Let's go to that next booklet. Page 29. We covered this part already. Recognizing when demons talk to us,
we've covered 29 and 30, so I'm not going to take the time to go over that.
Talks about characteristics of demons there from James 3. Makes it very plain that those
kind of things are devilish. They're demonical. So we're talking here in this section now about
recognizing when a demon is talking to you. Let her see at the bottom of page 30. For a person
who recognizes it, it can feel like there's two voices over lines of thought going on inside of
you at the same time. Could be two or more. So a person who recognizes it, you can tell that's
going on inside of you. So now flip the page. Some very basic things here. It's like hearing
two radio stations or more on the same frequency. Your thoughts, its thoughts, they're all going
back and forth at the same time. Letter D. Demons will try to speak to us to motivate us, create
feelings, emotions. They'll reason with us. They'll try to teach us how to train us how to think,
how to see life, etc. In a manner where we actually start thinking it's us,
how to reword that. But in reality, it's them. And we talked about Peter as an example. We've
given different examples of that. Once you pay attention to it, you'll hear them speaking
in all three voices. Now there's three voices. You probably all learned this in school when
you speak in first person, second person or third person. First person is I or we. Second
person is you. And third person is he, she, they, them. So first person is me. Second
person is the person I'm talking to, you. And third person is the people we're,
you know, down at the Capitol, they're doing this. That's third person. It's he, she, they,
or them. It's they're out there. Once you pay attention to it, you'll hear them speaking
in all three voices. As you grow in this, they will stop the second person most of the time
because you're on to them. And I'll give you some examples of this. Like for instance,
the one that was just shared, I am going to kill you, not trying to hide its identity,
not trying to do anything because it knows it's, it's found out. So now it's who's
going to win here. So it was speaking in that second person to her. The Holy Spirit
always speaks in second person from my experience. He will speak to me like another person speaking to
me about me or my life. He never conceals his speaking to me in I language to where I can't
tell. Am I thinking this or is he saying this? Which is this? Because now the thought went
through my mind, I should go up and lay hands on that person. He never does that. He will say,
you need to go lay hands on that person. Because he is a different entity that never tries to
disguise himself as us. Demons will. Once they know that you know, when they are trying
to influence you or do something, they'll start using first person's speech the most.
And you've got the three. So letter A at the bottom, first, second and third. First person's
speech is I or we perspective. So once, if they don't know, if you don't know,
they'll tell you, they'll, they'll talk in second person. You know what you should do?
You should take that and put it in your person, see if you can get out of Walmart without paying
for it. Huh? Think about that. And you don't realize it just used second person language.
It said you should. So you should have stopped and said, who's talking to me?
But you're not, you don't know yet. And a lot of people who do a lot of things under demonic
influence will say, a voice in my head told me to do this. Well, that's a demon. And you're
not educated enough yet to realize that when a voice goes through your head and says,
you should jump off the bridge. We don't talk to ourselves that way. When we talk to ourselves,
we would stand there and go, I wonder, maybe I should just end it and I should jump off the
bridge. I'm talking to myself in here. Once it says, you should jump, that should be a clue.
That wasn't me. So is that God or is that demonic? You know, it's just that quick, that simple.
But most people don't know to even listen for that in their thoughts.
Once it's talking to you like an outside separate individual, you have an outside,
whether it's in you or not, but in your life, you have outside input coming in.
Recognize that immediately. Now, once they know, you know,
they'll stop the second voice. They'll stop doing the you thing.
You know, you should just get out of the car and go over there and pound them.
How dare they flip you off? You didn't do anything wrong.
Who's talking to me? But once they know, you know, they're going to switch that into first person.
I should go over there and just pound them.
Yeah, I should. There is the key to discerning first person just because they say I doesn't
mean it was you. When they make a statement and you find yourself agreeing with the statement,
you've got another entity. I should just stay home this morning and lay in bed and sleep in.
You know, that's a good idea. I think I'm going to stay home this morning and sleep in.
I thought of it. No, you didn't. How do you know I didn't? Because you agreed with the
idea. It didn't come from you. When you think it up, you don't have to agree with it.
I want something to drink because I'm thirsty. That's a good idea. I should go. No, that was you.
Talking to yourself, thinking to yourself. Yeah, I'm thirsty. I want to go get something to
drink. And you just go get something to drink. Once you agree with a voice that says,
you know, I should, and it makes you stop and go, you know, maybe I should do that. I need to think
about that. Now you've entered into that second level of deception. The first level is most
people get talked to like a different person. You need to do this. You should try that.
You should stop this. And they don't realize it's demons talking to them.
Once you realize that and go, oh, yeah, I can recognize that. Now you have to go for the
first person voice because they're going to try to deceive you. I can't afford to give five
dollars in the offering. Boy, you know what? That's the truth. So you didn't think it up,
did you? But well, yeah, that's the truth because I got this to pay and I got that to pay and I got
the original thought. Once you, once you, it goes through you and you go, that's a good thought.
It came from a different source, demonic or Holy Spirit. You figure out which one it is.
Now rule of thumb, Holy Spirit has never talked to me in eye language.
See that person over there? They need gas. I should go over there and give him 25 bucks.
He never says it that way. He will say, you need to go take care of that. It's always a
different entity talking to me and I know it's the Holy Spirit. You need to get up in front
and repent of your sin. That's how he'll say it. You can't keep living like this.
What you're doing is wrong. He will never talk to you and I can't keep living like this
because he's not going to try to deceive you or confuse you. Demons will.
I can go out on Saturday night and do what I want. A lot of other Christians do.
You know what? That's absolutely right. I could name a few of them right now.
So now you're having a conversation with a demon that just planted a thought
to get you thinking and you bit. That's how they talk to you.
Rarely do they use the second person, the U language. They will go to the third person
because we do that.
So you're at Walmart and you're a teenager and you're walking down the aisle and somebody
that you thought was your friend is walking with somebody else and they look back at you
and they say some things and laugh and look back and walk away.
The thought that's going to go through your mind is a third person thought.
I wonder what they're talking about. What did they just say?
I wonder what they think so funny. Do I have my shirt on inside out? What is this?
We will talk to ourself about other people in third person language.
So since we do it with ourself, demons will imitate that if they're trying to get you to
to have wrong thoughts towards someone. So they'll use first person language and they'll use third
person once you are aware second person. Once it's like some voice told me to do this.
You need to... I think that was a demon. Once they know you know they will either work in first
person or third person. First person is easy to reconcile because you find yourself agreeing
with this fresh idea you just had. It's not like you thought it up. It went through you in
eye language. You know I should just... I'm so tired of this diet. I should just sit down
and eat the whole box of cookies. You know what? That's a good idea. We've been doing this
long enough and you'll talk to yourself. Eye, we language. Well where did the first statement
come from? Was that actually you? Or was that something feeding information in?
Just as an example. The they-them thing, the way you recognize that scripturally
every word is supposed to be for edification. What we say about other people is somehow
supposed to help them and build them up. Once the thoughts are going through your mind
and this one is the harder one to discern. This one I still will struggle with and I've
been working on this for years knowing the principle. You know someone should tell them
how they're acting is just not God. Was that me? Wasn't the Holy Spirit? Was that me?
Or was that something whispering in my ear trying to drop a thought in, trying to kick me into action?
And that could turn out badly. Then again it could turn out good. What do I do with that?
So how do you resolve that? You got asked the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, was that you?
Is that me? What's the outcome of that? Now anything that is not edifying to them,
and sometimes we have to say difficult things to people and it is good for them.
But that's kind of a rule, a thumb of you know you should just give them a piece of your
mind. Well that one's pretty easy to know that that ain't God. I should just give them
a piece of my mind. Well yeah see that's that's a demon trying to prod you into motion.
They really need to get chewed out. Somebody needs to do them a favor and put them in their place.
Okay now that one you're going to figure out. I know it's not the Holy Spirit because he
would never say it that way. He just doesn't talk like that. So I can rule him out.
But now is that my unsanctified me who's angry? Or is that demon talking to me?
Well either one I shouldn't act on it. You know either one I shouldn't do it.
But you you have to learn on that one and the thing that works the best for me is I'll ask
the Holy Spirit and or I'll say I bind you get out of here I want nothing to do with you.
And then I'll listen to my thoughts. Most of the time when you when you refute a demonic
force they want to have the last word. So just listen. I'm not going to give them peace my mind.
I think that's demonic. I bind you get out of here. First talk was through you idiot.
What's a demon? Because they want the last word. Have you ever known people who want the last word?
That's either unsanctified them or it's demonic.
God have you ever noticed when you try to argue with God about something he you always get the last word?
Have you ever noticed that? He won't he won't come down to the point where
I'm going to get the last word in. He just goes quiet and people will say well I finally just told
him and then I'll say what did he say totally quiet. Ah you got the last word didn't you?
That is a sign. There's a problem here. It's either unsanctified or something else is going on.
So the the the third person that they the them the he the she
that one is takes a little bit more to figure out what's going on here.
You know they look like they're troubled. I'm going to go over and pray for them.
Is that me? Is that God? I don't think it was God because he used eye language.
That was me thinking or that was a demon trying to get me to go do something that I better not
do if it's a demon because it's going to cause more trouble in the long run. Well but I'm
just going to go pray for them. They'll make no difference. That might not be what they
need right now is you to come up and pray for them. They might be wanting to connect with
God alone. There are some things we have to do with God alone. We get saved alone.
We get baptized in the Holy Spirit alone.
Many times we get healed alone. The stance we take on our own. We will be at judgment alone.
It's not going to be a group of us all holding hands going okay tell us what we did.
No, it's going to be you. You will answer for your life. There's a lot of things that we do alone
and it's not a bad thing because we're not really alone. The Holy Spirit's there.
You know there's two of us and we're in agreement so this is a good thing.
But when thoughts like that go through our mind, well wouldn't it make sense that
God wants us to pray for everybody? Yeah but here's go back to the same three questions.
Okay? Why am I getting this information? Am I supposed to do something with this
information? Physically get involved in a what am I supposed to do? He might have given you
the information to pray for him from right where you're at and they're over there.
Pray for him. Doesn't mean you're supposed to go to him. Don't presume you know the
application of the information you got because in reality the information you got may not
have even come from God. Test all things, Scripture says.
So when you're trying to discern the voices, the third person one is the hardest.
The first person, page 32, it's eye language. If it becomes we, and I've had that happen,
we should go do this. We, who are we? I've never had the Holy Spirit said we should do this.
He always gives direction, like a counselor. Once it's we, it's like who is we? I know me,
who is we? Who's talking here? You can say that inwardly, you can say that with your
mouth, but get the answer to that. And after you do that a few times you'll learn the responses.
Well it's God the Lord. Okay, so God doesn't mind me testing him. Just to make sure I'm on,
I totally trust him, but I don't trust me. So if we are going to do this, what's the point?
And you just can't start questioning the thought and interact with it. It doesn't take long,
they trip up. If it's demons, they'll just trip up. So don't be afraid to do that, to question that.
So you got first, second and third person, we talked about it. Letter E realized they will
manipulate us and influence us by making various feelings, thoughts and opinions seem like they
are ours. That's their favorite trick. This is us feeling this way. And there's different
things you'll learn that will separate that out. Fear, depression, hate, lust, fear, anger,
got fearless the twice. Skepticism, lies, agitation, physical pain, anything that is from the kingdom
of darkness, that realm of stuff. Well if we are struggling with it, we don't want to keep it.
Letter A, not knowing why you have these feelings or thoughts, well it could be spiritually
induced, the feelings, the thoughts, the pains, everything involved. For instance, the bottom
there, mood swings, letter F, a range of emotions, see vexed below. Vexed shows up in scripture a lot,
people being vexed by spirits. It's to have or be possessed with demons. Jump over to page 33.
Vexed in Webster, you've got the definition there. Affected with mark by or causing trouble or
vexation. So anything we can cause someone to be vexed, we can do things to vex someone,
or we can be vexed by someone or by some spirit. Feeling or showing irritation,
annoyance or distress, that's a person that's vexed. Difficult and often frustrating to
understand or deal with. A person who's just difficult to deal with or they're frustrating
to under, excuse me, to understand, to get on the same page with them. And it gives some synonyms
there from Webster. Vexed in the gospel, so you've had the definition, the Greek definition
bottom page 32, you got Webster's definition there. Here's four places, five places. It
shows, well six, if you count the three in Matthew, the bottom line there, where no characteristics
are given. These people were vexed by demons. So vexed, let me find where this comes from.
What verse? I should have had this and let me go through it and I'll find it. 4582, 1139,
no that's not it. Lunatic, let's look at lunatic here. It means to be moon struck,
that second definition towards the end, to be moon struck, that is crazy.
It speaks of cycling with the moon or to have a moon cycle.
So the boy in Matthew 17, 15, who foamed at the mouth and fell into the fire and water,
he was called that, he was called a lunatic. So this thing cycled is the point.
And it's cycled with the moon. Matthew 4, 24, Jesus healed people who their situation
cycled with the moon. The bottom there, it says, talked to anybody in the emergency room,
jail, prison, law enforcement, mental hospitals, bartenders, anybody who's
dealing with a person that's troubled on an ongoing basis. I've talked to numerous
people who work in law enforcement and I've talked to a couple who work in healthcare,
nurses and so forth. And I say, do you know when we're going to have a full moon?
They said, I don't even have to look up into the sky. The day or two before,
the day of and the day or two after are absolutely crazy.
People are affected by a full moon. Now remember, full moon is one of the high
sabbaths for satan worshipers. So that ties together. But the thing I want you to see is
the cyclical thine. Go over page 34. Anytime around a full moon, everything goes upside down
with people. The person's not in control of their full capacities. They do dumb things.
They're good all month and then all of a sudden they fall off the wagon with something.
And then they're good for two, three weeks and then they fall off the wagon. Pay attention.
If this is tied to the lunar cycle, you've got a demon you're dealing with.
This is not just them. This is a demonic force.
It explains there it's an imitation. Then in number four, Vext goes into more of the
Ther's lexicon there. It means when you're vexed, you're experiencing a sensation or an
impression. Usually painful, whether physically or emotionally painful. It's to feel things.
They have passion to suffer things. There's a sensation. There's an impression that is
is usually painful emotionally or physical with the boy and the cycle of the moon. That's
Matthew 17, 15. The cyclical sensations, impressions with pain are associated, are likely demonic.
Vext again, Luke 6, 18. Talks about a little bit. We'll go to the last page. Again,
another Greek definition. It's talking there in that verse in Luke 6, 18. And when and they
were vexed with unclean spirits and they were healed. So the definition of that is in the top of
page 35. Time, those are times when a number of demons gather together and mob you and they are
also on a cyclical pattern. Ther's definition there is scary. To excite a mob against one,
to trouble or molest, like adults molesting children, adults molesting handicap, children
molesting each other, any form of molestation, they can all be demonic, especially if it's
lunar related or cyclical related. So we have to pay attention, in other words, to some of
these things and see if it's a repeating thing. Now I will take it adept a little bit further
and it could be demonic, it could be emotional, it could be both. Some people cycle seasonally
and it's it's it can be tied to traumas of their past that their subconscious remembers when they
get close to, like for instance someone who got married on a certain date and it was a horrible
situation, abuse of just bad, bad, bad. They escaped many times near the date they got married
and or the date they escaped. They struggle once a year or twice depending upon what they
struggle with. They struggle. Now is that purely emotional? I don't know.
Is it purely demonic? I don't know. I've had many wives complain to me about this, depending upon
what their husbands, I'll use the word hobby or greatest interest was. Let's say they're their
avid football people, this big one, avid football people. They can be one of the
wonderful, the six, eight months out of the year when football is not going on. But when
preseason starts, it starts going bad. Once the football games start until the Super Bowl's over,
they're like a different person. They want nothing, you know, they're not that interested
in the family. They're not that much interested in time off with the wife. Everything is football.
And then when the Super Bowl's over all of a sudden in a week or so it's like
there you are. There's the person I married. They're back until next year. And it just cycles.
It can be around football. It can be around deer hunting. It can be around anything.
Anything that's cyclical, even if it has an emotional base, there's demons helping it,
almost guaranteed. But even if it's just an emotional thing, I would really pay close
attention because it can be demonic at the core. Real quick, there's one up here Ken called
Addictions and Demons. Can you hand that out? This won't take long to go through it all.
Are addictions assigned that demons are there? This is almost 100% of the time, yes.
If you're struggling with an addiction, chances are really good. There's demons
at the core and I'll give you the reason why as soon as you get your page.
Flip to page two once you get your page or pages. It doesn't make any difference what the addiction
is. An addiction is when something is controlling us. We like to think we're in control but we
really aren't. Something is controlling us. So just read with me page two, Roman six,
and then it'll jump down to Romans eight and we'll just point out I got the things underlined here
that really stand out in case in reference to this. Reckon yourselves dead to be dead indeed
to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal
body that you should obey its lust. So the bottom core problem of demons is sin. We've
learned that. If sin is reigning in our body guess who is there because they have legal right.
Why wouldn't they be there? Of course they're going to be there. Do not present your members as
instruments of unrighteousness to sin. Verse 14, sin shall not have dominion over you.
So now it's Paul's describing sin as something that has control of you.
Okay well I'm good with that. Verse 16, do you not know that to whom you present yourself as slaves
to obey you are the one slaves whom you will you're going to be the slaves of the one whom you
obey whether of sin leading to death or obedience leading to righteousness. There it is.
Demons need sin. If we are submitting to sin and it is controlling us the problem is still sin but
people will say well I'm addicted to whatever. Do you think I have demons? Yeah. Well then let's
cast them out and I won't be addicted. No the problem is not the demons the problem is your
sin. You've submitted yourself to something here and the demons just moved in because you
submitted yourself to their kingdom. Sin is of their kingdom and you submitted yourself to it
so they just moved in. The problem is not well you know I just have this this smoking problem
just pick something. I'm just addicted I can't get free. If I could get someone to cast the
demons out I'd be free. You know someone needs to get you to repent of your sin
and get you to renounce it James 4-7 then we can cast out whatever critters were sitting in your sin.
Follow it. If we don't deal with the sin and we cast out the critters now what happens?
They're going to come back. Worse. And I've heard that story over and over. I went to a
deliverance conference and you know I had trouble with alcohol and they cast the demon
of alcohol out and man I was so free for about two or three months I didn't even want the stuff
and now it's like I can't put it down it just hit me one day and it's like yeah I know what happened
so I'll ask him did you ever address the sin of what was going on why you were into alcohol?
Well no they just cast the demons out yeah and you got a whole load of new ones
and see that it's just mistakes we make if you if you offer yourself as slaves to sin you're
going to pick up demons having bet see verse 18 having bet been set free from sin you become
slaves of righteousness verse 19 just as you presented your members of slaves to uncleanness
and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness so now present your members to righteousness
For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
So if you're going to submit to one kingdom, it's going to rule you.
There's addictions.
And wherever you have sin, you've got demons.
And here's what an addiction acts like.
Verse chapter 5, chapter 8 verse 5 toward the bottom.
For those who live according to the flesh,
have their mind set on the things of the flesh.
There's an addictive person.
It's what they think about.
They're going to find a way to make this happen.
Because they're craving it.
They're longing it.
Longing for it.
For to be carnally minded is death.
There's the core of the problem.
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God.
It's not subject to the law of God, nor indeed it can be.
Chapter 8 verse 12.
Therefore, brethren, we're deaders, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.
For if you live according to the flesh, you will die.
And he just said,
what you set your mind on is what you're going to live by.
Verse 5 of chapter 8.
So the concept of addiction to me is a sin-based issue.
Now, sometimes the demons have to be cast out for the person to be free.
But before you cast the demons out, deal with the sin.
That's just my only thought there.
Deal with the sin, get them to recognize it, get them to repent.
And then they're clean.
If we confess our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive us.
That's our heavenly relationship now is re-established.
Forgive us.
And cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
There's kingdom of darkness and the power of sin and demons and everything else.
So if we'll confess that sin,
now we're in a position we can get free of the addiction,
now go through James 4-7 with them and cast the demons out.
And to me, then, now the addictions dealt with.
But sometimes people don't like the concept of,
well, if I'm in sin, I probably have demons.
Well, I'm sorry.
But from my understanding of what Scripture says,
demons and sin go to their hand and glove just like righteousness and angels
and the Holy Spirit go together hand and glove.
Each kingdom supports itself, works with itself.
Which takes us to the last or neutral deal with next week.
How do demons gain access to people?
Well, it's through sin.
But there's a couple of specific things there we're going to talk about.
Not next week, the week after.
Next week we don't have class, the week after.
And then I've got a number of topics that I'm not necessarily going to put in print yet.
I'll do it in the book.
But I have a number of topics and I'll just give a taste to you
what we're going to deal with that last class.
Should we as Christians be demon hunting or chasing, looking for demons?
The attitudes about demons or beliefs about demons that we as Christians can pick up.
We're not supposed to be afraid of them.
We're not supposed to get arrogant.
I'm a demon caster outer.
I'm somebody.
You know, different attitudes.
We need to watch that.
Children's deliverance.
There's some things there we need to talk about briefly.
Mental illness and deliverance.
We need to talk about that.
We won't have a lot of time, but we're going to...
There's four or five topics that need to be hit on that last class
besides that one handout.
Which that one is talking about unresolved anger, basically.
So, we'll talk about that.
Remember the story I shared?
This was the first person when I was still assistant pastor
when that first person came in and they had demons and stuff.
There was one night when there was a bunch of us gathered around.
There was me and the head pastor and his wife
and a board member and his wife
and there was a bunch of us gathered around.
And God was just taking mercy on us
and trying to teach us some things
because we were just green as the grass.
And we got this demon that came up
that was just kind of naive.
And we were asking questions
and it was actually giving... this is so rare.
It was actually giving us answers that were scriptural.
We didn't know it at the time, we found them later.
And we asked, what gives you the right to be in that person?
And it said, well, they have a live-hole.
I'll call it a live-hole.
Well, what's a live-hole?
It's a place in their body
that's open for us to be able to move in and live in that spot.
And I'm gone.
That makes no sense at all
because I didn't see it at the time.
And just gave us a whole bunch of information
about stuff that as two, three years went on
all of a sudden we saw it in the Scripture.
Well, the one greatest way
that we can let demons get in
is unresolved anger.
Paul addresses it in Ephesians 4.27
and literally when he says,
give no place to the devil,
the word place in the Greek,
the definition of that word
is an opening to live in.
Don't give an opening for the devil to live in you.
And what was interesting is this person
that we were dealing with had some anger problems.
Unresolved stuff in their life,
they couldn't figure out, they couldn't put it to rest.
They just carried it.
And he said, don't let the sun go down in your wrath
nor give a place for the devil.
Or an opening, you'll be amazed
when we read the definition out of the strongs and theirs.
It's like right there it says
you're making a place in you
for them to live in you.
And that's exactly what this spirit said.
Well, I'm here because they made a place for me.
There's a live-hole here. Why wouldn't I be here?
It's like, well, they're Christians.
Well, they still got a live-hole.
So I moved in.
And it's like, okay.
But in time, Lord showed us.
So he was having mercy on us and really helping us.
Any questions as we wrap this up?
Okay, we got some.
Do we have the mic runner?
Is the mic still on?
No.
Okay.
You can fix that. Okay.
I just have a question. Actually, I should have picked it up last time.
So on Sunday, when you addressed the strong man, correct?
Yep.
Okay.
Yep.
And how do you know that that is gone, I guess, is my question.
As the Holy Spirit sees, knows, and numbers,
I bound everything together
because there's never, my experience, there's never one strong man.
Yep.
They will, they've all got their little kingdoms they build
and there's a strong man over every kingdom.
Now, this is just my experience.
But lying, if there's a kingdom of lying there,
it will be tied to, could be abuse, could be hate, could be fear.
A lot of people lie out of fear.
Well, if I tell the truth, everything's going to go wrong.
So you're afraid, oh, we got a, we got a twin kingdom here.
And there's going to be a strong man over the fear kingdom.
So they will couple together.
So I just bind it all together.
They're all working together, trying to destroy this person's life.
So I'll call the strong man or strong men.
That's how I'll say it.
And as the Holy Spirit sees, knows, and numbers,
and everything in your kingdom, everything that's working with you,
I should add this because I say it, I need to explain it.
Directly or indirectly working with you.
Okay, what do I mean by that?
There's always spirits on the outside working with the spirits on the inside.
So if a person has demonic forces, there's always spirits out here working with them.
These are indirectly involved.
The ones in here are directly involved with what's going on day to day.
These might show up every few days or so forth to see what's happening.
Like for instance, I'll give you an example.
I might have gave this already because it's a recent one, but if I didn't, here it is.

There was a person who came to me a few weeks back and said that there was a...
The Lord had told the person that He wanted to set them free of this particular thing.
And they said, okay, let's do this.
And a day, two days, three days later, whatever, they woke up in the middle of the night
and saw this being standing in the bedroom watching them.
And they said, well, what is that?
They asked the Holy Spirit.
At first, they got rid of it.
And then they said, what is that?
And the Holy Spirit said what I just said.
They said, that is the familiar spirit who runs what I want to get you free of.
And they heard you're going to get set free so they're coming to see what's going on so they can preempt it.
So they're indirectly involved.
They show up, they give direction.
This, that and the other.
They're higher in the food chain, so to speak.
So when I bind up often, you'll hear me say directly or indirectly,
the Holy Spirit sees everything that's working together here.
I bind them all together.
And I specifically call out, and the strong men of everything,
from the top all the way down the bottom, you're all going together.
As the Holy Spirit sees and knows and numbers.
Someone came to me just a couple of weeks ago and they said,
I'm seeing stuff running around my house.
Apparitions, halos, whatever.
What do I do with it?
You need to be in the class.
It's the first thing.
Because we covered that in the first booklet.
I said, in a nutshell, here's what you do with it.
Why I don't know what it is.
I don't know what kind of spirit is it.
Is Lord telling you anything?
I don't care.
I don't know. I don't care.
Here's what you do.
The Holy Spirit knows exactly who and what this is and why they're there.
So you go home and you stand in the middle of some room.
You can sit down if you want to, but I like to stand.
And I will say, in Jesus' name, as the Holy Spirit knows,
there's some kind of spirits lurking around or trying to cause me problems.
I call all of them, as the Holy Spirit knows,
to come and stand in front of me right now.
We're going to deal with you.
And I says, and when they show up, you know it.
If you feel the spirit run at all.
It'll make your hair stand up.
There's all kinds of body sensations that happen when demons show up.
And I'll call them and stand them right in front of me and say,
now here's what's going on.
And then I bind them all together.
You're not going to do this anymore.
Holy Spirit, why do they have access?
Were they sent? Could have been sent by Covens.
Are they tied into a familiar spirit?
Generational thing, whatever.
Try to follow the leading of the spirit.
Cut everything off.
You go to the pit. You're out of here.
You say, and then the person says, what if I see them again?
Do the same thing.
Because it may not be the same ones.
It could be new ones.
Do the same thing.
Once they know you know, you don't have to put up with this.
And they're losing troops.
They quit coming.
Every time we go into that house, we're down at the roof.
They're on the pit.
So I think we're going to quit going into that house.
I mean, it's just good war strategy.
Every time we stick our head up, somebody gets shot.
Well, maybe keep your head down.
You know?
Kind of thing.
So it's, remember, it's a military based kind of thing.
It's how they work.
So, yes.
The principle works on personal deliverance, self deliverance.
The principle works on deliverance this way.
The principle works on dealing with the spirit realm.
And you never have to...
Well, I have to wait until I see them to do something.
Oh, no, no, no. We're in charge.
We command them.
And believe me, they hear us.
We command them and you just don't...
You don't have to fool around.
You just call them and tell them the way it's going to go.
Come here. I want to talk to you.
We're done with this now.
And kick them out.
Same thing you do in a haunted house.
Of course, in a haunted house, you need to find out...
Not always, but usually you need to find out why they're there.
But not always.
Because haunted houses go by ownership.
Who owns it?
And many times haunted houses are first discovered
when the house gets sold and a new owner moves in.
And then they go, oh, man, there's garbage going on in this house.
Well, you own it now.
So just on that basis alone, many times you can deal with it.
But sometimes you need to know why they were there.
Was there a suicide in the house?
And we got a familiar spirit who's struggling.
Or what is this?
The Holy Spirit, if we need to know, the Holy Spirit will show us.
He'll tell us.
But there again, haunted house is not just one spirit.
It's always a group of them working together.
You may just be seeing one.
But there's always a group of them working together.
So dress them all.
And I always do it, always now, since I learned the principle,
as the Holy Spirit sees, knows, and numbers,
I just bind you all together.
And I rob your power. You have none.
You stand before the king of kings and the lord of lords,
and it ain't me, but in his power.
And you just...
But that comes with practice.
You know, it's just the way it works.
You know, the first time you see something running through your house
at night, you might not remember it.
What do I do with this? Okay.
But after a while, you remember.
And I love to deal with them on their basis.
When there's a spirit that needs to be dealt with
in a person's house, if it's nighttime,
I will request all the lights stay off.
I want to go in in the dark.
Numerous reasons, but the number one is this.
Why do we want every light on in the house
and we're going in to look for a spirit?
Because we're afraid.
We're afraid.
Well, we have a problem we need to deal with
before we can deal with them.
So I'll just show them right out of the gates.
I'm not afraid of you.
I'll walk right in in the dark. I'm in charge.
You're going to come answer to me.
I'm not answering to you.
All this little stuff makes a difference.
It really does.
Plus, when your second thing is this.
When you take away eyesight,
because we take so much information in with our eyes,
take eyesight away,
you have to start depending on other senses
especially your gut.
So take the eyesight away.
It makes it much clearer to feel what's around you.
You can feel exactly where they're at.
It just, it makes it easier for me.
Besides the fact I'm not going to show them any fear.
I'm not going there.
What if they do something?
What are they going to do?
They're afraid of me.
What are they going to do?
Well, they're going to come at me with a knife.
See, there you go.
You got fear problems.
Does any of that make sense?
Okay, go ahead.
You got a mic?
So fear comes up.
It just comes up.
You just tell it has to go.
I mean, you don't want to deal with what's going on
when that's there.
If they tell it to just fear.
You got to get out of here.
In Jesus' name, you don't get to be here.
Or once it's there, you just can't do it.
You got to deal with your fear.
Fear is largely a subconscious issue.
Remember that whole series we did
about the subconscious and fear?
Right before the pandemic thing hit?
Oh, yeah.
If you have fear problems,
I'd go back through that series
and get that fear dealt with
before you're facing down a spirit.
Because it's really hard.
If you can't overcome fear
without facing down a spirit,
how are you going to overcome it
when you're facing it down?
So it's...
Fear is not of God.
It's a spirit.
God has not given us the spirit of fear.
So if you've got fear,
you've got demons.
Let's just call it what it is.
You've got demons.
It's a spirit of fear.
God hasn't given it to us,
so it only came from someplace else.
So it's
a fearful person,
or a person with demons trying to cast out demons.
That may not go well.
God may be gracious.
Help you a little bit.
But my rule of thumb is this.
Well, do you have to be totally clean to cast out demons?
No, because nobody ever is except for Jesus.
It's the willful stuff
we can't be messing with.
If we are in willful,
we're choosing
to live in sin in an area.
Yeah,
that's not going to work well
to cast out demons that way.
Well, people who are fearful,
that's a willful thing.
I mean, everybody who's fearful,
who's lived for God any length of time
can quote all kinds of scriptures about,
well, God has not given us the spirit of fear.
Fear is not of God because fear has torment.
Perfect love casts out fear.
They know they have a fear problem.
Well, if they'd back up
two steps, they would know they've got a demon problem
because that's exactly what Paul called it.
A demon of fear.
God has not given us a demon or a spirit of fear.
You got demons.
You're going to have to deal
with your willful
thing you're living with.
You're willfully choosing
to live in fear.
So deal with it.
Get it out.
There's stuff online you can listen to.
You can go back and listen to that series, listen to it.
Or you can just go to the Holy Spirit and say,
man, you got to help me get this fear out.
This has got to go. I can't live.
This is sin. There's demons attached
to my fear. I mean, if we see it
for as real as it is
and then go after it.
And I would highly recommend deal with it
as much as you can before you're staring
down the demon.
Because they'll feel it on you.
They see in the spirit realm.
They'll feel it on you.
And they'll harass you to no end
if they get the access to the mouth.
They'll just call you out.
They'll say, how do you...
You know, I've had them do it. That's why I know this.
What gives you the right to cast me out?
You're more afraid of me than I am you.
I am no afraid of your Jesus name.
Well, then why are you screaming at me?
You blankety-blank hypocrite.
You Christians.
And they'll just start calling you out.
And there you stand, flat footed.
Inside you know the right.
So what are you going to do with that?
So I highly recommend
before you do deliverance
get out of willful sin.
Or it won't work well.
It would just be a problem.
Go ahead.
So when your body reacts...
I just can feel like,
okay, if your body's going to react
it's going to try and tell you you're in fear.
Yep.
But if you have little...
I don't know if anybody's without fear.
But if you have little fear
in you, you can tell your body to knock it off.
I am not going to be afraid
of these spirits that are standing in front of me right now.
Knock it off.
We're in charge.
And the fear will just go...
But if you have fear,
you, the real you, the spirit person
if you're struggling with fear
in the name of Jesus,
I command it to go down and you're standing there.
Because you're in fear.
There's a difference.
Yeah.
Very good question though.
Very good question.
And it opens up way wider than just fear.
People who are in willful sin
shouldn't be casting out demons.
Because it's going to come back and bite them.
It's only a matter of time.
It's going to come back and bite them.
You're divided.
You're trying to deal.
Kingdom divided against itself can't stand.
It won't work.
I mean if you're struggling with demon problems
and you're trying to cast out demons
that kingdom would be divided against itself.
It won't work.
So you've got to
submit yourself
to God.
And we all deal with sin things.
But we don't
have to live with willful sin
in our life.
And we submit ourselves, we deal with that.
Now we're in a position to
cast out demons.
Just my experience.
Some other people might have
different experience.
And I've
heard ministers on
YouTube and years ago on TV
say you can be born again
yesterday and cast out demons today.
You can. I'm not against that.
But you're also going to run into
problems like people perched
on top of a house.
Because you're probably
not ready for every situation
that's coming along. You'll get rid of some of them.
But you're also going to run into
problems.
Because we need to grow.
And it's just
the way it is. I mean I run
into problems now. It's like
okay, what's wrong here? It's not working.
What's broken? Is it broken in me?
What's wrong with me?
That could be hindering this.
What's wrong with them? What is this?
What am I not dealing with? I had someone
approach me just...
What is today? Tuesday must have been last week.
They were dealing with
astral projections.
And they didn't know it was
astral projections. And they were
taking authority over it and commanding
it to leave and casting it out
and it was harassing them in
their house.
And it wouldn't leave. Never would leave.
And they were just so frustrated
because the Word of God doesn't work.
I said, well, this may
not be a demon. Well, what else
could it be? See, there is
there is experience.
The first
astral projection that I dealt
with took me 30 days to
figure it out.
That was hell.
That third, that was in that 18 to 24
months. For 30 days
this thing showed up every
night.
When the sun went down
things would start ramping up and
the worst was like 2 to 4 in the
morning.
So I was sleeping
during the day and dealing
with astral projection stuff all
night because
we were doing deliverance stuff and
they were trying to stop that
and they would physically do the
poltergeist thing. They'd manifest.
You'd walk in the room, the chair
is rocking. The light back
that was that and back in the time
where we used to have lamps that hung on a hook
the lights,
they would be swinging. And there was
nobody who had been in the room.
The front door was opening and closing
and you know you get
this creepy feeling going through you
like this ain't God. And you take
authority where it does nothing.
Night after night
after night
after night. That was
a long month. It was
bad. I knew
somehow we had a win.
But that was a
long month.
Finally
at the end
my mentor said
how did he say it?
You know you've been
on my heart. Been praying
for you. You got anything going
on that you need help with?
Nothing other than
this night thing.
And I explained it
to him.
He said, you know what
I don't think you're dealing with demons.
Have you taken
have you dealt with astral projection?
Astral who?
Astral what? What is that?
So he explained it to me.
He said this is
the only way that I've gotten
and gotten it to obey.
And it's the same thing with me. And I just told
this person the same thing. I said this
may sound a little rough.
I said, but you cannot
take authority over an astral projection
like a demon and they obey you because they're not a
demon. They're a human being
who's out of their body.
And if you
don't deal with them like another
person
you can't, they won't
obey you. They have no reason
to obey you.
So they just harass
you to no end.
Just weird stuff.
People pulling up
in front of the house and making
threats at two in the morning.
And just all instigated
around this astral projection stuff.
So he said, this is the only
way it works for me. He says
they're in witchcraft. He said, that's how
they make this work. Demon worship, witchcraft.
He said it's all in the same bag.
He said, the only thing that works for
me is the Old Testament.
God said, do not allow
a witch to live.
He said, so either
threaten to kill them or kill them.
I said, really?
That sound kind of dramatic.
I said, how do you do that? Well then he explained
to me the silver cord and
I think we've already shown it
in Ecclesiastes where
Solomon knew about it and how it
worked. Of course Solomon was into
all kinds of things he shouldn't have been into.
But
he said, the thing
that keeps them attached to their
body, the scripture describes
as a silver cord and if you're
in the spirit realm
you can see it
and it looks silver and it's a thin cord
that runs from the spirit person
back to the body.
And that's how they motivate
and they get back to their body and
the more they practice the further
they can go to where
if they get really
full of demons and very
practiced they can go anywhere
in the world. I mean it'll stretch
like that, it's not an issue.
The only thing that will keep them
from getting back to their body is if the
silver cord gets cut.
And look it up in Ecclesiastes
sometime it did. It says it
that way.
He said, so tell him, if you don't get
out of here and stay out of here I'm gonna cut the silver cord
I'll kill you. God says
suffer not a witch to live so you keep showing
up here I'm gonna kill you.
Well, that just
sounds too dramatic to me.
It's like really
we have to go to that length
well I found out nothing works but that
that nothing worked for me but that
so that's what I told the person last week
I said
here's the only thing I know
that works.
When you know they're there
you talk to them
and you say
however you want to say it
I always give them one warning
I will let you leave tonight but don't
ever come back. If you ever
or someone from your coven because they're almost
always tied into a coven
someone from your coven comes back
I'll kill you. I will cut your silver
cord with the word of my mouth. It's a
spirit thing and I can cut it spiritually
and you will be dead.
So I asked
my mentor I said well they'll be dead
what does that mean? He said well a lot of
times they're on drugs when they're doing
this
there's different things happening. He said
they'll just die of a heart attack or they'll
die of an overdose or
you know once the cord is cut now the
spirit is no longer giving a life
to the body. Paul said
that the thing that gives the human
body life is the spirit. The life
comes from the human spirit. Once
that's cut he said they could have a heart
attack, they could have a brain hemorrhage, they
could have anything. When they go in for an autopsy
they'll say well they died of a heart attack
or they had an aneurysm that burst or whatever
and he says in reality what happened
is their silver cord got cut
and the life source to that person's
body was severed
they couldn't get back and
the body died.
That works.
It took me a whole month
to learn that. Probably some of it was
my own ignorance. Why didn't I ask
him earlier?
I don't know, just didn't.
One of those, I don't know.
Everybody does dumb things, that was one of
mine.
That was a long month, sure you can say something.
Do you remember when Ken and I came
and we had that
exact experience and I said we're
taking authority over this. I am getting
ticked off. They won't listen.
And you said you're dealing
with astral projection.
Okay, the next
time they came
I preached to them.
I told them about Jesus
loved them. God wanted
them to be saved. They didn't have to live
like this. And I said
go, go back. And I said
get out. I said call on the name
of the Lord. Call on Jesus.
He will help you escape.
He will help you and you can
have the life that God planned for you.
And I'm getting so excited.
I'm just on this roll.
I'm thinking of other things. Scripture
is coming like crazy.
And I think this is wonderful.
And they have not been back since.
Really? So there's
a new thing that could work.
Preach the gospel to them.
That's interesting.
Hey, as long as it works, I don't care.
The thing was the compassion
that rose up. I thought
the compassion
that rose up in me, I thought
they had a mother.
They had a father.
I don't think this is what they wanted
for whoever.
I was so concerned
for them. And I thought
maybe they can feel this. I don't know.
I mean, I don't know. That was just
but I was
so concerned for them. I wanted
them to hear the word. I thought maybe they've never heard this
preached. Maybe they don't know
that there's an alternative.
That there can be a way out because
you will make the way. I have to remember that
and try that. Because I mean
they show up from time to time. They'll do this.
You told me. You were the one that
said preach the gospel? Yes.
Really? Tell them that
tell them that they don't have to
live like this. Oh, yeah. That part's
true. But it never worked for me before that they stayed
away. Yeah. So, you know,
I don't know what Ken was thinking, but
I sat up in bed. I got
really excited about the whole
thing. And I thought afterwards
I thought, well now, if they come
back again, I said to Ken, if
any more come, this is what will happen
every time. Yeah.
Ken was probably thinking
out of there she goes again.
Preaching to somebody.
But they'll show up from time to time. I mean
they'll show up in our house from time to time.
Yeah. And it's
usually right before
something really good is going to happen.
So it's like that preemptive strike.
And it's like, well, then you got to
deal with it. And the
this hasn't happened for a while.
But the thing that they did
for the first few years, and we were
having church in the modular and stuff,
you'd hear when you were in the basement
you'd hear someone walking upstairs.
And it wasn't just Mary and I who
heard it. We had people over at
the house who stayed at the house one night
and we weren't there.
And during the night
they were sleeping in the bedroom
downstairs. During the night they said there was
people upstairs.
I said, what did you do? Well, I went up to see
who was in the house. Nobody
was there. What is
that? I heard them walk across the
house. I said, yeah, I know.
I've heard it too.
Well, what do you do with that?
Turn the lights off.
Go upstairs
and tell them, I know
what you're doing. And I know what
you are.
And maybe preach the gospel before you kill
them. You know, kind of thing.
That's, you know, I
get the concept, but it never worked for
me. They stayed away because I've done that.
You know, do you realize you're going
to hell? Do you realize you're working in the wrong
kingdom? Don't you understand? Jesus
died for this, but it never
kept them away. It worked for you.

I don't think I'm as important as you are.
Well, yeah, I don't know if I buy
that. He might have got,
person probably got saved and they quit coming
back. It didn't work for me. So then
the second time around it's
the knife's coming out. We're going to put an end to this.
You did tell about the silver cord.

Before
Phil and I were educated
on demons and
stuff like that, what they did.
There was a couple where we lived
and they
had a smoking habit
and they deprived
their children of
food so that they could smoke.
So Phil, being the big
hearted guy he was, he started
providing at least milk
for them. We'd go out to the dairy
and we'd get a milk and the children could
at least have milk. And
we did that for about two months
and then God told Phil,
he says, you realize that you took
my hand off of what I was trying to
do with them
by providing milk for the children.
He says, I was trying to
teach them and you
interrupted it.
And that was
a horrible feeling.
So after that we would
pray before we would help somebody.
Just in case we were going to take God's
hand off of somebody.
Interesting.
Since it's come up, let's go to Ecclesiastes
12. I'm going to read you the scriptures
here.
The specific verses
we're looking for are down a little
bit but let's get a running start on it.
Ecclesiastes 12 will start right at verse 1.
Remember your Creator in the days of your youth
before days of trouble come in the years
approach when you will say, I find no pleasure
in them. So in other words, he's talking about aging.
Before the sun and the light
and the moon and the stars grow dark
and the clouds return
after the rain. So he's talking
about aging and things
are going downhill.
He's continuing in a metaphorical
language describing that. When the keepers
of the house tremble and the strong men stoop
so in other
words, you're not standing up straight
anymore. You can do that. You're getting old.
You're stooped over. When the
grinders cease because they are few
so the people who work
in the grinding in the mill work
and stuff. They're dying off. There's very few of you
left. You've stopped doing that
work yourself. And those looking
through the windows grow dim.
You know, life's coming to an end. That's what he's
trying to describe here in a metaphorical
language. When the doors to the street
are closed, you're not going out
for runs anymore and the sound
of the grinding fades. When men rise
up at the sound of birds, but all
their songs grow faint.
When men are afraid of heights
and of dangers in the streets
when the
the thing of men are being
afraid of heights. I used to run
up and down ladders like it's no deal.
And I go slower now because
I don't bounce
like I used to. You know, there's
a time or two I've fallen off
and it's like, well, you get up and shake it off
and
it wasn't too many years ago
I didn't fall from that high, but I fell off
and it's less like a
and you don't get up so fast like
oh, I never used
to hurt like that.
Well, that's what he's talking
about here. When men are afraid of heights
and of dangers in the streets
when the almond tree blossoms and the grasshopper
drags himself along and the desire
no longer is stirred. See, so
everything's getting old. It's dying.
Then man goes to his
eternal home
and mourners, because he died,
go about the streets. So they're mourning for him because he died.
Remember
him
before the silver cord is
severed
or the golden bowl is broken.
I don't know what the golden bowl means.
No one's ever helped me with that.
I don't know what that means.
But when the silver cord is severed
the man dies. He leaves his body
before the picture
is shattered at the spring
or the wheel broken at the well.
So what he's basically saying
the body dies.
You come out. Verse 7
and the dust returns to the ground
it came from and the spirit returns to God
who gave it.
And then he goes into his
depressive chant.
Meaningless, meaningless says the teacher
everything is meaningless.
I mean, my opinion Solomon
was suffering huge depression
before he died.
Because everything was meaningless
and if anybody knew it's not all meaningless
it should have been him. So he was given
wisdom above all things.
But the whole thing there
it's describing somebody dying
and one specific thing is the silver cord gets broke
it gets cut.
Fort gets cut and before
the golden bowl gets broken
I don't know what the golden bowl is
I don't know what he's talking about there
it must be something spiritual.
I just I've never
heard anybody address it and I have no idea

but there is the
scriptural reference to the silver cord
is part of what keeps us in our body
and keeps us alive
and once that's broken then
we go the body goes back to dust
and the spirit goes back to God
or otherwise.
The only reference
scriptural reference that I remember
the only other
reference I remember
regarding golden bowl is in
Revelation. The golden bowls
of incense which are the righteous acts
of the saints.
Oh that's good.
Because once we're out of the body
there's no more righteous acts
in our body. It's done. It's broken.
I'm going to have to write that down
as a cross reference. That could be
that could be it.
Yeah. Once they die there's
no more righteous acts to do.
Golden Bowl is broken.
Huh. That's simple.

And I think no matter what
I mean when you're out in the woods
you get surprised
like you talk about the hair stand up
on the back here. That's a fear thing.
Yep. And it comes out of your body.
Right. But you got to
calm it back down
and then take control.
But you're never going to get rid of that.
That's an instinct.
It's a fallen nature thing.
It's a fallen body thing.
If we in our spirit man
and in our soul are not fearful
you can get rid of that.
You know, you're out in the woods
in the dark and all of a sudden
something comes up and who?
You jump? It's like, ah, well
whatever.
Someone who struggles with fear
in them
they'll run off screaming like a girl.
Maybe they are girls.
It's because
they themselves are fearful.
They're feeling the fear of their body
but they themselves are fearful.
So that, yeah, good
question, good thought.
In dealing with someone once
with deliverance
they said that
something had come on them
that the Holy Spirit was telling them
that it came on them because of an uncle
who had drank blood in some
service. Generational thing?
So it was like an uncle
not a father. So can that?
It's in the family.
So it's jumping.
Yeah, it's jumping.
And it's following
down one side of the family
and they just happen to get picked.
While the mic is moving
let me answer this question.
If fear is caused by a trauma
how do you deal with this?
Again, I would go back
to the series we have on fear
and the subconscious
because trauma
let me back up one
or two steps before I answer it.
The subconscious which is the database
it just keeps all memories
it keeps everything that's happened to us
it's all stored there
but the thing they've discovered about the subconscious
is
the God
characteristic it has
is everything in the subconscious
is in the present
it's now.
So if they had trauma
20 years ago
unless that subconscious or that memory
is given a
a reality check
that this happened
a long time ago it's not happening
now.
When that memory
comes forward
they will relive it
like it's happening now. Have you ever been around
people with trauma and something triggers that trauma
and they go back
into it and stop hitting me
no, no, stop it, stop it
and the trauma came up
and they could be an adult
and this happened when they were a child
but the subconscious
doesn't know it's not
happening now. It's a memory
but the subconscious
doesn't know it's a memory it's just information
and it's information that's happening
now
until you give it a reality check
so to answer the question
if fear is caused by a trauma
how do you deal with this
the first thing you do is you talk
to yourself renew your mind
tell yourself
this memory
is a memory
this happened 20, whatever
30, 40, 50 years ago
this happened
it's not happening now
we're safe
I'm safe
that person who did that might be dead already
they might live in Florida
they're not here
this is not happening now
and that
will put the subconscious trauma
to rest
to where it's not
like it's not in torment anymore
the mind is not being
tormented by something that happened in the past
it'll just relax
it'll calm down, it's like okay
and when you remember it
people with trauma
who the subconscious thinks it's happening now
when they remember it
the emotion of
that comes up
like for instance the example I just gave you
which that happened a few years ago
but
sometimes
people mistake that for a demon
the emotion gets triggered
and this person reverted back to a child
and was acting like a child
and trying to protect themselves
stop hitting me, they were in the dream
they were in their memory
stop hitting me, no, no, no
I don't hate you
and they're carrying on
it's a demon, it's not a demon at all
they were
reliving the trauma
because it got triggered
once that got
put into place, you are a
grown woman, this happened
I don't remember how many years previous
when you were a child, you're not a child anymore
separate those two, you're safe now
this is just a memory
back there
of course they had to calm down the adrenaline
had to go away and everything
but the days and weeks after I'd ask them
I'd say now when you remember it now
is the emotion still there?
no, the emotion is gone
I can remember everything that was said and done
very clearly, but now it's like
a memory
before
with the emotion that came in everything
it's like I was reliving it
that's just a subconscious
doesn't know where to put this information
and you can have nightmares out of that
all kinds of stuff come out of that
so to answer that question
if fear is caused by a trauma
number one
I would start with
dealing with
the subconscious and getting a
reality check there
and then there might be
remember the session we talked about
wounds and lies
and pain
demons live in that
so if you were traumatized
they sucked to that like
flies to peanut butter sandwich
There's so much laying outside, you know. Here's something.
So if you deal with the trauma, then you just get rid of them.
And it's not hard. God, I submit myself to you. And whatever happened back there with that person, I forgive them.
That's between you and them. And any demonic thing here, just get out of here. I'm done with you.
That quick, that easy, they're gone. They got nothing to hold on to anymore.
It doesn't have to be a big drawn out deliverance. This is actually really easy to do.
But, yeah.
Maybe you're going to be talking about it in the next session, but panic attacks.
I was thinking about that with parents that have had severe trauma and now it's manifesting in their children
and they haven't experienced the trauma. Would that be demonic? Would that be generational?
Would that be...
Knowing how much we have to cover in the last session, I'll talk about it right now.
That can go many directions. And I know that because Mary has done more study in that area.
For instance, some of the things that our children do, it's because we trained them to be that way.
They watched mom or dad live that way and they just picked it up and became like them.
Like for instance, if you have a parent that's very fearful, if you have any number of children,
you're going to produce one or two of them that's going to be very fearful.
And they really have nothing to be afraid of, but they watched mom and dad be afraid all the time.
So, you know, it can be trained.
They have proven in the DNA there's memories that can transfer from previous generations
to where in your DNA you're actually remembering something that someone else did or experienced.
They've proven that now. It's fairly new research, but they've proven that now.
The human body is just an amazing, amazing thing.
We used to always think, well, that's spiritual.
Well, it could be. It could be a familiar spirit.
But it could be memory of something that a parent experienced or did.
They've also proven that if a parent is struggling with something, when the child,
especially the mother, when the child is in the womb, the child can pick up the same weaknesses.
It just goes right into their DNA.
So, if a mother is in trauma of some kind when she's carrying a child,
that child will live out different realms of trauma.
Like, for instance, I'm thinking of one example right now,
where the husband was abusive with the wife when the wife was carrying the child.
The child, for no reason, just seems to have a bad temper.
I mean, they just got a bad temper.
And they can just go off and get mean for no reason.
That could be attached to, that's what that child was experiencing in the womb.
And mom was traumatized, the child was traumatized,
and that's the child's way of protecting itself now.
And it goes back to what happened while it was in the womb.
There can be numerous reasons for it.
And that's the same thing when we talk about mental health and casting out demons.
That's a messy thing now, because it's so fashionable to have mental health
and to be on some kind of pills.
You know, it's almost like it's in style.
I see my therapist and my psychologist and now I'm on these three things.
And it's like, do you realize that those three things are mind-altering drugs?
No, they just helped me with my depression.
How do they help you with your depression?
You know, like for instance, when we were doing therapeutic foster care years ago,
we had a big week therapist who was part doctor.
They had studied doctoring, this, that, and the other.
And we were, we were at odds because the child that we had that therapist for
had behavioral issues.
And the behavioral issues were just some bad attitudes and some wounds
and things that had accumulated over the years.
Well, their solution was XYZ drug.
And I said, so you're going to control them with drugs?
Well, it's not really control.
I said, okay, so let's call it what it really is.
You're going to alter the way they think.
This is a mind control thing.
Well, I wouldn't use that approach.
I said, so what is it?
Well, it's just going to help them calm down
and it's going to help them be more at peace
and they won't be quite as impulsive.
I said, because you're drugging them.
You're drugging their mind.
They didn't like that.
Because we're helping them.
Well, see now it's fashionable.
So you've got somebody who's got a demon sitting here
and the demon's manifesting.
But the person themself doesn't have control over their own mind.
Because they're on XYZ, two, three different kinds of drugs.
They've got mental illness.
They've got whatever.
It gets so messy.
So we're going to talk about that last session,
but it kind of goes the same thing.
What do you do with that?
I still struggle with that.
You know, you have mental illness.
That's one thing.
And then you've got mental illness mixed with sorcery.
Pharmakia.
I was going to say pharmacot... whatever.
Pharmakia.
Sorcery. That's what Revelation calls drugs.
Pharmakia.
It's where we get the word pharmacists from.
Drugs. It's witchcraft.
So you've got, and it's called,
King James calls it sorcery.
So you've got someone with mental weakness
mixed with sorcery who has demons.
So what are you going to do with that?
Well, I've heard people say,
well, the guy with legion had mental weakness.
Yeah, but he wasn't into sorcery.
He wasn't on five different medications.
He was just mentally weak.
He had problems and he had demons.
That's what that is.
So when Jesus cast out the demons,
then he was able to heal them.
And that can still happen,
even though you have mental weakness
and you're involved with sorcery.
But it seems to throw a curve ball in there somehow.
And it gets difficult to deal with.
Because sometimes you're not talking to the person.
You're talking to the drug.
Mary will say this.
I wasn't talking to the person in that prayer line.
I was talking to the drug.
I could tell the difference.
So what do you mean the drug?
Well, their mind is altered by the drug.
It's being affected by the drug.
Whether it's a prescription drug or otherwise,
their mind is being affected by the drug.
And when you ask them questions,
the answer that comes is the drug.
It's not them.
It's the drug speaking.
I said, was the drug the drug or is the drug a demon?
She said, I don't know.
Sometimes I think it's a demon because of the drug.
And then other times it's the drug.
For instance, if you have ever been
on any prescription medication
and someone asks you a question
and you're taking something huge,
a huge thing for pain or something,
oxycodone or whatever,
and someone asks you a question,
you feel fine,
but you can give the dumbest answers.
Have you ever noticed that?
Where were you?
What do you mean, where was I?
I'm just asking, where were you?
Well, the car broke down
and then I think a dog ran under it
and she's like, what?
You're not even making any sense.
Oh, yeah, I am.
No, you're not speaking.
The drug is speaking.
You're drugged up.
The thoughts are not connecting.
They're all scrambled.
So you're speaking out of that scrambled egg mess there
and you're not making any sense.
That's what she means by the drug is speaking.
Well, if you've got the scrambled drug mess here
and a demon is speaking out of them,
now which one is it?
Is it the scrambled mess speaking?
Is it the demon speaking?
If we get rid of the demon,
do they have the mental wherewithal
under that drug's influence to hold their own temple?
A bunch of questions come in.
So we're going to talk about that a little bit more in depth.
I don't think I have a really good answer,
but we'll talk about it when I can give the answer
and it'll maybe make more sense.
Hopefully as time goes on, I'll learn more about
how do you deal with the spirit realm
when you're dealing with drugs?
It's like trying to cast demons out of a drunk person.
You know, there again, they're under a mind-altering drug.
They're drunk. They're under a mind-altering drug.
And you try to cast...
Have anybody ever tried to cast demons out of a drunk person?
It does not work.
It's like... they just... they'll make a fool out of you.
And I think it's partially because the person
is so incapacitated that they just...
they got free for all.
It's just a weird realm to operate in.
Sometimes when demons get cast out,
they're sober just like that. Boom.
Had that happened to where you pray for them
and in the name of Jesus, this thing has to go
and poof, the person's sober.
And it's like, wow.
But I think that's necessary to keep the demon out.
They have to have their wits about them
to submit themselves to God and resist this.
And if they're in La La Land, they can't do that.
It's just... it's a weird realm.
