real.
You know, I've had people back then,
I've had people come out of deliverance sessions angry with me.
Why did you make me hurt like that?
Well, I wasn't trying to hurt you.
Well, it felt like I was on fire.
Every time you said, I smite you,
it's like a burst of fire went through me.
And I'm going, oh, oh, sorry, sorry about that.
I didn't intend that to happen to you.
That was supposed to happen to them.
But see, they were just transferring on what they were feeling.
So anything that causes them torment, I try to stay away from.
If they absolutely don't want to go there without a little punch in the nose,
then give them one or two.
Let them know who's in charge.
But typically they won't.
This is going to sound really odd.
But the greatest bulk of demons you encounter that manifest,
if you will show them respect,
they will respond much better.
You say, why would you show them respect?
Because you're showing them love.
Love doesn't disrespect.
God doesn't disrespect anybody.
He loves them.
He'll show them respect, no matter what they're acting like.
He'll show them respect because he loves them.
If you will do that, the greatest bulk of the time,
it almost like just diffuses it.
I don't, it must be a love thing.
I'm not sure what it's all about, but it almost just diffuses it.
You'll have those few that are more the strong men, the belligerent ones.
If you hit a fallen angel occasionally from time to time, you will.
That's rare because fallen angels don't want to go to the pit.
They want to stay free so they can operate.
So rarely will they get in a person and deal with you one-on-one.
But it does happen.
They tend to be really belligerent.
Strong men can be more belligerent.
But most time you're not dealing with strong men.
Most time you're dealing with the minions they push up.
It's like if you run into someone who's really angry,
you run into someone who is being violent.
If you will show them some respect, they will calm down.
If, for instance, a while back, there was a person who was just livid
at a convenience store with their boss.
Their boss told them some of this, that, and the other.
And they were livid.
They're stacking some shelves and doing it in a very...
You could tell they were talking to themselves and they're looking at their face.
You okay?
No, really, are you okay?
Anything I can do to help you?
It looks like you're having a rough day.
You could almost see it drain.
Yeah, I'm angry.
You want to talk about it?
And they calmed down.
They were still angry.
But it's like you let the pressure out.
Now, if I would have said, I don't think your boss wants you to do that.
If you don't knock it off, I'm going to go tell your boss.
You think that would have calmed them down?
That would have ramped them up.
Because they would have perceived that as disrespect.
Why are you sticking your nose into my business?
You're getting me in more trouble.
So a little, little love, little respect, even among human beings goes a long way in helping defuse them.
That's one of the things that is taught in confronting violent situations.
You can either grab them and force them.
And now you got to fight on your hands.
Give them a little respect.
Say, I see you're upset.
I see you're angry.
There's a hard way to do this.
Easy way to do this.
Let's do it the easy way.
Let's just go over here and sit down and talk.
And I'll listen to you.
You'll be amazed.
Okay, fine.
But they'll follow you and you'll sit down and talk with them.
Versus, like for instance, if we have something happen in the church here,
one of the things the guys are supposed to do first is try to verbally de-escalate them.
Don't go up to them and say, if you don't stop this, we're going to drag you out of here.
Don't do that.
Because now you picked a fight.
And as soon as you reach out to them, don't you dare touch me.
And now you're going to have to have four or five guys grab the person,
drag them out.
Where if you'd adjust, hey, I see you're upset.
I see you're angry.
I want to hear what it's about.
Can we talk?
Let's go out there so I can give you my full attention.
Just follow me out.
And if you got something you want to say to pastor, we'll make, I'll make sure
that you get the chance to do that.
But let's talk first.
Give them some respect.
You heard them.
You acknowledge they're upset about something.
You're going to help them solve it.
Give them some respect.
And you'll be amazed.
They'll calm down much quicker than, I'm big and I'm just going to grab you
by the neck and the arm and I'm going to drag you out of here.
That's what it's going to be.
It's going to be, it's going to be a fight.
Because now you're manhandling them.
That's not respect.
Got to get through this.
Then we'll open for questions and answers.
Lead them in James 4-7.
Concerning all curses, all demons, the kingdom and darkness.
Remember, the demon is not the problem.
There's some kind of sin here.
There's some kind of curse active here.
You've got to get the core of the problem dealt with.
Or the demon will just come back with others.
Casting out the demon is not the solution.
Breaking the curse, repenting of the sin, is the solution.
Because that's why the demon's there.
Okay?
So the person needs to, like on Friday night, the person renounced its...
I felt very strongly, they felt very strongly.
It was a generational thing.
So they renounced and broke the generational stuff.
And then we went into dealing with the demons that were involved.
So deal James 4-7.
James 4-7 is everything in deliverance.
Whether you're helping someone or doing it for yourself.
Submit to God, resist the devil.
In every application, here was a generational curse.
Resist the devil.
And deal with it.
Okay?
So now once you're dealing with it, let's talk about that.
Number seven.
State your position and authority.
Now I've done this so much that it's just automatic to me.
You'll have to probably memorize it to begin with.
You know, I am here in the name of Jesus.
My authority is in the covenant.
And I come to you in the blood of Jesus.
Many times I'll say, I am nothing.
You could destroy me.
But Christ is in me.
And that's the authority I'm coming in.
So this has nothing to do with me.
This is the covenant that I stand in.
And through the word of my mouth, by faith, I am going to cast you out.
So you're stating your position, stating your authority.
Now they know you know.
And it will make it much easier to get rid of them.
So with the word of my mouth, I'm going to cast you out.
And the Holy Spirit, who is the finger of God,
is going to cast you out.
You're going to drive you out.
Luke 11.20 calls him the finger of God.
Matthew 12.28, Jesus said, it's by the Holy Spirit I cast out demons.
And Luke 11.20, He said, if by the finger of God I cast out demons.
So the references, the Holy Spirit is like God just going like this.
You know, whatever the big problem is, he just... there.
Take care of that.
And you state that.
You tell them, this is what we're doing.
In a generational curse thing, you cut off the generational curses,
separate them from them.
And you literally say, I cut off whatever is happening here.
That is, you're using a sin ground.
The person has already prayed and cut it off.
And when you lead them in prayer, I want nothing to do with any generational curses.
I want nothing to do with any generational curses.
I command them to be cut off and away from me in my lineage.
They repeat that.
I submit myself to God and I want only Him affecting me spiritually.
Any generational stuff be gone.
You led them in that prayer.
So then when you're speaking to them, it's already cut off.
So now I just restate that.
This person cut off your power and I'm in agreement with them.
And if two or three agree is touching anything, it's done.
So your source of power is done.
Familiar spirits are the ones that go from generation to generation
with generational curses are not necessarily any stronger.
It's the sin ground they're riding that gives them their strength.
If you'll cut that rope back into the generation
so they can't draw on anything,
they're not all that powerful and strong.
But you got to cut that and get rid of that.
And you verbally say,
I cut your power and authority back into the generations.
Right now in Jesus' name, be cut.
And there's a spiritual that just severs it all.
And then bind the strong men
or men, their kingdoms.
Usually I go after strong men
because it's rarely just one kingdom bind that up.
A key there is for me because the one thing again
that my mentor told me is he said they will run and hide.
Once they know you got them,
they will try to disseminate and run and hide.
Some will go out of the person and leave
and wait for you to quit.
And then they'll come back later.
They will scatter.
So if you say something, they're very legalistic.
So if you say something like,
the demon I'm speaking to right now,
that's the only one you're going to get.
Because you didn't call the rest and they're going to call it on you.
Well, you never called me out.
So I'm staying.
No, you bind everything together as the Holy Spirit.
He's the only one who really knows what's going on here.
And the phrase I use, you can use whatever,
but the phrase I use is the Spirit sees and knows the numbers.
He sees you, he knows you by name,
and he knows the exact number of you that need to go right now.
And I bind you all together according to what he sees.
So you're not letting anything run and hide
and you're tying them all together
in a big unit to be cast out.
And you cast them out.
And then you lose the power of the Holy Spirit,
the angels, anything else that God wants to use
for his kingdom to set the person free.
That can be as simple as in the name of Jesus.
Sometimes the Holy Spirit will prompt you to do something else.
But you release your, you know, I'm binding this.
You're no longer allowed here.
And I release the kingdom of God to just wash you out
and fill this person.
And I loose that into this person's life
and announce what will happen and you're leaving.
That's when I state, when you get out,
you're going to be offered reconciliation
because that's the thing between me and God.
You don't have to do that.
That's a me and God thing.
And when I do it, then people notice
and then they ask questions.
But you'll be offered that.
If you refuse that, you're going to the pit.
The King James calls it the abyss or the bottomless pit.
Different versions call it pit or the abyss.
It's usually those of the deep.
I think one version called it the deep cast.
When the demons, the legion was saying to Jesus,
don't cast us into the deep.
He was talking about the abyss or the bottomless pit.
And then in the name of Jesus, I command you to go.
And this is not a head release.
In the name of Jesus, I'm thinking right now,
I, what am I supposed to say?
I'm supposed to say I command you to go.
In the name of Jesus, I command you to go.
That it doesn't come from your head.
Anything you profess for healing,
for financial deliverance,
for a miracle, anything you profess
comes out of your heart.
Comes out of a heart.
James Romans 10 to get saved.
You believe with your head,
you believe with your heart,
and you confess with your mouth.
Let me get it right.
You believe with your heart,
you confess with your mouth.
What comes out of our mouth
is supposed to come not out of our head.
It's supposed to come out of our heart
to have spiritual value.
So from the deepest part of you
in the name of Jesus, go.
And I will focus on myself
to just kind of pull up from here.
Go.
It's not a head word.
It's a heart word.
And that is,
that's all through scripture.

Out of the abundance of the heart,
the mouth speaks.
That's where the power is at.
It's for good or evil.
That's where the power is at.
It's when someone...
Let's say it this way.
When someone says,
you know, and sometimes great
schoolers are junior high
or high schoolers are really good at this.
They say, I hate you.
Is not near as big a curse
as when you can tell they're grabbing
deep inside of themselves and they're going,
I hate you.
And it's everything within them spewing that out.
That carries a whole lot more
than I hate you.
Well, yeah, whatever.
So it's the same thing when you're
when you're speaking life to someone.
In the name of Jesus, I speak life here.
That's not a head spoke.
It's got to come out of the heart.
The deepest part.
I speak life and you try to make
a deposit in the spirit realm,
not just words.
You're releasing your faith.
Best way to say it.
In the name of Jesus, command him to go,
release the faith.
And number 13, the Holy Spirit
instructed me to address.
This is a me thing again.
I've heard different people do it
different ways.
This is how he instructed me.
Uh, address any residue or residual
that would be left behind when they leave.
And residue or residual is any evil.
They will try to leave behind that
will continue to plague the person.
And they will do it.
Things like sickness, disease,
physical damage, pain, infirmity,
weakness, connection or a line.
There was one person I was working with
that when the spirits left,
I saw like a white line,
like a piece of thread.
And it went out here and disappeared,
but it was attached to the person.
And I'm going, what in the world is that?
I just cast the demons out.
What's this?
Well, this is a connection that's left.
So they can still torment that person
from the outside.
And God said, that's like a residue
or a residual, a residual they're leaving.
Sweep that out, get them clean.
Like sometimes when you cast spirits out,
even though you know the demons are gone,
the person will have tormenting dreams.
Well, what is that?
Oh, they still got demons.
They may not have.
There might be an implant.
I don't know if any of you follow much
deliverance stuff or so forth,
but sometimes in the spirit,
the person who's praying over them
will see like a knife stuck in their head
or will see like some kind of creature
on their back with its fingers in their head
or reaching around into their chest
that they have heart problems, things like that.
And it may be a living being,
then again it may just be the power of evil
that was left there.
Like we're going to leave,
but we still got you.
We'll still get you in the end.
You just cleanse that out
so that no evil can continue to affect them.
It's like do the reverse,
and you can always see it easy for Christians.
You can see it in the reverse.
Because they're just imitating God's side.
If you're in a powerful service,
even though the service ends
and that anointing has lifted what was going on,
the residue or the residual of that that got on you
can affect you for days.
And it's like you feel different,
you think different.
It's just somehow you're changed.
Well, that's what I'm talking about in the negative side.
You want to get rid of the evil residue and residual,
you want to keep the positive.
Like for instance, when the guy was thrown in on Elisha's...
Elisha's? Eligis?
Whose bones? Elisha.
Okay, I just confused them.
The guy was thrown in on Elisha's bones,
and he came back to life.
Why?
Because there was a residue of the power of God
in that man's dead bones.
And it was enough to bring this guy back to life.
That's what I'm talking about.
So that's the positive side.
Well, that same residue tries to stick in the negative side too,
because if it can work over there,
it can work over here,
because it's a spiritual law how God set things up to flow.
And if you're in the wrong flow, it'll keep working.
So you just cut that off, just get rid of that.
Any residue, residual, I commanded to get out of here.
I speak it, just be swept out of them,
and they be totally clean.
And then pray for the Holy Spirit
to fill the area that the spirits were filling,
and for the person to mature into and fill that land.
That's the previous book we went through.
They've now got to expand and fill their land.
Some questions that will come up,
before we'll go to questions and answers,
you're pretty quick now.
But some questions that come up,
typically speaking, are,
do you have to know what spirit it is,
or what curse it is to make it go?
Originally, I was taught, yes.
And you have to name it, and you have to bind it.
And if it's a spirit of adultery,
or a spirit of physical abuse or violence,
you have to figure that out,
and you have to bind that,
and you have to deal with that,
and cast that out.
If you don't know what it is,
you can't break it off.
Well,
I've lived through that.
And that is very cumbersome and ugly,
because number one,
we don't know everything,
and even the harder we try to hear the Holy Spirit,
we're going to miss a lot.
And you go on and go on,
I mean, deliverance sessions go on for hours.
I think that this spirit got in this way,
and I think it came through the mom's side,
and it may very well have.
And the Holy Spirit is showing you some things.
I'm not belittling that.
I'm saying it can work that way,
and I know people who do deliverance that way,
because they're trying to name everything
in order to be able to cut it off.
I've been through that,
and I think I shared the story that first night
when I was sharing my experience.
That became so cumbersome to me.
So... I don't know if it just uses words,
it's so tormenting.
Because the guy who was showing me,
he dealt with the category of sin,
like for instance, stealing.
Stealing is a category of sin,
a category of the flow.
Under stealing, you can have
multitudes of kinds of demons
who work with people who have a stealing problem,
and they support that.
And then he would name the main ones
over the stealing category
and bind them up.
And of course, they're always changing
to keep everybody confused and this, that, and it just...
It was a nightmare to me.
Worked good for him.
It was a nightmare to me.
And I began to so despise it and hate it.
And I kept going back to the word.
I said, Jesus never did this.
Paul never had to do this.
When Paul dealt with the girl with divination,
he didn't sit down.
There's no record of he sat down.
And I think this came from your mother's side
and evidently she was involved
in this, that, and the other.
And then, and fished all this out.
He looked at it and said,
you are coming out now.
I don't care what, how you got in.
I don't care what you're doing.
Get out.
I don't need to know the rest.
Jesus did it the same way.
The closest to any knowledge of any kind
that he got that he had to confront something
was the spirit of Legion.
And he commanded it to go and it didn't go.
So what's your name?
Because he, once you got their name,
you got everything.
What's your name?
And it had to give them its name.
Well, then it had to go.
He didn't go into how did you get in?
Was it this person's sin?
Is it a generational sin?
How long have you been there?
Which side did you come from?
What has the person done to let you in?
Nothing.
He just commanded it go.
And they had a little conversation with him of
is it okay if you don't throw us into the deep
if we just go in those pigs instead?
I don't want to...
One translation.
If you go to Matthew where it reads it there,
they asked him not to be cast out of the region.
There is such a thing as regional demons.
And they will work in certain regions,
certain areas.
They didn't want to be cast out of the region.
You go to Luke.
He describes if it's the exact same setting.
Might have been another setting where Jesus
was confronting the same thing kind of.
But if it's the exact same setting,
Luke describes it as they didn't want to go to
the pit or the abyss.
Well, if they go to the pit or the abyss,
yeah, they are coming out of the region.
They're going to be leaving the region.
So maybe both were dealt with in that conversation.
And Jesus gave him permission to stay in the region
and not go to the pit or the abyss.
But he just told them to go.
In fact, he didn't even tell them to go then.
He just said, yeah, go ahead.
The whole works left.
That process of finding the source,
where's the sin?
What do they have to stop?
What do we have to bind?
Became so overwhelming and exhausting
in that 18-month period that I was sitting
on the floor in this particular house.
I was sitting behind a rocking chair under a window
just at the end.
I want to just bail and quit on everything
that's happening because I can't keep doing this.
I'm spiritually exhausted.
I'm emotionally exhausted.
I'm at the end.
I'm ready to just quit.
And I said, God, I am done with doing it this way.
Your word does not support this way as being the best
because I believe the word shows us the best way.
There's other ways, but the word shows us the best way.
I have to have this happen like the word says.
I address them.
I don't need to know anything else.
They will leave because I tell them to leave.
And then we'll deal with sin and whatever
beside the fact.
And from that night forward, it's just like something broke
or a switch was turned.
And I never had to use the...
Let's shake them down and frisk them
and try to figure out what's going on here.
Never had to use that again.
It was over.
It was done.
And in the name of Jesus gone.
You say, well, what do you do with the curses?
You break them off.
Why do you need to know
if it's a witchcraft curse that goes back to some human sacrifice
five centuries ago?
Why do you need to know that?
Just cut it.
You say, well, somehow it had right to establish.
Ah, now we talk to the person about their sin.
Are you in willful sin any place?
I mean, we're all living in sin someplace.
Hebrew 7 says the sins we do in ignorance are covered by grace.
It's the stuff we know better
that gets on iffy ground.
The stuff we know better is what we're supposed to be getting free of
and getting it out of our life.
Now you talk to him about,
is there any area you know you're not doing what God wants you to do?
Or you're doing, you know, vice versa, however you want to word that.
And deal with the sin.
That's the problem to begin with.
You don't need to.
Well, we just found out it went back to your grandmother's side.
To the 17th generation.
There was one situation where,
whether it's true or not, you know, again,
like I said, a lot of what you get from him is balarky.
But there was one person I was dealing with
that when the strong man showed up,
he so proudly announced,
you will never get me out.
I have been in this family line.
He named, it was like 60, 70 generations.
It was a long time.
I don't remember the number.
It was a long time.
I have been in this family line for this many generations.
I entered this family line in the time of the person you would know as King David.
And I've been in it since.
You will never get me out.
Well, I'm not coming in my power.
Did you ever hear of David and Glythe?
Since you brought David up.
It's sudden, pastor, we're not going to kick you out.
This is the finger of God that's going to kick you out.
And I don't care how long you've been there.
Makes no difference to me.
Because when I go like this,
you're standing all alone
and all those generations of power mean nothing now.
We just severed the electrical cord.
You have no tie to them.
You're standing alone.
And you will be going.
Period.
I don't need to know the rest.
Well, how did it get into the person?
How did it establish?
What are they doing wrong?
Ask the Holy Spirit.
He's the one who guides us.
He's the one who leads us.
Okay, we got them delivered.
We got the thing gone.
So now go and sin no more.
Less something worse come upon you,
like Jesus told the person.
So whatever you're doing,
that's willfully,
you're making choices here
that you know are against God.
This is the time you better knock it off and grow.
Because if you keep this up,
this could not turn out well for you in the end.
That's all they need to know.
They don't really need to know everything else.
That's all you and I need to know.
Get out of willful sin.
If you're going to play in the mud,
you're going to get dirty.
Get out of the mud.
It's that easy. It's that simple.
So many times people will say,
well, you're not taking the time
to find out what the source was
and the core was that.
That's exactly right.
Thank God I don't have to anymore.
And I don't want to.
Well, how are you going to keep them clean?
By keeping them aware of follow the spirit
and stay out of willful sin.
If you know it's wrong, knock it off.
Or next time you have demonic problems,
don't come back to me.
I'm not interested.
You got to get serious.
This is for life or death.
Choose life.

Choose life so you can live blessed
not under the wrong flow.
