Whoo! How many of you have been at the meetings? They've been wonderful. This morning is going to be wonderful, full of wonder. That's what wonderful means, right? You're going to go, whoa, I wonder about a lot of things by the time it gets done. I just always believe that when you favor the five-fold, meaning you pay attention to the five-fold ministry, and that is, you know, you make sure as an apostle that the churches have enough operation in it of all the different five-fold. You know, many of you have gone to a church that maybe the pastor was really an evangelist, and so you heard the same message all the time, God has a plan for your life, kind of plan and forgiveness to sin and everything. And that's truth and it's exciting and it's wonderful, but that's the bend in the rest of the five-fold many times is missing. And so whatever we operate and strengthen, many times we'll have people come in with the same strength, but a lot of times we'll be like, oh, we've got to pull from this person and that person. So every time a person comes in that's carrying a little bit different anointing, that's just like a fresh vitamin for the body, right? And I believe that's what's happening. I want you to turn your Bibles this morning to 1 John chapter 5. 1 John chapter 5. There's a lot going on when it comes to prayer. So we had a lot of new people here last night, some TBOers came over last night, which was wonderful, but they're fresh in their journey. They're fresh and like, how are we doing this? What is all this? And it takes some bravery just to come on over. And participate in something that maybe you don't fully understand. Very few express that they do, but they want in, right? So that was exciting last night. There's a lot of new saved people. I've been out and about and just praying with different people and they're showing up. And that's wonderful. And some of you are inviting people. So we have this movement, right? If you remember, it's been probably eight months. I've said it in prayer times. I've said it in leader meetings. I've said it in staffings. It's like, we're going to grow 50 people. The Lord said we're going to grow 50 people. Now, we're going to grow far more than that, but that every department's supposed to get ready because we're going to grow 50 people. Now, he never said how we're going to grow that. You know, you get them all in one age group. Well, then that's what you got to work with, right? We don't know how many of those will be children. So that's going to affect the children's department or whatever, but we are expanding our thought life to grab that next 50 people. Now, we have had quite a few visitors, quite a few people checking the church out, quite a few people that have gotten born again or whatever come in and out. And this is a test for us. For those 50 people, this is a test in how we handle the people that are already visiting us. Well, more are on the way. So that means we think different. We think like, hey, should I move so some family can sit here? You know, I believe in that just like in the module, this place will once be full in such a way where people will make a choice to be like, I will stand in the back corner. That's where I'll stand just so we can fit people in. There was quite a few of us. Well, for the sake of the modular, I can't say quite a few. There's a handful of us that would just sit on the floor. A lot of times I would sit on the floor because there was no space for visitors. And I'd just go sit on the floor and it kind of was obvious because it's a modular and it's like right there. So would you do whatever you have to do to make space for the very thing we're believing for and that's revival? So, you know, even how Tom was talking about last night is very similar to what we've preached here on the NeuroPathways and expanding just by challenging them to do something new. And we get in ruts and ruts start with a rote. And a rote is that thing that you do that I talked about last night. It's just this is how it's always been. This is how it is. I've established it. So I can go to church almost like, you know, no brainer. I just walk into the same path, sit in the same spot, you know. But then we're not in a spot where we're thinking, how can we change this? What is it we're going to put pressure on for change? And so I say that because our prayers should reflect not just maintaining the ground we already have but pushing ahead to expand, which means we can't do the same thing that we've always been doing and many times not even the same way. Yeah? So very much, very much we have to pay attention to this. So we're expanding how we love people. We're expanding that thought. We're expanding in the way of like, I don't know how you want us to do this. I don't even know where we're going to sit 50 people. Show us. Show us how to do this. Which would mean everyone needs to adapt in such a way. We were at church where Rodney Howard Brown was at. Was that last year? I don't remember. These dates aren't that important to me. But anyways, they had overflow, right? So everybody's trying to get in the main sanctuary. But a whole bunch of people knew that, you know, you don't get in there or whatever. You have to accept the fact, you get to get in the overflow. And they actually had a whole another room that was overflow. And then another section out in the foyer was taken up. And it was full. And people stayed because they want revival. They were hungry and they want revival. But it's interesting. I don't know who the main church was there. And if their people were adaptable. So adaptable is like, we will change in the moment to do whatever needs to be done. We practiced this huge in Colorado when we were in schools. Because you could show up at the school, haul out all kinds of stuff for the children's church. And they've got it blocked off or something else. And now, okay, what are you going to do with the kids? And so we'd have to adapt. Or we'd have to adapt if they were using the area that we were in. Then we'd have to figure out where else we were going to go. And it was a constant movement that made you constantly think like, it may never be the same. We're not looking for the same. We're just going to roll with the moment and do what needs to be done. So everyone likes comfortability. And I just thought I'd bring this part up. It has nothing to do with First John. But I bring this up because it's just a reminder of how we see this now. What is it that we're going to say about it? And how uncomfortable are we willing to be? For the sake of souls. For the sake of the lost. So anyways, let's go to First John. Well, I got to go back with another thought on that. And a couple weeks, there's probably going to be a pretty good handful of people and maybe even some of our band members and stuff gone to Red Lake with us. Well, it would be on the 15th and the 16th for the outreach that we're doing there. Which could make it different here. No, different. What it says is we're going outside the walls and we have to figure out how to do inside the walls, maintain the quality and the level while we go outside the walls. And sometimes people will do things where they'll be like, wow, they weren't there this morning. I don't know if I want to show up, if that's how it's going to be. I mean, attitudes over the years, I've seen that. Because it's changed. It's changed. And so I just say that, you know, if you see something different, just label it exciting. Because, oh, change is on the horizon. Change is so. So in a couple of weeks, that will be happening. There will be different people up at Red Lake and we'll be praying for that here too. Because this is going to be a great outreach. We're going to start first, John, chapter 5 verse 1. Everyone who believes with a deep, abiding trust in the fact that Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah, the anointed, is born of God. That is reborn from above, spiritually transformed, renewed and set apart for his purpose. So King James doesn't say it that way. This is broke down, right? In word picture and in the Greek. But just that part says we're set apart for his purpose is something that's many times missed because we get born again and we're like, we're born again. That's what we did. We got born again. But literally it should be taught more often that we're born again to be set apart for his purpose, right? And everyone who loves a father also loves the child born of him. By this we know without any doubt that we love the children of God, expressing that love when we love God and obey his commandments. For the true love of God is this. That we habitually keep his commandments and remain focused on his precepts and his commandments and his precepts are not difficult to obey. For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world. In case you didn't know. You're born a God? Then we're world overcomers, right? Ha! And this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world. Our continuing persistent faith in Jesus, the Son of God. So if you want to know how to conquer the world, you know, it's through our continuing persistent faith in Jesus, the Son of God. I always say to my grandchildren when they come over, they'll be like, what are we going to do today, Grandma? I'm like, conquer the world. I don't know what that's going to program like. When they get older, they're like, I guess we're here to conquer the world. But I always say that to them. Who is the one who is victorious and overcomes the world? It is the one who believes and recognizes the fact that Jesus is the Son of God. That's the one he wanted me to really hone in on this morning as we go into prayer. Who is the one who is victorious and overcomes the world is the one who believes. First criteria. Second one is recognizes the fact that Jesus is the Son of God. So you can have received Christ and have some issue in your life financially or whatever, physically or whatever. And forget that Jesus is the Son of God. And how you know you forgot it is that there's not a faith toward your healing. There's not a faith toward change. So then you have to go back and revisit who is he that I received? What kingdom moved inside of me? Right? And then remind yourself that Jesus is the Son of the living God. He's the way, the truth, the life. He's the lamp unto our feet, the light unto our path. He is wonderful. He's counselor. His plan is good. He's the Son of the living God. So, you know, created the universe and more. And when you look at that and you take your problem and you put that next to it, it's, I don't know how we're going to get over this. I don't know how we're going to get past this. I don't know how this is going to be fixed. Who is the one who is victorious and overcomes the world? Out of all of us sitting here right now. Who is the one? Well, hopefully it's all of us. It's the one who believes. It's the one who recognizes the fact that Jesus is the Son of God which sets it up in covenant that we have right to invoke that kingdom to move on our behalf. Amen? So that's what prayer is about. That's where the base where prayer starts. There's a lot of people like I said who maybe even got born again and maybe the church they were in didn't carry it any further. Then it realized the power and the authority that was in the Son of God and the fact that you have to conquer these things through belief. But they know they're going to heaven. Right? That's the average church. That's the average Christian. I'm going to heaven, I hope. I mean I've been trying to be good. These are all terms that I hear when people talk to me. They're like I've been trying. I hope. I mean it's the thought that it does say. But there's not like a belief. When you believe there's an energy that goes with that that's like I got to do. It'll come out like I got to do because I believe. And if I believe he's the Son of God then I believe the rest of the word is true. And if I believe he's the Son of God then he's capable and started a good work in me and he's going to finish it. Then the assignments he's given me because he is the Son of God I am under his authority. He is the Lord of the Harvest and I've gone into his office. He's given me the assignment and he is the Son of God. So he will be the carry through on my behalf. I just got to follow. I just got to follow. So it's simple gospel. It goes back to the foundationals that we've been talking about. Just sometimes we miss the biggest truth that we need in the moment in the small thing that runs deep. Right? We're looking for some type of prophetic prayer that moves in some insight of I don't know, prism or something. Sometimes people are looking for something so like whoo and really it runs in something deep. If you stop yourself and go wait, hold on a second. I believe and I believe Jesus is the Son of God and I asked him and his kingdom to dwell inside of me. Rule inside of me God. Rule and reign inside of me. You're the one who puts things in order. I seek first the kingdom and his right way of doing things or his righteousness. All these things will be added. What am I worried about? What am I doing? And so even in that foundational thing you can build yourself up in your most holy faith and reset your mind. Because sometimes we'll have our mind set and then all of a sudden we're off of it. We fall off of it. It's like falling off a wagon. What happened? And then you try to regroup your thoughts or whatever. You have to reset your mind. Have you ever tried to tell yourself to think more positive? I just got to think more positive. That's what I got to do. I don't know why I'm talking like this. Okay, go think it. You know? You're going to think something. Well, that's not how it works. It's what does this word say and then you say out loud, I believe that. That's your best confession is I believe. Mine sometimes is I choose to believe. Because I can't see it. It's not happening in me up but then I choose it. It's like forgiveness. I choose to forgive. I don't need to wait until I get ready and work on a project and do all this. I just choose in the moment to forgive. That's how faith moves. It just says yes and it calls it and it moves forward. And so when we pray this morning we are going to pray for Red Lake and the service and however the Lord leads us to go into. We just choose to believe. And the basis of the power we stand on is the fact that Jesus is the Son of God. Yeshua. Salvation. He who takes the limits off is the Son of God.
