Let's open in prayer. Heavenly Father, thank you for this evening.
Open our hearts and minds to see what you want us to see.
Give us revelation in areas we need, not only for ourselves, but to be able to help others.
Teach us in this, in Jesus' name. And Lord, I pray that over the videos that as they're watched in the future,
that they will be plain and understandable to whoever watches them in Jesus' name. Amen.
We have, including tonight, we have five nights left until we're going to be wrapping it up.
So we can't sit too long on any particular topic, because we've got a lot of them to cover.
So we're going to try to go through them fairly quickly. This is number 18 tonight.
So we've been going a while, and so we'll just fly along and see what we get covered.
Now last week we talked about Strong Man, and let's do this. Since this is the main one,
I think we're going to be using tonight. Could I get some help and have these handed out?
Last week we talked about the Strong Man, and we have a handout here on the Strong Man.
It does not cover it the way we covered it last week. It kind of is a mechanical approach
and gives you a lot of the facts, wherefore and whyfores on it.
So I'll lay them up here at the front, and Ken, when you're done with that,
if anybody needs one of those, you could grab that for them.
But I put this together so that hopefully I can just copy and paste when it comes time to do the book.
The last book. That one right there, Sarah. Does anybody need that?
The one's laying there. There you go.
Anybody need that? You don't have that? That was from last week.
So I just wanted to add this in, because we didn't get time last week to talk about this.
When you use the principle, so you don't have to name everything.
You don't have to figure out if it's a spirit of lying or whatever.
You just tie it together as the Holy Spirit sees those in numbers.
You can apply that to anything. Like for instance, example there.
I've done it many times. Had someone asked me, what do I do with this?
This just happened a couple of weeks ago.
They had some kind of spiritual activity going on in their basement.
And the kids were freaked out. They could feel it.
Yet when they went down there, there was nothing there.
So the question was, well, do we have to be down there when it shows up so we can deal with it?
Or what do we have to do? No, you just call it back to you.
Using that principle. The Holy Spirit knows exactly what was there, who was there, how many were there.
The Holy Spirit knows them all.
So the easy way to do it, I just told them this way.
I said, go downstairs, stand in the middle of the basement, and say, in the name of Jesus,
as the Holy Spirit sees those in numbers, whoever has been here from the spirit realm
and messing around down here, you know, and refer back to the incident.
My kids felt you. We know you're here.
In the name of Jesus, I demand you come and stand in front of me now.
Give them about five, ten seconds, and here they are.
The way you usually know is your hair stand on end when they show up.
It's like, they just showed up.
And then you deal with them like any other demonic issue.
I mean, you just take care of business and cast them out.
But I kind of laid that out there because it can apply to many different settings
if you don't tie yourself to, well, I don't know what kind of spirits were down there
and I don't know why they were here and I don't care.
This isn't your property. You don't have the right to be here.
And the Holy Spirit knows exactly who was here and what they were doing
and what they were trying to mess around with.
So let's just take care of business on the basis of his knowledge rather than ours.
It works really well.
So flip the page.
We are dealing with transference of spirits tonight
and there's two, three things we're going to tie together.
So this one happened last week.
So I thought, well, this is good.
It ties right into transference of spirits.
So let's go ahead and look at this and deal with it.
And again, for those of you watching online,
these should be available on the messages page.
It should be right there with tonight, I believe.
So if you, you know, if you want to have your own digital copy,
you can download it.
Otherwise you can follow along with what we're looking at.
So it was last week, someone from the church,
I'll just say it that way,
someone from the church was at a house where someone had died.
And they died in a bedroom in the house.
So they walked into the bedroom and they said,
oh my, you could feel it.
They said demon was in there.
I said, what did it feel like?
Now this, we have to foster and learn some of these things.
It's just part of growing.
All of us have a different feeling.
We tend not to pay a lot of attention to it
because we go by voice, by sound, and by sight.
You know, if someone comes up and touches us on the back,
we'll, if they're talking, we'll recognize the voice
and or we'll turn around to see who it is.
But if you, if you shut that down,
just close your eyes and practice.
Everybody feels different.
So in this case, they knew,
this person knew the other person who passed away quite well.
And I said, so what did the demon feel like?
Did it feel just nasty?
Did it feel like hate?
Did it feel like bitterness?
Did it feel like it wanted to attack you
and fear was there?
What did it feel like?
And they said, no, it felt like the person who died.
I said, well, you got a familiar spirit.
And my question is, why are they there?
Now, remember spirits, demonic spirits
are disembodied spirit beings.
They want a physical body, a human body,
if at all possible, but they can't always get it.
And remember when we studied holding the temple
and we talked about all the different places
demons can live, houses, churches,
they want something they can call home.
So this lady died.
And apparently the spirit is wanting to...
let's say it this way.
The spirit is wanting to jump or transfer.
You say, well, it's already there.
Yeah, but the reason it had right to be there
was the lady lived there.
The lady's now gone.
So its legal right is missing.
So it apparently has no one else to go to.
Usually they go after a person, you know.
That's why when people die,
or they're close to their death bed,
because they'll jump before they die too,
if they know the person's dying.
You have to deal with the generational demons
so that when the person dies
they don't just start going down the lineage
and find who's open to it and jump right in.
You cut it off before the person dies.
You say, well, I don't think I have demons.
So let's go with that case.
Let's say that we're squeaky clean.
We've got nothing.
There's still spirits assigned to our lineage,
even if they can't get in us.
There's still spirits assigned to us
to try to help us do things where they can get access.
Those will go on if they're generational spirits,
three to four generations, unless we do something about it.
So we have to do something about it.
So in this case, so I asked, I said,
why do you think it was there?
And the person didn't really know.
So I thought, well, let's talk about
familiar spirits here a little bit.
And there's a scripture that I have written out there
in your handout.
It's quite long. We're not going to read the whole thing.
This is when Samuel had died
and Saul is the Philistines
are going to attack Israel.
And Saul already from God's perspective
has been replaced by David.
So Saul is still physically leading the nation,
but from God's perspective, he's no longer the leader.
And he goes to God to try to get an answer
to find out what to do.
And he already knew he was no longer the leader in God's eyes.
Samuel had filled him in on that before he passed away.
And he knew who the leader was.
See, so now here you've got a fail in leadership in Saul.
So he went to God.
He asked, what should I do with the Philistines?
And he got no answer from God
because God's not going to tell him.
He's no longer the leader.
Now a good, righteous leader would have said,
go get David.
Let's see if God will tell him.
Because he knew that's what Saul
who Saul had anointed to be the next king.
But Saul didn't do the righteous thing.
He did what Samuel had said,
get rid of all mediums, all spiritists.
Anybody who talks with the dead,
get them out of the country.
You got to get rid of them.
So Saul did that.
Of course, a few escaped through the cracks.
And he's not getting an answer from God.
So what does he do?
He goes back to a medium, a spiritist.
And he wants to talk to Samuel
because Samuel was his guide, so to speak,
while Samuel was alive.
So he goes to this medium
and verse 11 will jump in.
Then the woman said,
whom shall I bring up for you?
And he said, bring up Samuel for me.
When the woman saw Samuel,
she cried out with a loud voice
and the woman spoke to Saul
saying, why have you deceived me?
For you are Saul.
And the king said to her,
do not be afraid.
What did you see?
And the woman said to Saul,
I saw spirit ascending out of the earth.
So he said to her, what is his form?
And she said, an old man is coming up
and he is covered with a mantle.
And Saul perceived it with Samuel,
so he stooped down, he bowed down.
Verse 15, now Samuel said to Saul,
why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?
And Saul answered, I am deeply distressed
for the Philistines make war against me
and God has departed from me
and does not answer me anymore,
neither by prophets nor by dreams.
Therefore I have called you
that you may reveal to me
what I should do.
Then Samuel said, so why do you ask me
seeing the Lord has departed from you
and has become your enemy?
And the Lord has done for himself
as he spoke by me,
for the Lord has torn the kingdom
out of your hand
and given it to your neighbor, David.
Because you did not obey the voice of the Lord
nor execute his fierce wrath
upon Amalek.
Therefore the Lord has done this thing
to you this day.
Moreover, the Lord will also deliver
Israel with you
into the hand of the Philistines.
And tomorrow you and your sons
will be with me
and the Lord will also deliver
the army of Israel
into the hand of the Philistines.
Okay, letter B.
There is disagreement
as to whether this was actually Samuel
or was it his familiar spirit?
I personally do not think it was Samuel.
I think it was his familiar spirit.
The main reason for that
is I don't think God would have allowed
Saul to get information
about what is happening
from Samuel
when God had forbidden this method
to be used.
So God wasn't in this.
Samuel would have been in Sheol
on the side with Abraham
and for him to come out of that
was not a demon's priority.
That would have been God's priority
for Samuel to be brought back
out of Abraham's bosom
is what Jesus called it.
To come back up and talk to Saul
and God had forbidden
that to happen.
No more of that
because that's of the demonic realm.
So for God to have allowed that
or even instigated that to happen
when God had forbidden it to me
it's like, no, this is not
this is not really Samuel.
This is Samuel's familiar spirit.
Now put yourself back in the mind
we've talked about some of this stuff
so I'll just remind you
put yourself back in the mind
of a strong man familiar spirit.
They want to live in a body.
They want to be like us.
They want to be able to live
in this physical world through a body
because they're disembodied spirits
and they're wandering through dry places.
It's not a good place for them to be living.
So they want in.
So a familiar spirit will
imitate us
because they want to be like us.
They study us. They watch us.
We have guardian angels who are with us 24-7.
That's God's side.
And we have familiar spirits
who are with us 24-7.
That's the devil's side.
Both are assigned to us.
The devil's side is the side
we're talking about now.
They want to do everything they can
to trip us up.
So the best way to do that
is study us until they can
get into our thinking,
into our motives, into our weaknesses,
our strengths, until they can become like us.
Now they know,
oh, this is how this guy works.
And literally the whole thing
of taking on Samuel's appearance,
that's true.
Familiar spirits will do that.
They'll look just like you.
And I don't know why.
It's part of that imitation.
It's part of that copy.
But there are some things here
we can learn about familiar spirits
because I truly believe this was a familiar spirit.
This was not God giving Saul
any information through Samuel.
Number two, some things we can see
is clues here.
At times they can be seen.
See, now the medium
saw the spirit.
Now that doesn't always happen,
even for mediums who call up
familiar spirits.
They don't always see them.
But sometimes they can be seen.
Sometimes if God wants us
through our Holy Spirit
and through the gift
of discerning a spirit,
he'll let us see them.
And if you see a spirit
or somebody dies
and yet you go some place,
you go to their house,
you go to whatever
and there they stand,
that's their familiar spirit
or one of them.
And God's letting you see it
for a reason.
This isn't just entertainment.
He's letting you see it
for a reason.
Something has to be done.
So sometimes they can be seen.
Many times they can be felt.
Like for instance,
remember I think I shared
the story here
of when my mom passed
and her familiar spirit of fear
was waiting at our house
for us to come back to Colorado
after we buried her.
Shared that story, okay?
Didn't see nothing,
but boy, I knew that I knew.
I mean, I walked in the front door
and my hair stood up
and chills went down my body
and fear hit me
like I had never experienced
in my lifetime.
So I thought I'm just
keep my mouth shut.
And the kids come in
and of course they were sleeping.
We got in like 11 at night.
They were sleeping.
So they kind of come stumbling
and Mary steps in and says,
what the heck is going on in here?
She immediately felt it.
I said that is a visitor
that's left over because
mom died in our house.
It's been waiting for us.
So then I had to deal with it.
So they can be felt.
They can speak.
Now like for instance,
the one that the person
engaged last week,
they didn't try to speak with them.
If you do,
they will speak to you.
And it may not be a physical voice
you hear,
but you'll know what they're saying.
And they will begin to exchange with you.
It's one of the things they can do
just like here in this story.
They can reason.
They know facts of your life
probably better than you do.
Because we tend to forget.
They're living in that spirit side
where I don't know if they forget much.
And they know facts of things.
If God has allowed them to see something in the future
or if they have been given the right
to dictate the future
because of a contract,
which we'll talk about a little bit later.
Sin contract.
They can limitedly know what's coming,
which this spirit did.
Said the Philistines are going to take out Israel
and you're going to be with me,
with your boys.
You're going to die.
Well, the prophesying.
They're calling something by faith.
They know a little bit here.
Now, there's two ways that can happen.
Sometimes God lets them see a little bit of what's coming.
I don't know why, but he does.
And I think it has more to do with
trying to help them than us.
But he lets them see some things.
The other thing that I have witnessed
is people operating under a spirit
begin prophesying
and calling something to happen
and will tell you,
well, now this is going to happen.
For instance, you know it's a demonic spirit
and they'll say, okay, in about two, three minutes,
so-and-so is going to come walking through the door
and they're going to go
and they're going to sit over there
and then this, that, and they'll lay some things out
that are in the near future.
And you know it's not God
because they don't claim to be operating under God.
What's that?
Well, there are some things they set up and dictate
because remember, they're not alone.
For instance, well, in two, three minutes,
so-and-so is going to come walking through the door.
Well, how would they know that?
Because a demon might have just told them
they pulled up in the parking lot.
You know, this is huge information.
But they are tricking you
into thinking, oh man,
look at the knowledge they have.
Yeah, XYZ demon came running in and saying,
tell them they're going to show up in a couple of minutes
because they just pulled up.
In a few minutes, they're going to show up.
And it's like, oh, this is so spiritual.
No, it's not.
Not once you know how they operate.
So they can arrange things sometimes too.
Most everything they focus on
is either the person who they were familiar to
or their lineage they're assigned to.
Like the one with Samuel.
That familiar spirit
was copying, imitating, talking like,
giving advice like he was focused on Samuel
and just dealing with Saul
because he ended up getting called up.
Otherwise, it would have never happened.
So page four,
clues to help us know if a spirit is a familiar spirit or not.
For whatever reason, I don't know why.
I don't have all the answers.
I just, this is my experience.
But from whatever reason,
you can see or feel a familiar spirit quicker
than any random garden variety demon.
I don't know why.
They, I have a hunch why,
but I don't know if it's actual or not.
A familiar spirit who has not been cut off
has lineage.
They have generations of sin power
they're tying into.
They are more, how would you say
from the kingdom of darkness side,
they are more powerful than
a garden variety demon.
Once they've reached the, let's say the class,
remember we talked about,
they line them up like a military army,
different authority levels.
Once they've reached the level
or the authority level of being a familiar spirit,
they are able to, the longer they've been in the lineage,
the more power they can tap into
unless you cut that off.
It's kind of like a rope or a thread
that goes back through
and the power just keeps coming forward
from the sins of the fathers.
So if you cut that off,
well now they stand bare from all that.
But until that's cut off
for whatever reason,
they seem to have a little bit more authority or power
so they can be seen or felt quicker.
You can recognize them quicker.
Many times they will look like the person
and you don't always have to see them
with your physical eye.
If you close your eyes,
many times your spirit knows what it saw,
knows what it feels.
The image will come there.
They can speak
and we can hear them many times.
It's different little clues
that for whatever reason
they can do stuff more readily
than just a common demon.
It will try to talk a reason with you.
The garden variety demon
will harass you, will cuss at you,
will lie to you, or whatever.
A familiar spirit has a goal.
They want to stay in the lineage
so they will reason with you.
They will try to work with you.
Like for instance the story
about the first girl that I cast a demon out of
when I was early in ministry.
That was a familiar spirit
and that thing would reason with me
until it knew I knew it was a demon.
Because remember,
she could see it as an invisible friend.
It was another girl and it was an invisible friend
and it would be with her 24-7
and it would help her do whatever she needed to do.
If she was in school struggling with math
it would help her do the math problems.
Remember you got to do this, you got to do that.
She thought this was the greatest friend
she could ever have.
Nobody else could see it but her.
And that didn't make sense to her
but there was no way she was going to turn loose
to this friend.
Because this friend was a true blue friend.
Well, that's a familiar spirit.
See, they got an end goal.
And their goal is to stay in this person's life,
get into her children's lives, be in the lineage.
And they will reason and work with you
and talk to you and describe things to you.
And it's a familiar spirit.
Until they know you know
then they usually get ugly.
Because now they feel threatened.
They could lose their ground.
Now they got something big to lose.
So it's primarily focused on you or your lineage.
Remember, demons are disembodied spirits.
So familiar spirits want to imitate.
They often want to be like the person.
They'll take the shape. They'll talk like them.
They'll remember all the details.
And they'll even talk like they are the person.
They know most everything about the person,
what they've ever said or done,
because that was their job,
to become totally familiar with them.
You say, well, what difference does it make?
How does it help us if we know they're familiar or not?
Because the end game,
their entire focus is to remain intact
in the house or the property or the lineage.
Their goal is to transfer.
They want to keep in the spot they were in.
And if you don't address it as a familiar spirit
and deal with it as such,
many times you won't get rid of them.
So to dislodge them,
like, for instance, that first church I was in,
that I said there was a demon right up at the top,
above the pulpit.
Lord showed it to me, sitting up there.
That was a familiar spirit.
And it got let in from my understanding,
because we got it out.
But from my understanding,
it got let in through strife in the congregation.
Too many fights at business meetings.
And this thing had legal right,
because now we're acting like it's kingdom.
And it moved in.
And I don't know who did the fighting,
or this, that, and whatever.
But once I became the pastor,
I now had the authority to deal with it.
Before that I didn't.
You would have had to go back and find
what was the problem here and cut it off.
But as the pastor and I had the authority to,
I didn't need to know a whole lot and deal with it.
But that thing's entire focus was to stay right there.
Well, you say it's not in a human body, I know.
But remember the definitions we read through in the book
on holding the ground.
They are happy to live in houses, haunted houses,
quote, unquote.
They're happy to live in churches.
They want someplace they call home,
because they're a spirit that wants identity.
Be that another way to say it.
So once you recognize what they are,
the first thing you have to realize with the familiar spirit
is they want to transfer.
And since we're talking about transference of spirits,
I thought, well, this comes right in, so let's talk about this.
They're going to want to transfer.
That's what you have to guard against.
For instance,
the one last week where the lady
sensed the spirit of the person that died,
that spirit was waiting for it to be given permission
to stay there.
You say, how would you give it permission?
By once you recognize it, you don't deal with it.
You just go passive.
Ooh, that room's creepy.
I wonder what that is.
I wonder what we should do about that
and you never do anything.
Remember their trespassers.
Their squatters.
They're not going to come and ask for permission,
but if you don't kick them out, they assume that is permission.
And it would have just stayed there.
That is the purpose it was revealed.
There's a familiar spirit in this house
that wants to stay here.
It wants to transfer.
You say, what do you mean transfer?
It was already there.
Yeah, it wants permission because it was with this lady that passed.
It wants permission to stay there.
It needs someone else to say it's okay.
And sometimes people literally come out and say it's okay.
Like, well, I don't know.
Sometimes, you know, my dad passed away in this house years ago.
Sometimes it feels like he's still here.
I don't know what's creepy. Maybe he is.
You just gave it permission.
I mean, you can go there.
The reason it was revealed to you is to deal with it.
I think I shared this story also where I...
and I was little when I heard the story
and I think I've got the details right.
But it was my grandfather on my mother's side
had moved from the farm into town
and they were living in a little house they had bought
and he was a gardener, so he always did gardening.
And one morning he was an early riser.
One morning he's looking out of his window into the garden
and there's a person I believe was a woman standing in the garden.
And she wasn't substance like this.
You could kind of see through her, but she was very real.
He could see her.
And he went out to her and said,
what are you doing here?
This is my garden.
She said, no, this is my garden.
I've lived here for years.
No.
And he saw the person
and he knew what the person had looked like
and he said, that was that person.
And he said, no, he said, that person died.
You're not that person.
You're going to have to leave
because it's no longer your property
and I can't have you here
and I can't remember how he dealt with it.
But the spirit left.
It wanted to stay at that house.
It wanted to do what the former owner did.
It wanted to live.
You feel halfway sorry for them.
But you can't play with it
because they'll bite you, they'll burn you.
But they're disembodied spirits
and they want to exist.
And the reason...
See now, if he would have said, well, that's okay.
As long as you stay in the garden, don't come in the house, it's all right.
That spirit would have... that was permission.
That spirit wanted to transfer
and God saw this could be trouble.
So let's let the guy see it
so that he can deal with this.
Otherwise, you're living with it.
And then it still got the demonic nature,
which means it hates you. It wants you to die.
It wants to destroy you. It wants to kill you.
It doesn't make any difference how nice they present themselves.
Their whole purpose is to ruin your life.
So you can't let them... you can't let them hang around.
I mean, it's just all to it.
If they've been there for generations,
we will likely need to cut off the generation power,
the contract they're working under.
They tend not to leave as easily until you cut that off.
Once you cut that off, then they've lost their generations of power.
So just pay more attention
that they're actually gone.
Page 5, what do we do with them?
Well, if you want to explain to them what happened,
so-and-so died.
They're not on earth anymore.
So you're going to have to go and command them to go.
Deal with them like, you know, the process we gave you,
dealing with any other demon.
Don't allow them to hang around because they're looking to transfer
to a person, preferably,
or at least get permission to remain in the building
or under a new owner of the building or whatever.
Okay?
So we'll come back and do, unless there's a lot of questions right now,
we'll come back and do questions answered at the end.

Two things. One, I remember my grandpa,
one, this is after my grandma had died,
told me he had had a visitor.
Grandma had come the night before,
the two nights before, whatever,
and sat on the couch, never talked to him or anything,
but was just there.
So my guess is that that was a...
looking for permission, that was familiar spirit.
Okay, and then another time what I was thinking about
was a young boy that I worked with at school.
His dad had died in a snowmobile accident,
and it wasn't until there was a point
where his dad came and visited him
and told him he was okay,
and after that the boy was finally fine to go on with...
How many days after his death?
I don't remember.
Because there is something about a few days
right after a person dies,
especially if it's a suddenly kind of death,
like a snowmobile accident.
Dying was not on the radar,
and all of a sudden, boom, you're gone.
There is something about a few days,
it can last...
Now we do things a little different,
so I don't know about now.
But early on, usually they had the funeral within a week,
because they had embalmed the body
and they just don't want to hang on to it forever.
Now we cremate, and sometimes it's months later,
so I'm not sure how that ties,
but the way it used to be done,
they could hang around,
seemingly come and go,
until the body was in the ground.
It seems to me it was longer than after just the funeral.
Longer? Yeah, be sure you're talking to the mic.
That would more than likely be a familiar spirit.
And see, why would the familiar spirit comfort the child?
Because the familiar spirit is trying to be dad.
And dad would have comforted the child and said,
I'm okay.
Why would the familiar spirit talk to us all the way it did?
Because it's trying to be Samuel.
That's what a familiar spirit becomes so familiar with us,
they take us on, so to speak.
And they want to be us.
They want to be just like us.
They remember they are a disembodied spirit
who is not made in the image and likeness of God.
Human beings are.
But whatever creation they were,
we're the only ones that I know of scripturally
who've been made in the image and likeness of God.
So for them to imitate or be like us is an honor.
Because we're in the image and likeness of God.
They never were.
Even when they were in their bodies, whoever that was.
And again, that's two possibilities there.
Either before Genesis 1-2,
back in the early creation where Lucifer reigned the world.
Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28, I believe it is.
And or when God destroyed the Nephilim in Noah's flood.
Because there you don't have a human.
You don't have a demon.
You got something in between.
And from what history says,
there could have been millions and millions and millions of people
or Nephilim on earth when God destroyed them in the flood.
So they will do odd things.
And part of it is they have a purpose.
They want to stay.
They want to stay in the lineage.
So the thing that would make me a little nervous is it came to the sun.
Wonder if the sun's ever seen that spirit again or felt it again.
Because that's how they get in.
And it feels so good.
They were so nice.
Dad came and saw me.
There's somebody who they don't live in the area anymore,
but they used to live in the area who their wife passed away.
And shortly after a month or two later,
the wife started showing up at night and spending the night in bed with them.
Couldn't see them, but literally the bed would sink down as they got in.
Late in the bed beside them.
And the person just knew it was the wife coming back to comfort them
because it felt like the wife.
Yeah, maybe not.
But what's its purpose?
It's a familiar spirit.
It wants to transfer.
It wants to stay in the family, stay in the lineage.
That's always the goal.
And they'll deceive and play roles and do whatever to make that happen.
Okay, go ahead.
Was there somebody right there, Sarah?
How do you know if you're saying like make sure it's gone?
How do you know when it's gone?
You'll feel it.
Yeah, you'll feel when it's there.
You'll feel when it's gone.
It's just that simple. You'll just feel it.
And ask God to show you.
There's nothing to be afraid of.
We had complete authority over them.
God, if this thing's not gone, show me.
I want to know.
So we can finish the job.
Yeah, sometimes they hang on longer than they should.
You know, as you were talking about they want to transfer,
I was thinking about what do you think of this?
If a person knows and has had experiences,
would it be a good thing,
because this is what I was thinking would be good,
to have your family, the ones in your lineage,
kind of have a family meeting and have them all come.
They all are believers,
but to be able to take authority over this
and to do this with everybody present.
Absolutely.
In fact, can I share a little bit about Phil?
Absolutely, that can happen.
When Bonnie's husband Phil passed away,
before he passed, he told me, he said,
I know there's stuff in my heritage,
my lineage that I have been fighting with all my life.
And I do not want it passing on.
When I die, I want it going with me,
and it's the end of it.
He said, can you do something about that?
I said, yes.
So we had two funeral services for Phil.
He wanted so badly to get into this building,
but he didn't last quite long enough to do it.
So when he passed, we had a private funeral at the modular.
And in that, my whole purpose for that night,
the family was there, everybody involved was there,
is I had printed out everything I had talked to Phil about,
and here was the things he was fighting with,
and here's things he knew as weaknesses.
And I explained it to him and I said,
you got to deal with this.
And I gave him the lists.
You got to deal with this.
And we prayed with them,
but they have to take their own personal stand
to make sure this stops.
It was probably the strangest memorial service
anybody had ever been to,
but the whole purpose was designed to fulfill one of his last requests.
I do not want this stuff passing on.
Do what you can to bring it to a halt.
And we did exactly that.
When the family was together,
I had listed it out and said,
here's what he knew were problems.
These are going to try to transfer on and jump.
You got to deal with them.
Absolutely, yeah.
All right.
So another one.
Okay.
When we were in Colorado,
at a point where I was very, very low,
in fact, I was suicidal.
And you were preaching and singing.
This was during worship and prayer.
Sorry, you weren't preaching yet.
You were leading worship.
And I was so down and so hurt
and everything that you can think of.
And I literally felt somebody standing next to me.
And there was no, it was like right here.
There was nobody there. Nobody there.
And they held me and I put my head on their chest and I cried.
Now I thought it was Jesus.
Could it have been something else?
Could have been an angel.
Oh, okay. Okay.
Could have been Jesus.
Okay.
Because when you were just talking,
was I letting a demon hug you?
It didn't feel.
Chances are they're not going to comfort you in that.
Oh, okay. No.
See, the thing we have to remember is this.
And the principle is coming in this handout tonight.
The demonic realm cannot create anything.
God is the Creator.
He's the one who sets the laws of how things operate into place.
They now have to work under how He created it to work.
Now they'll pervert that and twist it so it's unholy.
But they still have to do it that way.
And the first time I was, you know,
I was back in that early experience years and years ago
when struggling with some things.
So I had spent quite a bit of time talking to my mentor
and he was helping me.
And he was the one who was the first one to say it
that got me thinking.
And since then I've read and heard a lot about it.
But I had never heard anything about it before.
He was very conservative Baptist.
He believed in the baptism in the Holy Spirit,
but he wanted nothing to do with tongues.
Period.
He said, I have seen so much faults in the tongues realm
that I want nothing to do with it.
I said, well, how do you know it's real?
He said, because it happens in seances,
it happens at Anton Leves Church.
He had been there, first church of Satan.
He said, I hear demons speaking in tongues to their masters.
For them to do it, which is false,
there has to be something real,
because they cannot create.
They can only imitate and pervert.
That was the first time I went,
okay, that one gave me a chunk to think about.
But the principle is absolutely true.
They have to work under God's principles or laws.
He's laid down as to how things work.
But then they take it and twist it.
For instance, the one with Samuel,
that familiar spirit,
if it had any information at all,
it was a doing the principle of faith.
Did you notice how it worded,
tomorrow you will be with me?
You say, well, that's faith talking,
because it hadn't happened yet, exactly.
Because God set up the universe,
physical and the realms we know nothing of.
Everything operates on faith.
God operates on faith.
Everything operates on faith.
So the demonic world has to operate on faith.
That's why when they try to influence us,
which we haven't gotten to how they speak to us yet,
that will probably be next week.
Hopefully we can get to that.
They will speak to you so convincingly and so full of faith
that if you don't recognize it,
it's like, that's going to happen.
And you just agree with them.
If they're trying to set you up for fearing death,
they won't, you know, how many of you have ever heard a demon
speak to you about you're going to die
or they're going to kill you or anything like that?
Okay, a few of you.
Okay, so now correct me if I'm wrong.
They don't say, you might die tonight.
This could happen.
There's an outside chance.
You know what they say?
You will die.
You're a dead woman.
Why do they say it that way?
Because they have to operate on the principles that God set up.
Faith.
They have to call things as are not as though they were.
The same way God does.
They just twist it the other direction is all.
