Once you settle that it is and you grab that in its truth then it should 01:01.920 --> 01:09.660 produce the goal. It should produce us going into action. We don't sit around and wait. So that's the very spiritual thing we're going to revisit this morning. And this is why we've had several questions come in from people when 01:40.300 --> 01:45.560 it comes to the armor of God. It's interesting. I've heard teachings on it that are really 01:45.560 --> 01:55.360 good. But it's the thought pattern of confusion that I see either taught religiously or just an idea 01:55.360 --> 02:02.300 that people are under. And that is like, you know, we just got to put this on. That's what we do. And 02:02.300 --> 02:07.640 then we're protected from the Dronach realm. And, you know, it's like, I should have had my armor 02:07.640 --> 02:12.600 on. I must not have had my armor in those kinds of comments when we're going to pray. 02:14.100 --> 02:21.580 It is our heart that's armored up, by the way. It's our heart that's armored up. So anything we deal 02:21.580 --> 02:28.880 with because you say the word heart in Scripture, it can be the same as the word spirit. Sometimes 02:28.880 --> 02:35.600 it's not, but sometimes it is where, you know, if you say their heart was broken, well, their 02:35.600 --> 02:41.380 spirit could be broken because that might be what it really meant in the Greek. And so 02:42.740 --> 02:49.400 there's something about bringing everything back to simplicity of the heart. And I think to 02:49.400 --> 02:54.020 fulfill all the different prophecies that came forward, all the different insights and everything, 02:54.380 --> 02:58.720 it's always about our heart. As soon as we come up here and we're in our head 02:58.720 --> 03:03.100 of what we're going to have to do and, you know, make sure we do this or whatever, 03:03.220 --> 03:09.180 yeah, that's good to have structure. But that's not the revelatory area, the area 03:09.180 --> 03:14.100 that's revelatory is your heart. It's a childlike way many times to be able to 03:36.060 --> 03:40.620 think, oh, I just got to put this on this morning. And then if you ask someone, we just ask an adult, 03:40.800 --> 03:46.040 well, how do you do that? And they're like, you just got to put it on. Yeah, but how do you do that? 03:46.640 --> 03:52.020 Right? Because it's a heart thing. It's just the same as I was going to play video this morning, 03:52.020 --> 03:58.420 but that did not work out. It's just kind of a cool video of someone who had was walking 03:58.420 --> 04:02.980 through and discernment hit him. And he began to see the demons that were following random 04:02.980 --> 04:07.520 people around all the different types and shapes and things like that. You know, of course, 04:07.660 --> 04:12.000 this was made up, but it would be like you'd see in the spirit realm. And then, of course, 04:12.100 --> 04:16.220 they're coming to church and that filters off. They just fall off when they when they come into 04:16.220 --> 04:24.770 church. Some of that's true and some of that ain't. So it's the same thing with our 04:24.770 --> 04:30.410 ideas about the armor of God. So the thing is, as he's seeing into the spirit realm, 04:30.410 --> 04:34.730 the first thing that video does is make you pay attention to the demons when really 04:34.730 --> 04:43.210 the demons are taken care of when you take care of the heart. See that? You can take authority over 04:43.210 --> 04:47.270 them. That's really great. You can tell them the back off or whatever. I'm trying to deal 04:47.270 --> 04:50.670 with my heart right now. Get out of here. You can do those different things, 04:50.670 --> 04:56.690 but to be totally free, the heart has to be changed. And to walk in the armor of God, 04:56.690 --> 05:04.030 it's the same thing. He goes through and tells us who we should obey in Ephesians 6. I always 05:04.030 --> 05:09.550 look at the whole chapter. Sometimes you got to go read two before, just to get the flow of 05:09.550 --> 05:14.250 everything. Who you're supposed to honor, how it's supposed to work in family, how it's supposed 05:14.250 --> 05:20.690 to work if you're a slave. It's kind of giving you like, hey, check this. Then it says, in 05:20.690 --> 05:27.270 conclusion to all that, be strong in the Lord. Draw your strength from him and be empowered through 05:27.270 --> 05:32.630 your union with him and be empowered through your union with him. How are you empowered 05:32.630 --> 05:39.250 through the heart? Because your heart has union with him. Your body has been touched by sin. 05:39.450 --> 05:44.130 Your body actually, the Bible indicates that it's an enemy of the cross. Did you know that? 05:44.130 --> 05:51.030 It postures itself as the enemy of the cross. And so when our spirit is in control, it tells our 05:51.030 --> 05:55.490 body what to do. And that's what gives it the privilege of coming along with us. Amen? 05:57.430 --> 06:03.230 And so we're not feeding the flesh, we're feeding our spirit. So to be empowered through 06:03.230 --> 06:08.730 your union with him and in the power of his boundless might, put on the full armor of God. 06:08.730 --> 06:15.510 So we're in union with him and then it's his boundless might that's going to do this. It's 06:15.510 --> 06:20.790 nothing of our own strength. Put on the full armor of God for his precepts are like the splendid 06:20.790 --> 06:28.070 armor of a heavily armed soldier. And I like how it says that in the Amplified because we grow 06:28.070 --> 06:35.330 glory to glory, right? Line upon line, precept upon precept. And precept actually there, 06:35.330 --> 06:41.230 if you look it up, it means command. So in order for me to grow, I have to have a command and then 06:41.230 --> 06:46.890 follow it. And it forces me into that spot of like, ah, same thing we talked about with prophecy. 06:47.410 --> 06:51.150 You can get all these prophecies coming in. We got marching orders, all kinds of stuff. 06:52.290 --> 06:56.730 But it's going to make us grow. There's not nobody here goes, okay, I know what to do. 06:56.810 --> 07:01.570 I'll just go do that. As you go to do that, he changes the heart. That's when you get 07:01.570 --> 07:07.650 stretch marks on the brain. Sometimes you feel like you're being run through a 07:07.650 --> 07:12.250 knot hole. And all you're doing is following, but it's the narrow way. And it does that to all of 07:12.250 --> 07:18.230 us, right? And so his precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily armed soldier. 07:19.170 --> 07:24.830 So his commands are like that. So that's part of putting the armor on, right? So the heart 07:24.830 --> 07:30.050 has to make a decision that if I'm going to follow the precept or the command 07:32.350 --> 07:39.250 then as I step into that, that is part of what armors our heart. We're really not 07:45.470 --> 07:50.550 doing what he wants us to do. We're not in his precepts. We're not in the flow or the vein 07:50.550 --> 07:54.470 of where he's going, but we want to be armored up. Why? Because we're scared of demons. 07:55.550 --> 07:59.930 We don't want any bad stuff happening in our family. So we just all got to get that 07:59.930 --> 08:05.030 armor on. And so sometimes it's like it's taught that way to our children too. Just be sure you 08:05.030 --> 08:10.070 have the armor. I pray the armor of God on you, you know, and they see that and it can sound 08:10.070 --> 08:16.470 like it's faith, but it's actually fear. Wouldn't it be something if we told our kids on their 08:16.470 --> 08:22.150 about to get on the bus, which is a wicked place. Let's say they're about to get on 08:22.150 --> 08:28.590 the bus or whatever. Guard your heart with all diligence. Son, guard your heart. 08:29.150 --> 08:34.350 Things we've prayed about or whatever. Watch for that. Have insight. Well, having prayer meetings up at 09:27.610 --> 09:34.710 Red Lake or other places or even here, I've had questions come in where it indicates, 09:35.130 --> 09:40.410 so you got to hurry. I ask God to armor you. Okay, God armor me. And then we're going to 09:40.410 --> 09:44.650 take on the strongholds of a city. That's how we're going to get this. We're going to 09:44.650 --> 09:50.270 take authority over what's out there or whatever. When really the most powerful thing you can 09:50.270 --> 09:58.030 do is change your heart and pray for the heart of another because the strongholds in their mind 09:58.030 --> 10:05.330 is what's keeping them from receiving God. You get the light inside of them and you start 10:05.330 --> 10:11.770 lighting up your city. I'm not saying there's no such thing as going and praying for a city or 10:11.770 --> 10:17.410 over a family line or something like that, where you're taking authority over something 10:17.410 --> 10:23.970 that's just out there in the in the heavenlies, right? Spiritual wickedness in high places, 10:24.130 --> 10:29.310 things like that. But it tells us how to armor up. And if you're going to armor up, it's not 10:29.310 --> 10:34.230 to just get it on like you're walking around protected because you got stuff on. An armor is 10:34.230 --> 10:40.230 there to use it. It's for your protection. But like the sword of the spirit, you're 10:40.230 --> 10:45.910 actually letting the Lord wield that through you. It's there for use. I felt the spirit of poverty over that city. We should just take 11:22.530 --> 11:27.330 authority over the spirit of poverty. Well, here's what it looks like. If I can be blunt, 11:27.450 --> 11:30.990 can I do that? Because I usually do it anyway, but I'm asking just because 11:34.290 --> 11:38.130 usually looks like, you know, because we've taken the bus out and we want to do this again. 11:38.990 --> 11:43.270 I'll be explaining the next times that I speak the different types of prayer 11:43.270 --> 11:48.190 and giving avenues where we can show up to do that. That's intercessory prayer. Bringing it before God in a petition 12:01.590 --> 12:08.190 saying, Lord, your word says and calling that over the area and establishing the area. There's 12:08.190 --> 12:14.890 all different avenues that you can pray in that. But what I saw is belief systems that would just be 12:14.890 --> 12:19.790 like, we're just going to yell at this thing. We're going to command this thing. There, we 12:19.790 --> 12:27.710 can go home now. We just took care of it all. It's such a small port, a part of warfare. 12:27.710 --> 12:34.310 It's such a small part. You really want to get into warfare and do something for the kingdom? 12:34.590 --> 12:40.970 You walk through that city and you start witnessing to people. And that's where most people go, 12:41.090 --> 12:47.250 nah, I'm good. I'll just take authority over whatever. But that's, that's not the whole 12:47.250 --> 12:52.390 process. We're 13:55.550 --> 14:00.690 bringing that up so that we're in the truth, whether it be a fence or whatever, so that we're 14:00.690 --> 14:06.210 in the truth. So they're always dealing with the heart. Now years ago, they would say that's 14:06.210 --> 14:11.510 being a having sin consciousness, that the whole thing, I'm just always thinking about sin. 14:12.490 --> 14:16.070 Well, you could look at it like that if that's the angle your brain goes down, 14:16.150 --> 14:20.730 if that's your training, if that's how you hear things, if that's your filter. 14:22.290 --> 14:29.590 But when we declare what it should be, we should be able to see the goodness of God and want that. 14:30.750 --> 14:36.830 I want to be like him. So sometimes regret looks like, oh, man, I shouldn't have 14:58.150 --> 15:03.210 done that. And sometimes it looks like, give me a moment. Sometimes it looks like I've been 15:03.210 --> 15:11.530 at the altar crying for two hours. I just feel so bad. But eventually you have to switch 15:11.530 --> 15:18.070 into receiving what he did for us. And then that's when we make the change. So it's not the child's prayer like 16:07.090 --> 16:13.290 put the armor of God on me helmet of salvation. You know, sometimes we're stuck there. I mean, 16:13.350 --> 16:17.870 you got to start, you got to learn there. But then as you get older, you realize this above my heart. 16:19.230 --> 16:24.930 Ah, I need to be changed in the heart. So like I said, most powerful prayer is a prayer of 16:24.930 --> 16:31.230 repentance, but to just repent and then not receive what he did for us. I'm sorry. I'm 16:31.230 --> 16:35.830 sorry. I'm sorry. You know those prayers. I'm sorry about 15 years ago and I'm sorry 16:35.830 --> 16:41.070 about what I did today again. And I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Well, the power of it, of the heart 16:41.070 --> 16:47.750 changes when we step into what he did for us. Now, see, if you understand salvation power 16:47.750 --> 16:55.090 means to take the limits off, then you welcome repentance in a way of like, thank God, 16:55.830 --> 17:05.450 he's about to take the limit off of something in my life. And if we 19:18.470 --> 19:25.270 don't get that, then we'll be waiting for something mystical, something, you know, I just want words 19:25.270 --> 19:29.130 and knowledge flowing or whatever. That's how we'll know there's revival. You know how I'll 19:29.130 --> 19:38.230 know revival is when the altar is full of people crying out to God. When they turn in their 19:38.230 --> 19:41.870 chairs because they don't know what else to do and they kneel on the floor and they go, 19:41.870 --> 19:49.970 God, help me. That's revival. All the added stuff, words of knowledge, words of wisdom, 19:50.130 --> 19:57.910 all the gifts and everything, woohoo. But the true revival we're looking for is the change of heart. 19:59.050 --> 20:03.450 And in the last days, we shall see the hearts of the fathers turn back to their children and 20:03.450 --> 20:07.490 their children to their fathers. Well, what's going to have to happen when that happens? 20:07.490 --> 20:13.970 Change to heart. And will you use the gifts of the Spirit to pull that off? This is going to start the hearts of the fathers turning back. 21:06.900 --> 21:14.440 And what it does when the children turn to their fathers, this is a sign of revival 21:14.440 --> 21:23.560 of heart change. And we're bitter about it. And we carry it.
