Like there was someone I talked to just this last week who was in an intercession. 06:46.720 --> 06:52.900 It was like a, it was a prophecy, but it was kind of standing in the gap kind of prophecy. 06:54.040 --> 06:59.040 And this is what God wants for you. I said, well, here's my perspective on it, gave it to him this time. I said, 07:07.940 --> 07:12.820 so what were you feeling when you were delivering that with such intensity? When you've gone through intercession, like Romans 8 intercession, and the 08:21.360 --> 08:29.220 Holy Spirit has just been, it's almost like dry heaves and he's just wailing through you 08:29.220 --> 08:37.920 kind of thing. When you're done and it finally is over, I will say, and what does it feel like 08:37.920 --> 08:45.460 when it's over and you're done? Peaceful. It is the most peaceful feeling you will ever 08:45.460 --> 08:55.000 experience on this earth. You are so totally at peace. It actually, it feels so warm, 08:55.000 --> 09:04.020 so welcoming. But it actually is like, wow, it will amaze you. And I've never heard anybody say 09:04.020 --> 09:09.700 anything other than, when you get to the point you're done and you take a deep breath and just go, 09:09.820 --> 09:17.440 okay, what were you feeling for the next half hour, hour, maybe day? Just totally at peace. 09:17.820 --> 09:23.120 Never felt, it's like you could grab it and hold peace. Yep, everybody has the same thing. 09:23.120 --> 09:32.820 Yeah. It's exactly that. Okay, there's the God side. The other side you just witnessed, 09:33.160 --> 09:43.930 there's no peace there. When they manifest, and for instance, if you don't get them out and 09:43.930 --> 09:48.830 you got to take another run at it later, a different day, that person is tormented during 09:48.830 --> 09:54.490 that period of time. There's no peace. They're tormented because the Spirit in them is tormented. 09:55.810 --> 10:00.890 The same way you're at peace is because your Spirit and the Holy Spirit, you're perfect peace. 10:02.210 --> 10:06.670 He's at peace. You're at peace. There's just peace over here. This Spirit's tormented, 10:06.750 --> 10:12.690 so it's going to torment you. It's just the opposite. And Jesus turned to Peter and said, Get behind me, 10:45.350 --> 10:52.330 Satan, you're a stumbling block to me. You do not have in mind, mind control. 10:53.010 --> 10:58.930 Peter had a demon. Of course, this is before Peter's even saved, so let's not criticize him. 10:59.690 --> 11:02.890 He's not even saved here yet. Remember, it's in Matthew 4 and then it's in Luke 4, I think, or something like that. 11:37.430 --> 11:43.890 And Luke's the one we want, where Jesus was tempted by Satan. And then when he was done 11:43.890 --> 11:54.730 tempting him, he withdrew for a ways, a space, and he waited. He just, he watched him and 11:54.730 --> 12:02.950 waited for a more opportune time. Here is another time Satan himself came after Jesus. 12:03.730 --> 12:07.810 So he's been, like we explained Sunday morning, he's been watching him. 12:08.710 --> 12:15.650 A direct confrontation didn't work. So he's been watching him trying to say, 12:15.730 --> 12:26.710 how do I get this guy? Here he took a swipe at him and Satan literally talked through Peter. 12:28.830 --> 12:33.870 Peter thought it was his thoughts. So we know there's mind control going on here. 12:34.350 --> 12:38.990 Because he says the mind, Jesus referred to the mind. You don't have the mind of things. 12:40.830 --> 12:43.690 So he's speaking through them. We know he's got brain access. 12:47.450 --> 12:52.350 It's just another time. He just took a completely different swipe at Jesus. 12:52.350 --> 12:58.250 Still didn't get him. Jesus recognized it. But he literally talked through Peter. So he had access to 12:58.250 --> 13:04.630 Peter. Again, there's other scriptures there talking about it, talking about desires, 13:04.950 --> 13:10.070 wanting the desires of your father. Then you got that one in James 3 verse 14 through 16, 13:10.210 --> 13:14.950 talking about what those desires are like and how those desires, if you go to verse 16, 13:15.050 --> 13:19.210 we never read that. For where there is jealousy, envy, contention, rivalry, 13:19.210 --> 13:26.870 selfish ambition, there will also be confusion, unrest, disharmony, rebellion. These are all 13:26.870 --> 13:32.290 signs demons are talking to you. He's talking about wisdom here. Wisdom that comes from above 13:32.290 --> 13:37.210 and wisdom that is not from above. Wisdom that is earthly and devilish, demonic. 13:38.170 --> 13:44.630 With that wisdom is jealousy, contention. He lists those first three again like he 13:44.630 --> 13:49.450 mentioned in verse 14, selfish ambition or competition. Selfish ambition and competition 13:49.450 --> 13:55.050 are basically the same thing. But there's also other characteristics that go with when demons 13:55.050 --> 14:01.930 are talking to you. Confusion, unrest, disharmony, rebellion, and all sorts of 14:03.490 --> 14:10.830 evil and vile practices. So the more we know the word, the quicker we can recognize 14:10.830 --> 14:14.910 that the demons talking to us. Because the thought or the feeling that's going through us 14:14.910 --> 14:18.770 is like, yeah, that ain't God. Well, then who do you think it is? 14:20.670 --> 14:24.950 You know, you can recognize it's evil. You can recognize it's vile. These feelings and 14:24.950 --> 14:29.490 ways of reasoning and thinking can be demonic at their core. We know that because of the end 14:29.490 --> 14:34.170 of verse 15, James said so. The person may see them as their thinking and feelings, 14:34.170 --> 14:40.990 but it may not be originating with them. I got close to light on. So, it was interesting to hear 16:06.630 --> 16:10.590 the opposite of that after the intercession. That's exactly true. She will be very tired tomorrow. 16:11.130 --> 16:16.790 I'm not calling that over you. That's just normal. Because your body just went through 16:16.790 --> 16:22.010 an extreme thing. They're in your temple. And to get them out, it's an extreme 16:22.010 --> 16:26.710 thing that the body experienced. Now, I want to point this out, because I think this is important. 16:30.380 --> 16:37.780 Here's how it happened the first time I got into deliverance. And he said, 18:12.800 --> 18:21.940 I have been on the phone with the district. And they are all telling me, this is not a demon 18:21.940 --> 18:29.340 because Christians can't have demons. And that this is a mental case. And they're recommending 18:29.340 --> 18:35.340 which hospital we should take her to. This is the pastor. This is before I tried to get help. 18:35.720 --> 18:41.920 He was trying to get help. And he said, is there nobody in the district that deals with 18:41.920 --> 18:49.560 this? And they said, no, because this doesn't happen. So he came to my office and he had this 18:49.560 --> 18:56.420 concerned look on his face. I said, what's the matter? Well, I spent all morning on the phone. 18:58.320 --> 19:01.460 And I've just been told that what happened yesterday didn't happen. 19:03.580 --> 19:10.920 It wasn't real. It wasn't a demon. And that we need to renounce that and back off of this. 19:12.620 --> 19:17.920 To let professionals help the girl. So let's go. So that's how I got thrown in the first time. Just kind of, 20:10.250 --> 20:16.450 like you saw it right here. So how do you look at that and say, folks, that never happened? 20:17.570 --> 20:25.350 That was not a spirit manifesting. That was, maybe she's angry about something or 20:26.410 --> 20:33.350 she lost control. And what they said is, she got mental problems.
