So interesting that Abby started the phrase 01:02.440 --> 01:07.360 which you could say, well, that's what you say on resurrection is right. He is a resurrection and 01:07.360 --> 01:16.180 the life, but I shared in this this morning that I was, I woke up just like a just like that 01:16.840 --> 01:22.000 two nights ago and it was loud within me. I'm not saying I heard him audibly, but I heard 01:22.000 --> 01:29.480 I am the resurrection and the life. And I was like, what? I sat up and I was like, okay, 01:29.480 --> 01:33.920 you know, and I just began to worship and different things like that. But it happened twice 01:33.920 --> 01:39.040 last night. So I need to say I got up early this morning and I thought, well, I'm going to 01:39.040 --> 01:43.640 relook at that phrase. And we're going to talk about that here a little bit. But I want to 01:43.640 --> 01:52.260 read in chapter nine, because there's principles that he also told me before I got here this 01:52.260 --> 01:57.260 morning that there will be people here that need to hear this. So it's going to be like a 01:57.260 --> 02:04.020 dual message machine gun in you. Are you ready? Okay. All right, because I got to put a lot of 02:04.020 --> 02:08.360 stuff in a short period of time. Let's read chapter nine. As he passed along, he noticed 02:08.360 --> 02:15.740 a man blind from his birth to his disciples asked him, Rabbi, who sinned this man or his parents 02:15.740 --> 02:21.680 that he should be born blind? Jesus answered it was not this man or his parents sinned, 02:21.700 --> 02:25.300 but he was born blind in order that the workings of God should be manifested 02:25.300 --> 02:33.540 or displayed or illustrated in him. We, I like the word we so I circled it because it didn't say I 02:33.540 --> 02:41.240 must work the works. It says we to the disciples must work the works of him who sent me and be 02:41.240 --> 02:47.680 busy with his business while it is daylight. Night is coming on when no man can work. And I 02:47.680 --> 02:53.820 also love the phrase with his business. You know, if your business isn't working, 02:53.820 --> 03:00.560 be about his business and he'll be about yours. Right? So he's about business. As long as I am in 03:00.560 --> 03:06.380 the world, I am the world's light. When he had said this, he spat on the ground and made clay 03:06.940 --> 03:13.700 with his saliva and he spread it as an ointment on a man's eyes. And he said to him, Go, 03:14.240 --> 03:20.080 wash in the pool of psyllium, which means sent. So he went and washed and came back seeing 03:20.720 --> 03:26.140 when the neighbors and those who used to know him by sight as a beggar saw him, they said, 03:26.360 --> 03:34.620 is this not the man who used to sit and beg? I like that the story so far is saying that 03:34.620 --> 03:40.480 his norm was to sit and beg. And then Jesus tells him to do something completely opposite, 03:40.920 --> 03:46.400 like go, go wash, right? He doesn't keep him like sit here, continue to beg until it manifests. 03:46.960 --> 03:51.820 He's like, that's who you were. Now here's where you're going to go. And so he went from 03:51.820 --> 03:58.940 sit and beg to go. Some said it is he, others said no, but he looks very much like him. But he said, 03:59.180 --> 04:03.920 yes, I am the man. So they said to him, how were your eyes open? And he replied, 04:04.080 --> 04:09.100 the man called Jesus made mud and smeared it on my eyes and said to me, Go, once again, 04:09.660 --> 04:14.520 to psyllium and wash. So I went and washed and I obtained my sight. They asked him, 04:14.520 --> 04:21.140 where is he? He said, I do not know. When they conducted to the Pharisees, the man who had formerly 04:21.140 --> 04:27.340 been blind, now it was on the Sabbath day that Jesus mixed the mud and opened the man's eyes. 04:27.520 --> 04:30.860 So first, you know, people are asking, but then they're like, we better take him to church. 04:31.320 --> 04:34.900 So I don't know if you're allowed to do this, you know, let's go check it out. So they get 04:34.900 --> 04:39.600 him, they get him there and it's on the Sabbath day and everything's just out of order now. 04:39.600 --> 04:43.900 So now, again, the Pharisees asked him how he received his sight and he said to them, 04:44.060 --> 04:51.580 he smeared mud on my eyes and I washed. He smeared, I washed and now I see. 04:52.380 --> 04:57.700 Then some of the Pharisees said, this man Jesus is not from God because he does not observe the 04:57.700 --> 05:01.660 Sabbath. So now they're going to pick at how he went about this because that's what persecution 05:01.660 --> 05:08.320 does. But others said, how can a man who is a sinner, a bad man, do such signs and miracles? 05:08.320 --> 05:13.460 So there was a difference of opinion among them. When God moves, opinions move. 05:14.800 --> 05:18.420 Right. Can I get a tissue? I don't know what's happening. I don't even have a cold, 05:18.500 --> 05:28.580 but suddenly my nose is crying. So not just my eyes. So, so far we know he was told to go. 05:28.960 --> 05:35.240 He washed his eyes. Jesus prepared the mud. So there was a duel working between the two of 05:35.240 --> 05:41.700 them. But when God moves, opinions move. He did not observe the Sabbath, but others said, 05:41.900 --> 05:46.620 because you got more than one opinion coming at him, how can a man who is a sinner, a bad man, 05:47.020 --> 05:52.340 do such signs and miracles? So there was a difference of opinion among them. Accordingly, 05:52.340 --> 05:57.500 they said to the blind man again, what do you say about him seeing that he opened your eyes? 05:57.500 --> 06:03.380 I mean, and he said he is, he must be a prophet at least, right? 06:04.280 --> 06:09.580 You know, I'm trying to figure out what gave him this power. However, the Jews did not believe that 06:09.580 --> 06:13.840 he had really been blind. And now we're going to go all the way backwards. I don't even know if 06:13.840 --> 06:17.560 you were blind. He'd been sitting there for years, but now we're going to have to take 06:17.560 --> 06:22.220 this whole thing versus our opinions. And then we're going to go and totaled out and spread 06:22.220 --> 06:27.720 that. And that he had really been blind and that he had received his sight until they called or 06:27.720 --> 06:32.100 summoned the parents of the man. Now we're going to get witnesses. We're going to investigate this, 06:32.120 --> 06:37.600 because I don't know if I believe this. They asked them, is this your son whom you reported as 06:37.600 --> 06:43.960 having been born blind? How then does he see now? Interesting reaction and how much control was 06:43.960 --> 06:52.300 in what they would call the church. His parents answered, well, that this is our son and that 06:52.300 --> 06:58.520 he was born blind. But as how he can now see, we do not know, or who has opened his eyes. We 06:58.520 --> 07:03.880 don't know. He's of age. Go ask him. Let him speak for himself and give his own account of it. 07:04.220 --> 07:09.540 So now opinions and then almost calling him a liar. All of this is taking place. 07:09.540 --> 07:14.060 And at the same time, even his own parents weren't going to step up because they're like, 07:14.100 --> 07:19.180 I don't, I don't want to get in trouble. And it says right in verse 22, his parents said this 07:19.180 --> 07:25.020 because they feared the leaders of the Jews. For the Jews is already Jews had already agreed that 07:25.020 --> 07:29.260 if anyone should acknowledge Jesus to be the Christ, which means the anointed one and his 07:29.260 --> 07:33.720 anointing, he should be expelled and excluded from the synagogue. So they don't want to get 07:33.720 --> 07:41.420 kicked out. Even though this is their son, right? Loyalty just went like right out the window. 07:43.520 --> 07:47.400 Hey, there's something there. Just like, it's off me. Put it on him. He's an adult. 07:47.740 --> 07:53.080 On that account, his parents said he is of age. Ask him. So the second time they summoned the man 07:53.080 --> 07:58.620 who had been born blind and said to him, now give God the glory or the praise. This fellow 07:58.620 --> 08:05.000 we know is only a sinner, a wicked person. Then he answered, I do not know whether he is a sinner or 08:05.000 --> 08:12.500 wicked one or not. But one thing I do know that whereas I was blind before, now I see. So miracles 08:12.500 --> 08:21.360 make people pay attention. And also a miracle or even the potential of America causes opinions to 08:21.360 --> 08:26.880 pop up. You don't talk about miracles and everyone goes, oh, okay. Boom. They just start 08:26.880 --> 08:30.600 popping up. Well, I don't even know. Do they even do that anymore? All this stuff, right? I'll just 08:30.600 --> 08:36.680 stop. Start popping up and can have arguments, accusations. And now we got to go to church 08:36.680 --> 08:41.960 and figure this out because we're in trouble. And they, I'm going to go to verse 28. And they 08:41.960 --> 08:46.720 stormed at him and they jeered and they sneered. They reviled him and retorted. 08:47.140 --> 08:53.400 You are his disciple yourself, but we are the disciples of Moses. See? So then it's a 08:53.400 --> 08:58.540 bragatory. So there's so many characteristics that really stink in the story of what's happening. 08:58.900 --> 09:03.580 But this is what can come out of flesh and religion. We know for certain that God spoke 09:03.580 --> 09:09.960 with Moses. But as for this fellow, we know nothing about where he hails from. The man replied, 09:10.180 --> 09:15.540 well, this is astonishing here. A man has opened my eyes and yet you do not know where he comes 09:15.540 --> 09:21.200 from. That's amazing. Oh, they're having a conversation. That's pretty good. We know 09:21.200 --> 09:26.800 that God does not listen to sinners. But if anyone is God fearing and a worshiper 09:26.800 --> 09:32.280 of him and does his will, he'll listen to him. Since the beginning of time ahead has never 09:32.280 --> 09:36.680 been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a man born blind. So this is a shock and awe 09:37.220 --> 09:42.200 since the beginning of time. This has never happened as their, like, their thought pattern. 09:42.580 --> 09:46.500 If this man were not from God, he would not be able to do anything like this. 09:47.260 --> 09:55.960 They retorted, or the word retorted means labeled, you were holy born in sin from head to foot. 09:56.540 --> 10:00.860 So when they retorted, they attacked him. They were like, you're the one who's in sin. 10:01.280 --> 10:06.780 That's a cause of the blindness to begin with. And do you presume to teach us so they cast him 10:06.780 --> 10:13.300 out through him clear outside of the synagogue? Well, that kind of stuff happens too. When 10:13.300 --> 10:17.340 miracles come on the scene, you can look at just these different things, kind of like what 10:17.340 --> 10:21.620 Pastor was talking about. You speak into the region, whether we saw something or not, 10:22.500 --> 10:28.440 its deliverance is the working of miracles. So what we were doing last Sunday was the 10:28.440 --> 10:33.200 working of miracles. I don't know if you caught that, you were part of that, but that's 10:33.200 --> 10:39.520 what happened, right? And so where am I here? They retorted, which means they labeled him. 10:39.520 --> 10:45.560 You were holy born in sin from head to foot. And do you presume to teach us like who do you 10:45.560 --> 10:50.880 think you are? So they cast him out through him clear outside the synagogue. Jesus heard that they 10:50.880 --> 10:57.320 had put him out and meeting him, he said, do you believe in and adhere to the Son of Man 10:57.860 --> 11:04.080 or the Son of God? See, he wanted to minister to him. Like, let's take this a little bit 11:04.080 --> 11:09.500 further. And he answered, who is he, sir? Tell me that I may believe in and adhere to him. 11:09.960 --> 11:16.620 The word adhere means to rely on, trust in, stick to like glue is another word picture 11:16.620 --> 11:21.760 when you adhere to something. That's a pretty big question. Instead of saying, do you know there 11:21.760 --> 11:26.520 is a God? And most people go, yeah, I don't know there's a God. But do you adhere to him 11:26.520 --> 11:32.980 is far deeper. It's far deeper. It's like I'm stuck to him. I go where he goes. I'm a follower. 11:33.540 --> 11:38.360 I totally solely believe in him. And so he's being asked a really big question. 11:39.400 --> 11:44.400 He answered, who is he, sir? Tell me that I may believe and adhere to him. Jesus said to him, 11:44.520 --> 11:48.860 you have been, you have seen him. In fact, he's talking to you right now. 11:51.420 --> 11:59.100 All of that takes place. And then God reveals who he is. Sometimes we can have a lot of 11:59.100 --> 12:03.120 movement, a lot of attacks, a lot of accusations, a lot of labeling, a lot of, 12:03.740 --> 12:09.080 let's talk to the church and see who's in, out, what's going on, criticism, all that kind of stuff. 12:09.400 --> 12:19.560 But when you get in the face of Jesus and just say, I believe, he'll reveal himself to you 12:20.280 --> 12:24.620 even now. Just say, I'm here because I believe he's God and I'm not. 12:25.700 --> 12:29.140 I don't have anything else, but my belief that he's God 12:30.860 --> 12:34.460 I couldn't heal myself. I couldn't deliver myself. I couldn't do anything. 12:34.760 --> 12:40.460 I couldn't clear up blindness in my eyes, but I do believe he's the Son of God. So the most 12:40.460 --> 12:46.740 important thing through this whole story of this whole event is that he had come to conclusion. 12:47.300 --> 12:51.020 You know, I want to believe or where is he? I'm right here. 12:52.520 --> 12:57.820 I'm right here. Sometimes those aha moments happen outside the church many times. 12:57.820 --> 13:03.240 If the anointing is in a church, a person will sit there and not even anyone talk to him. 13:03.560 --> 13:07.900 How many of you had that happen? And you just realize he's God. 13:09.700 --> 13:14.380 He's God. He's who I need. I have to have him. 13:15.060 --> 13:21.700 Then Jesus said, I came into this world for judgment as a separator in order that there 13:21.700 --> 13:25.460 may be separation between those who believe on me and those who reject on me. 13:25.460 --> 13:29.500 Big statement, the church of Jesus Christ all across the world. We have to get this. 13:29.760 --> 13:34.680 Jesus came to separate out. Well, that's not a loving God. 13:36.040 --> 13:37.700 That's what a lot of people would say. 13:38.760 --> 13:42.600 Everything that's presented that is truth will cause you to make a choice. 13:42.860 --> 13:44.260 Causes me to make a choice. 13:46.320 --> 13:49.240 Truth isn't truth if you don't have to make a choice. 13:51.840 --> 13:55.440 Right? Because we can talk flower, we can talk nice and everyone goes, 13:55.560 --> 14:00.620 Oh, praise God, and we leave. But it didn't make you mad, sad, or glad, or have to make choice. 14:01.920 --> 14:06.620 We have to choose you this day whom we're going to serve. Choose life that we might live. 14:07.060 --> 14:10.280 Choose to see and believe he's actually the savior. 14:11.500 --> 14:14.420 He's the one. Anything good that has happened in your life, by the way, 14:14.480 --> 14:18.120 you didn't produce. Even financially, I love how the scripture says, 14:18.660 --> 14:21.920 don't forget, I'm the one who produced this, right? 14:22.500 --> 14:26.040 Says it in a different way, but I'm just saying it so it's really understandable. 14:26.380 --> 14:30.080 It is I who give the power to get wealth, he said. 14:30.860 --> 14:35.740 Right? So we can't even say with my business, and I do well without serving God, 14:35.860 --> 14:38.980 it's like you wouldn't even have your business if it wasn't for him. 14:42.420 --> 14:44.120 Right? He's the separator. 14:45.520 --> 14:52.140 So here's the thing, you try to separate out, let's say you've got a friend and you really care about 14:52.140 --> 14:57.500 them and you want them to have truth. And so you speak truth to them in such a way that you're 14:57.500 --> 15:01.420 just like, I'm going to tell you this and it better separate you out, you know. 15:01.920 --> 15:05.620 Well, you're going to be bossy and everything else to try to get that to happen and it'll 15:05.620 --> 15:11.540 be a turn off. But when you know God and you exude the anointing of God and speak to them 15:11.540 --> 15:15.980 in love, that will separate them out. Then they're going to have to make a choice. 15:20.140 --> 15:25.960 Right? Everything's about a choice. This man had to make a choice. He could have said, 15:26.160 --> 15:29.940 nah, I don't believe in you. I don't know how my eyes got healed, but no, I'm good. 15:31.440 --> 15:40.800 Right? So he's a separator. He brings us back together, but he brings the body of 15:40.800 --> 15:45.700 Christ together while he's working on people that need to be separated out till they make a choice. 15:46.140 --> 15:53.520 And then who's supposed to spread the good news? Who? The evangelist. No. Everyone's supposed to go 15:53.520 --> 15:59.640 and share the good news. Everyone. And when we share the good news, it separates things out. 16:00.200 --> 16:06.160 If you show up in a place just to pray you haven't talked to anybody, the anointing coming 16:06.160 --> 16:19.610 off of you will separate people out their heart. Yeah? One time I took a group of prayer warriors with me 16:19.610 --> 16:25.830 that hadn't been very long in the in the word and all those things, but they're excited. So 16:26.470 --> 16:31.870 we went with me. We first started the church and we stopped. We were driving around and 16:31.870 --> 16:35.570 just praying in neighborhoods and all of a sudden I just felt the stop in front of this house 16:36.330 --> 16:43.170 and I prophesied and they watched me prophesy and I said these people will be coming to church. 16:43.850 --> 16:47.730 I see it and I'm not making this up. This is what came up out of me. This is what's 16:47.730 --> 16:50.710 going to happen. There's going to be a dividing out. There's going to be a clear 16:50.710 --> 16:55.050 way that they're going to see blah, blah, blah, and I went down the line. And then after 16:55.050 --> 17:00.850 the anointing left off me, I was like, I hope that was right. You know how you do that? 17:00.850 --> 17:03.710 You're just like, well, all right, I said that in front of a bunch of people. 17:04.790 --> 17:11.210 The very next Sunday they came to church. I didn't know that. I saw visitors are here or 17:11.210 --> 17:15.590 whatever and I started talking to them and and all of a sudden she goes, I just don't know why, 17:15.650 --> 17:19.830 but I just felt really around the time and then on the same day we prayed. I just felt 17:19.830 --> 17:24.890 really strongly, we have to go to church. And we heard about this. This isn't the modular, 17:25.010 --> 17:28.630 which is hard to find. You know, if you're looking for church, it's kind of, you know, 17:28.630 --> 17:34.910 back then it was like hard to find that and they found us and repented. 17:37.390 --> 17:41.270 I never talked to them. The people went with me and never talked to them, 17:41.350 --> 17:48.990 but prayer divides things out. He's a separator. He separates to make the sightless see and to 17:48.990 --> 17:54.750 make those who see become blind. So Pharisees who were near hearing this remark said to him, 17:54.750 --> 17:59.070 are we also blind then? I like putting voice tone because that's really kind of, 17:59.510 --> 18:05.670 they talk kind of snotty potty. Jesus said to them, if you were blind, you would have no sin, 18:05.810 --> 18:11.350 but because you now claim to have sight, your sin remains. Really, what he's saying is you think 18:11.350 --> 18:17.330 you know, you're still stuck in your pride. You're still stuck in sin. You think you see, 18:17.730 --> 18:22.790 but really you're blind. If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin, but because 18:22.790 --> 18:31.010 you insist, we do clearly. You are unable to escape your guilt. Wow. Then let's go on verse 18:31.010 --> 18:36.770 chapter 10. So the word is preaching this morning. I assure you most solemnly, I tell you, he who does 18:36.770 --> 18:41.630 not enter by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way elsewhere from some 18:41.630 --> 18:48.070 other quarter is a thief and a robber. So just like now, I assure you, this is still 18:48.070 --> 18:54.130 part of the same conversation, the same story. It didn't start a whole thing new. That's just 18:54.130 --> 18:58.810 how they lay out the Bible so we can find verses. But he's saying all of this happened, the blind 18:58.810 --> 19:03.470 man, all of this, he dealt with the sin part and how they're seeing theirself. I assure you, 19:03.870 --> 19:08.290 most solemnly, I tell you, he who does not enter by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up 19:08.290 --> 19:12.790 some other way elsewhere from the same other quarter, some other quarter is a thief and a 19:12.790 --> 19:18.990 robber. So to get, to assume that you can get into the kingdom of God, to just by getting 19:18.990 --> 19:25.770 in leadership in a church, right, be the head of the nursery or whatever, you've never 19:25.770 --> 19:31.410 repented, you've never realized a sin and you never allowed him to separate you out, 19:32.410 --> 19:36.810 you're trying to steal something that don't belong to you. You're a thief, right? 19:37.630 --> 19:41.870 I read that when I first got saved, I was like, oh, I think that's what I was doing 19:41.870 --> 19:46.250 for years. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 19:47.570 --> 19:54.090 The watchman opens the door for this man. The watchman opens the door, that's the sentinel, 19:54.190 --> 19:59.610 that's the person who prays, opens the door for this man. And the sheep listen to his voice 19:59.610 --> 20:06.690 and heed to it. And he calls his own sheep by name and brings and leads them out. He called 20:06.690 --> 20:14.010 us by name and brought us out. If you have not had that experience, you can't get in 20:14.570 --> 20:22.090 the gate where he's calling you without going through his name. We can't go around it, you 20:22.090 --> 20:26.170 can't climb the wall, you can't hand some money and see if he can get in. You can't, 20:26.250 --> 20:31.050 you have to go through the gate. And that gate requires a separating out, because that's 20:31.050 --> 20:37.630 what he's here for. That's what his power is here for, to separate sin away from us so we can see 20:37.630 --> 20:44.150 and we can repent of that very thing. All right, I'm headed somewhere, stay with me, all right. 20:46.990 --> 20:51.210 The watchman opens the door for this man and the sheep listens to his voice and he 20:51.210 --> 20:55.730 eats it and he calls his own sheep by name and brings and leads them out. When he has 20:55.730 --> 21:00.070 brought his own sheep outside, he walks on before them and the sheep follow him 21:00.070 --> 21:05.390 because they know his voice. So there's a characteristic of knowing God, it's that you follow. 21:07.270 --> 21:09.410 I meet people all the time like, yeah, I know God. 21:12.170 --> 21:17.910 There's no indication they're even following him in anything. Oh yeah, I know him, I know him. 21:18.850 --> 21:23.470 See, we're going back to trying to jump the fence. Can't jump the fence, can't get in here, 21:23.570 --> 21:28.890 any other way. There's no name written among men under heaven, whereby we must be saved, 21:28.890 --> 21:34.010 but the name of Jesus Christ. See, I'm just preaching basic gospel. You might sit there and go, 21:34.150 --> 21:41.990 well, I already know this. We need to be reminded. Sometimes now in churches there's prayers where 21:41.990 --> 21:46.430 it's like, you don't need to pray. I'll go ahead and pray the sinner's prayer for you. 21:47.910 --> 21:55.010 Don't help them jump the fence. Lead them through being a watchman, lead them so the 21:55.010 --> 22:01.190 door may be opened. Right? And they can come under the great shepherd and know his voice, 22:01.190 --> 22:05.750 and then they will follow. But when we do this cheap way of doing things, because it's, 22:05.890 --> 22:10.250 you know, we don't want to, you know, I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. I do. 22:12.790 --> 22:18.650 I want to make people uncomfortable. You don't get separated out. I can speak the most loving 22:18.650 --> 22:25.190 thing coming out of the gospel, and it will, you'll be rent to the heart. It will separate you out. 22:26.350 --> 22:31.390 And you'll be uncomfortable. If I don't see that, I question if you're really getting born again. 22:34.190 --> 22:40.950 I'm serious. So, and then we're going to follow his voice, and then we're going to follow him. 22:41.210 --> 22:47.210 Verse five says, they will never on any account follow a stranger, but will run away from him 22:47.210 --> 22:54.330 because they do not know the voice of a stranger or recognize the call. That's a pretty intense thing 22:54.330 --> 22:58.610 to say too. First, we can't jump the fence, but when we go in the right way, we're going to 22:58.610 --> 23:02.370 know his voice. He's going to separate us out. We're going to give our heart to him, 23:02.450 --> 23:07.410 and then we want to follow him and no one else to the point. They're fine, you know. It's like their hair is slicked back. That's 37:19.750 --> 37:23.510 how they look when they're walking through the forest. But you disturb them, you bring 37:23.510 --> 37:30.530 something to them. That's the picture of opinions. Like, that's fine, eyes all slicked up, you know. 37:30.710 --> 37:34.230 And walking through somebody says something, a miracle happens, or what are opinions, 37:35.530 --> 37:41.850 right? Then a fresh 37:47.230 --> 37:53.050 division of opinion arose. Just a fresh one among the Jews because of his saying these 37:53.050 --> 37:56.890 things. They're starting to get really ticked off. And many of them said, he has a demon, 37:57.350 --> 38:03.330 he is mad, he's insane, he raves, he rambles. Doesn't that sound like the same kinds of 38:03.330 --> 38:09.110 things they say against men and women of God? Hey, just talk trash. You go online, 38:09.290 --> 38:13.450 and it's like some of these people have worldwide ministries. Thousands upon thousands 38:13.450 --> 38:17.410 of people have gone in through the gate. They've been healed. Their lives have been 38:17.410 --> 38:23.930 changed, but somehow they're all those things. Be careful. Be careful that you don't fall 38:23.930 --> 38:28.490 into that. If you were never there, you didn't sit under the ministry of whatever. Zippo. 38:30.030 --> 38:36.950 Shut the pie hole. All right. Yeah, because opinions are going to pop up. And then 38:36.950 --> 38:42.250 once you start having an opinion, you have to base that on something. In love, but truth. Right? We backed out. We whisked out on 40:13.990 --> 40:21.230 all kinds of things. I was just being truthful. I've seen it and I don't like it. And so he talks 40:21.230 --> 40:27.130 about how the sheep are his own and he clarifies the being a part of the father he goes on. 40:27.570 --> 40:33.470 And then chapter 11 leads up to the chapter now that many times we'll do the same thing. 40:33.470 --> 40:38.070 You hear me say this over and over? Okay, he dealt with all those issues now. Totally separate 40:38.070 --> 40:42.650 thing, not even in the movie. Totally a separate thing. We're going to talk about Lazarus. No, 40:42.890 --> 40:48.450 it's the next event that took place in the storyline. So when we look at Lazarus, 40:49.650 --> 40:54.950 he was sick. They tried to get Jesus to come there. And he didn't, he was not really 40:54.950 --> 41:00.450 motivated to, you know, get on a motorcycle and ride fast. I mean, he was, he just, 41:00.450 --> 41:06.730 it wasn't. And, but he was going to go there and Mary and Martha loved him and, and the family 41:06.730 --> 41:12.210 loved him and everything, but he didn't show. Then it goes all the way down to when he does show. 41:12.830 --> 41:19.730 And Martha says to him, verse 20, when Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went to meet him 41:19.730 --> 41:27.330 while Mary remained sitting in the house. Martha then said to Jesus, Master, if you had been here, 41:28.710 --> 41:36.870 my brother would not have died. We have those kinds of reasonings when we go through something. If 41:36.870 --> 41:44.110 you would adjust, if you could just, if you woulda, coulda, shoulda, all of those different things, 41:44.190 --> 41:49.990 and this would not have happened. And even now, I know that whatever you ask from God, 41:50.150 --> 41:55.530 he will grant it to you. So she still had faith. She's questioning like it's over. And she went right for the earthly thing and said, Martha replied, I know that he will rise 42:05.650 --> 42:11.310 again in the resurrection on the last day. And Jesus is going to reveal this even deeper. 42:11.470 --> 42:19.630 Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life. I am, you've heard me say over and over, 42:19.630 --> 42:25.810 means complete, the all of. So he's not sort of the resurrection. He's not sort of the life. He's 42:25.810 --> 42:32.530 the all of. You can't subtract from it, and you can't add to it. He is all and all, the resurrection 42:32.530 --> 42:39.370 and the life. She needed this revelation. The body of Christ needs this revelation as we go through 42:39.370 --> 42:44.790 times of suffering and things like that. Where were you? All of those questions. But in the Greek, the first one, every time you see that 44:05.910 --> 44:18.390 referring to this claim is that he's not artificial. Now, you saw how the blind man switched over, 44:18.690 --> 44:24.270 and he had revelation. But he also, right in the middle of that, he's got to go through the gate. 44:24.510 --> 44:29.210 Everybody got to go through the gate. That gets all clarified. He sets the church straight on 44:29.210 --> 44:35.110 that. And then now here we are. He's got to close out this with Lazarus, and he did 44:35.110 --> 44:42.070 raise him from the dead. But the announcement that if I am the all of the resurrection, not 44:42.070 --> 44:48.890 artificial, and I am the suki, which will bring you complete life, I am complete. 44:51.990 --> 45:01.160 What is he lacking then that our need is not met?
