Let's start our Bibles to Proverbs chapter 18. We have been talking about everything from ruling in the main ground to being able to climb the Watchman Wall, or being a sentinel, being the sent one that climbs up there and repeats what the Lord has said, which means we can't just believe that there is a God. Remember the stages, we believe, and so do the demons, but then we move from belief to actually starting to follow, which means we're making him Lord, which then we go from follower to a disciple, which means we're a disciplined one, which then leads us into being a witness, which is a martyr, and that means to be seen and heard at all costs. And so that's spiritual growth, that's spiritual awakening, and most of America, I believe, you know, if they believe there is a God, they just believe that, most of America. And or they follow on certain things, and that's usually what they know to follow is tradition. So many of us were trained in tradition. Our family was a little more rogue, so we didn't have a lot of tradition. So when I came into church, I was like, you're supposed to do what? Why? You know, I mean, and a lot of it, as I on carpeted, was just tradition. A lot of people didn't know why they did what they did, because they were just following tradition. And that's what they call it, called following God. Where Jesus comes in and you watch his ministry, he breaks down traditions, right? You know, that even the term like, well, traditionally, what we do for this, it's like, I didn't ask God, I didn't, you know, seek him to see what we're going to do. We're just going to fall back on tradition. And the traditional thing might be the thing God wants you to do, but you actually have to hear from him. So to rule in the lower land, for sure, and to operate in, you know, in the Spirit, we have to be subject to him at all times. Submit yourself therefore to God, right? Come under the mission of God. Well, if we don't know what the mission is, then we can't come under. So a lot of people will quote, resists the devil and he will flee from you after quoting that with the emphasis on, I'm resisting you. Now you have to leave. Well, okay, cool. But if you're not under submission to God, he don't have to do nothing. I mean, that's a pretty blunt way to say it. So we're always checking ourself in the mainland, the becoming a disciple, coming to that point, a following even, he's going to take us through the narrow way, which is going to hit our flesh. We've talked about that in every which way. We'll get annoyed at things we, you know, sad about things, mad about things, because he's testing our flesh. And it isn't like he's saying, I'm going to ask you to do this. I'm going to watch you squirm. It's like, I'm just going this way. I'm headed the narrow way. And we're squirming all the way to follow him, because our flesh does not want to do that. And then we become aware of ourself. See, part of being in darkness, you know, like the dark ages was without God, was the fact that you can't see. And so a lot of times people think, you can't see what? You can't see the enemy? Well, true. You can't see what's after you? Yeah, sometimes. But you can't see yourself. Being in darkness really means, I can't see myself. I am not self-aware. I cannot regulate all of this. And for me, that's a lot to regulate. So if it's out of regulation, it's like, we're in trouble. We're in big trouble. So part of us ruling in the mainland in order to be able to have the capacity to hold on to and house the anointing, which takes us up beyond that even, into the things of God that are intense secrets. Right? They're called secrets for a reason, because not just anybody can handle them. Really, their secrets can be gossip, you know, in the fleshly way. But if I want to keep a secret from a small child, it's because they can't handle what I'm going to say. Right? So I'm waiting for them to get to the point, like now I'll tell you. But only us adults know this, and it's a secret to them. And so that's that part of revelation that he wants to give us in the mainland. Now here's the truth of it. In some areas, where we can be on the watchtower and other areas, we're on the mainland. We haven't grown through those things yet. It's called ruling and reigning. So there's things in my life. I know he's brought me into a rulership. There's authority. There's like smackdown power. You know what I'm saying? It's like, this is what we're going to do. And I'm very aware of the situation. But I still got areas where it's like, yeah, it's not happening really well. That's not working out. We all do. And so we're operating in the mainland learning to rule and reign. As then he trusts us in certain areas, he'll bring us up onto the tower. He'll cause revelation to happen. Then we have to be able to handle what has been revealed. And the hard thing about being an intercessor is you see things through discernment. And you're told things by God. And many times you're just aware of things that hurt. They just hurt. You know, sometimes I'm aware of people that I'm trying to help. I might have met them for the first time. And I'm just aware that it's like, wow, the devil's about to eat their lunch. You can just feel it. And it's grievous. It's like, you know, in the flash, you're like, I don't need to know that. I don't want to know all that stuff. I got enough stuff on my own, you know, so it can cause you to pull back. But once you start operating in the things of the Spirit, you have to be able to house the anointing, which is the power of God that breaks every yoke of bondage. But you also have to be able to handle the information that's given to you. So just think about yourself. Can you handle secrets? The gossipy kind of secrets test your flesh. I'm telling you because you just, your flesh is going to want to tell everybody if it's gossip. It's like, I just have to say this. I'm just telling you, don't say anything, right? There's something so satisfying in the flesh regarding that. But spiritual things, you sit on and you zip the pie hole. I'm not for the gossipy things, by the way, but what I'm saying is there's something about maturity that says he's told me this and nobody else really needs to know until he tells me to say it. I don't need to reveal this. Every dream that I have, every, you know, pastor revealed every dream that he had. It would be books. He is definitely a Zephanepinaya. And he likes it. It's fun to him, right? I am a between sleep and awake. I'm more like open vision person or whatever. And once I see what I see, then it has hang time. And he's looking for me to follow up on whatever I saw, right? I have to have the capacity to follow up on that. But the hardest things in intercessory prayer, like I said, are seeing into like, you know, you have a family member that's going to hell. And it seems like everyone else around them is just fine. They think they're fine. I mean, there's a nice person and they seem fine. But you're very well aware, as you pray for them, that there's something really there that's going to take a breakthrough. And that's hard to handle. So this is another reason people back off on prayer, because once they see something they don't want to have to see, then you're carrying those things. You have to figure out, and we'll get into this in the weeks to come, how to see something that's in depth like that and have it where you can house it and then give it to God, right? That's your job as an intercessor. It is, and I'm housing it, and oh my goodness, this is tormenting. Now I found out about this, and he shared this with me, and you're collecting all this stuff that's so intense, and you feel like I can't even get out of bed, because, you know, there's way too much stuff. I'm so burdened that one intercessory prayer is not supposed to work that way. In fact, the Holy Spirit will pray through you with moans and groans. I mean, you feel like you're just when it comes on really strong, but you should feel some sense of relief when that's done. It's just like we said it, we introduced this. But maturity also knows that everything that can be birthed, that person can choose against. And that's hard for us to like, oh, we prayed and we did whatever, but they can choose against it. And there's nothing you can do about it. It takes maturity to be able to stand in that and then want to pray for another person. You see what I'm saying? We can't control everything. We just speak on his behalf. And know that when we speak on his behalf, it's usually not a message. Everyone's cheering over like, I love when you say that. You know, I love the spirit realms not clapping for you when you're praying, except for the angels. So we're looking at Proverbs 18. Because we're going to address our loved ones that are living in the mainland with us. We're um, and, and I feel like a lot of us watching online or here are going through trying to reach somebody, right? And we have to understand this principle. This is how it says it in the amplified Proverbs 18 verse one. He who willfully separates and estranges himself from God and man seeks his own desire and pretexts to break out against all wise and sound judgment. Proverbs has a way of, for intercessors especially, we have to go through this and get these wisdom concepts. Because if we have knowledge, you know, like you can have something revealed and now you have a knowing, but you don't understand the knowing, that's frustrating. But if you have the knowledge and you understand it and you have no wisdom to handle it, it'll mess you up. You'll just get messed up. And it's like, I thought the things of God when they're revealed to you should not mess me up, but they can. This is why the maturing process has to keep happening. Because he who willfully separates and estranges himself from God and man seeks his own desire and pretexts to break out against all wise and sound judgment. So let's say you're praying for a person. And I mean, intercessory prayer goes to a level where it's like, I don't even know what I was saying. It just comes out of you. And then God gives you revelation and you're speaking on all the stuff right. And then maybe you're witnessing to the person or just seeing how they're doing. And you can see they are estranging themselves from God. You can take that personal and just be like, I have done so much and you still don't want him. This isn't about you, right? So maturity would say this isn't about you. You stay in the war on their behalf, even though they can make a choice and the choice that they can make can just be like, no, I'm staying away from him. I'm a stranger to him. It's gut-wrenching, especially when you know the person and you love them. It's gut-wrenching. And so this is where intercessory prayer can become a burden if we're not walking in wisdom as to how to handle that. We take this all on. And it's like, we have to pray harder or we have to pray this and we'll start getting in the flesh over a spiritual thing. Amen. The other thing is if you start praying for someone and they're estranging themselves and they're seeking their own desire and their pretext and they're breaking out against all wise wisdom. I mean, we try to warn them. People are trying to warn them, but they're like, no, I'm going to go do this. It's gut-wrenching, right? So when you're in that spot, you have to watch that you don't take control and that you're willing to let God deal with it. Because when God moves, everything moves. I'm not saying he sends a storm to blow up their house. I'm not saying he's doing... He doesn't use the devil's stuff to teach us anything. But when his hand gets lifted, like, hey, you're estranging yourself, you're way out over here, out from underneath the umbrella of my love, anything can happen, right? So it is our job at that point to be still speaking that person's name. Have mercy, God. Have mercy on them when they're playing around out there. Have mercy. Right? You don't just let them go. Maturity doesn't let them go. You have stay power that says, no, you told me, Lord God, you promised me that I've asked of you for the nations. I got some people. You have some people that we have prayed for and they're presently praying for. Do not let off. You keep your foot on the gas. You do not let off because I've heard so many stories of people that literally there's been people who have died and went to hell, right? They were gone for a certain amount of time or whatever and the Lord brought them back. But they were in hell and they saw on the other side, they saw there's like a chasm and they could see their mother standing in a field crying out for them. Lord, have mercy. Have mercy on them and literally they were sent back and could see, you know, that whole transition. We don't know how that happens, right? It's the same thing when we're praying for, if we can't do this with our loved ones, we definitely won't do that for governmental things. Because the first time, you know, we prayed. I mean we've been calling it and they still are doing this and they still voted this in or whatever and then we're done. We mess up intercessory prayer because intercessory prayer is operates out of wisdom and wisdom is the fear of the Lord, right? It's the choice part of the fear of the Lord, proverb says. And so that means that we're seeing past, we're seeing present and we're seeing into the future. This person could probably go to hell, the nation could go down. We're seeing those negative things, but where we stand is different than what we're seeing. Amen? We have to go. We have to climb up enough to see. This is bad. And then we have to get in that secret place and let him reveal, what do I do to speak into that? But what's been happening in the churches all across the world is as soon as we see that we're like, oh, failed mission. My prayers didn't work. You're in the process. Anybody remember Carmen, the singer? His sister shared the story of how she was after him. He would sing in Vegas and he would sing all these different places and totally in the world and he was getting really popular, whatever. And she would sneak into his room when he would come and stay at her house or she would have someone bring a pillow covered in oil or in his room do the same thing that people have prayed over and then he'd sleep on that at night. And she's like, get him, God, just get him. And then he would get worse. It always gets worse before it gets better. I don't know, you know, if we feel like we have that Jedi like, and we say it and then suddenly it just happens. You know, no, you stay on it and you have to be tenacious about it. Knowing that, he who willfully separates, they're by the choice of their own will. They're separating and estranging themselves from God and man. They seek their own desire and pretext to break out against all wise and sound judgment. How many of you got somebody like that? And it breaks your heart and sometimes it's hard to pray so then we pray less for them because we're stuck. We're stuck in our own emotion about it. We're stuck. And this is when you don't know how to pray as you ought. What do you pray? You pray in the Holy Spirit. And just let him say what needs to be said. Then he'll bring you up to a place of faith where you'll say something too, right? You'll have gotten something from God and you'll say something too. But if you're wrecked before you start out, put the reliance on him totally. Don't stop praying. Just be like, Holy Spirit, you're gonna use me. I'm here. I'm the vessel. Just use me. I don't even know what to say. Amen. And we have to come to that point in our spiritual journey, in our spiritual walk with the Lord and our prayer times or whatever, that we're that tenacious, that we just have hang time, that we don't get blown away. It wasn't long ago I had someone text me and they're like, I might as well just kill myself. I mean, they were going through the whole thing. So I just waited and I was able to smack that back. Sometimes the Lord will be like, I'm here for you and that kind of message. But this is like, what are you talking about? Stop talking so foolish. And then I just went down the line like that or whatever and ended up praying for them. They snapped right out of it. But I have to get those things from God. And sometimes they're end of the world statements. They're big dogmatic statements. And some of us grew up with arguments in the home where people were what I call pull big levers. Like, we're getting a divorce. And they say that a thousand times in a month, but nobody gets a divorce. But it's that big lever thing that's supposed to scare everybody and get them under control. We also have to know how to operate in the mainland when people talk big lever stuff. And they're pulling, well, then I'll just leave. Okay. Right? But I'm still praying for you. You can't shock into all me is what I'm saying. We have to come to a point of maturity where there's no shock and awe here that you said some big lever thing. And we're all supposed to go, it's over now. I guess it's just over. It's so sad. And we'll talk like that with each other. So sad. What's on sauce going through like it's final. Oh, no, you're doing this is just getting started. Because things get worse before they get better. My Aunt Rosemary knew that my mother knew that in their prayer times, they would get up three, four o'clock in the morning because my mom ran a farm and my Aunt Rosemary had seven kids and was running a farm in a way, you know, with all those kids and stuff. And so they would get on the phone together at that time and just pray for each kid and just go for it. Right? And we were just as snotty as ever. Just as mean as ever. And many times it would just make it worse. And they had stay power. That's why I'm standing here today because of their stay power. If they didn't let off, I'd probably be on my way to hell or dead. But they didn't let off. And so you can't go by sight. You can't even go by hearing the things here on the mainland. It's like, oh, I'm a pilgrim passing through, but I'm also an ambassador. And I'm not here to just sightsee. I'm here to rule and reign. So I actually have some say so in your life. And it's going to get hot for you. It's going to feel tormenting for you. If you hang around with me and I start praying for you. Because the love of God itself, when it hits that opposing factor, it's tormenting. So I have some people on my prayer list right now that I know my prayers are having an effect because it's so bad. So I'm trying to give you a different way of looking at it. It's like, it's so bad. You're like, yeah, get them, God. It's hovering, brood over the situation. They're making a choice by their will to estrange themselves from you. The problem is they already know enough of you. It's too late. Once you know, you will be held accountable to what you know. Amen. So when it comes to big lever things that the mainland says, you know, when a doctor says the word cancer, you know, it's almost like a cuss word, right? Everyone, oh, it sucks the air out of them. No, they have whatever, you know, there's all kinds of diseases. But for some reason, that one just seems so mysterious. And there's so many lies about it. And there's so much going on that we'll pray for a little bit. And then we back off. It's like, well, they didn't make it. Or, you know, it's gotten worse or whatever. Yes, sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. You stay on it. Anybody ever do a parasite cleanse? You know, you're like, I'm gonna feel so much better. No, you feel worse before you feel better. Because you're attacking something that's been attacking you. And it's dying off, you feel toxic about it. And then it has to be expelled. It's the same, I'm just using a gross thing, but that's that is exactly how prayer works. And so we have to be in that reality. So I'm doing a reality check on the mainland today, so that we're able to take a look and say, oh, well, if my finances keep talking smack to me, then it looks like it's gotten a little worse. And I need to rise up even more. I need to hold the line on what he's already said. Right? But the average Christian, from my experience, and all the churches that I've ministered to, and all the years I've led prayer, will get jazzed up when there's something that's wrong. And then we do the jazzed up prayer and we felt like, we really just, we interceded. Whew. Like it went on for like 10 minutes. I'm telling you, Jim, it was like 10 minutes. And I mean, we got at it. And I spoke this word, and I spoke that, and then you just dropped the whole thing and left. And then we all wait, or like we rolled the dice, and then we wait and see if it worked. That's a form of unbelief. It is. It'll, it'll, it'll set you up. And then the whole time you're like, let's see. Let me see if you are healed. See, when we get somebody, we pray for them for healing and we'll say, do something you couldn't do before. We're not saying, I just want to check and see if you are healed. No. No, they're, they're going by faith to move their leg because they couldn't move it before. They're stepping up into their most holy faith. I'm speaking healing. My faith is set. Now, they by their will can estrange themselves from God in that moment and just be like, yeah, well, that's kind of, I don't know. We'll see. And they can do that inside. And I've had people verbalize it outside. And you just are like, oh, you're so not getting healed. It just goes through you. You're just so very aware of it. So you try to re, you know, construct the conversation, give them information so they can move into something different and maybe eat the elephant one bite at a time, rather than we're going for the big thing because, you know, they don't, they don't have it to go for the big thing. So teaching is very important in knowledge and understanding and then wisdom, right? So if we are a believer, we believe enough that there is a God. And yeah, he probably could do something. I mean, if he wants soon, he has time. These are, these are things people have told me over the years. Well, if he has time, I know he's really busy. And so that, that is that state where it's like, it doesn't really require that much of me. I just know he's out there somewhere and he can do something. But as you start to follow him, everything you follow takes faith to step out to do it. Even to not swear anymore. Like he says, I want, I want you to be done with that. You're like, you know, and you're, it's right there, right? And you're thinking it in your head or whatever it is. I mean, stub your toe once and you'll see how sanctified. I stubbed my toe a couple of weeks ago in the garage. I mean, just slammed it too. We were moving furniture and I was like, and no swear words came to my mind or anything. And I just, I turned to the people that were helping and I'm like, I am sanctified in this area. It's been how many years, you know, because the first thing that your flesh will do is speak what's in your flesh. And, and so we can't, on the mainland, we can't go by the sight of the things or the touch of the things or, you know, what it looks like, what we heard about it, whatever. We have to go by like we're separate from this world. So I'm hearing God separate. Sometimes that's why we close our eyes because we're shutting down those ports like, you know, quiet. I don't want to see this. What are you saying, God? What are you, you hear better sometimes when you close your eyes. And a lot of people do that when they're trying to hear, they go, because they're trying to hear, put it all the focus on that, that one thing. So he who willfully separates and estranges himself from God and man seeks his own desire and pretext to break out against all wise and sound judgment. The painful part is some of our family members, some of our friends that we're praying for. I don't think they get their doing that. There are some who know exactly what they're doing. Like, I'm having nothing to do with that. I'm going to fulfill what I want or whatever. But there's so many that are tied up in bondage. And they just, as a cure, they just keep hiding out. They keep keeping the blinds closed. They are estranging themselves. They're pulling away from relationships. And it literally says, seeks his own desire. Where does it say it? It estranges himself. And it means from God and man. So isolation is not good. Separation to go be with God and then come back into a situation totally different. But isolation is like, I want everybody to be gone. I don't want to have to record anything, deal with anything, mature in anything. I'm just backing out. Let's stand this morning. We're going to agree in prayer for those who are willfully making the choice to separate and estrange themselves. But I want to point this out first. Whenever I go to pray, you know, for those people, those guys, these kind of people, a lot of times will separate. Those are all terms that say, you're separate from me. I always have to ask myself, first, before I ever pray, like, God, am I estranging myself in any area? Because many times it's the area that we're in the most pain that we're trying to dissociate from that will go over here and pray for the missionaries, but don't touch that. You're actually pulling away from him in that area. So let's deal with that first. Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, and you can just whisper prayers to him right where you're standing regarding yourself. We just ask in the mighty name of Jesus that you, Lord God, show us and give us revelation knowledge where we are separating ourselves, where our own desires, our own pretexts are there, and we're actually breaking out against wise and sound judgment, Lord God, in areas that we don't want to deal with. We just pulled back, but we're good in these other things. We just don't want to do it in this area. Lord God, forgive us. We're asking for a wave of sending away because the word forgiveness means a great sending away. And we're asking for that right now, Lord, that there'd be a great sending away of whatever is in our flesh, whatever sin is sitting on our flesh that's causing us to pull back instead of pushing into. The thing that we're procrastinating about is a way of estranging ourselves. The thing that we haven't made a decision on, where we're frozen, is a way of estranging ourselves. God, forgive us. Forgive us for doing that. There's many things you've told us to do where we're stuck and where we haven't been moving into because of fear. We shouldn't be doing our own thing. We ask forgiveness for where we do our own thing right now cleans us in Jesus' name. Now we're going to do this a little bit different. So each one of these steps, first of all, is, you know, I don't want to assume everybody knows to do what we just did. But before you go into prayer, you clean house. You're like, I'm not going to pray in something in their life. I'm not doing. So you make sure, because part of the power of the rivers of water flowing out of you is the fact that you're free in that area. And so you still might need to deal with it, but you dealt with it in the Spirit. Now we're ready to pray. So I want you to ask God right now, who are the people that he's revealed to you that it's been so painful that you might have backed off from prayers from or that they're still lurking out there and they're estranging themselves. And it just seems too hard, too much, too little, too late within ourselves. Lord, we've entered a place of unbelief. Forgive us for that. But in any case, who are those people that come to your mind? And I want you to name them. All right. So get ready for him to download some people. Now, I'll just give you an example. I've been praying for my father for years, but not like it should be. Right? There was a time that it was on it, on it, and not so much on it, then on it, on it, right? Because it'll wear you out if you get into the flesh at all. So who are those people for you? Thank you, Lord Jesus. I'm going to have the band come and just get ready. Hallelujah. Because I don't want to just flip out any names. Just give us a little bit of time here to think. This whole world is trying to estrange itself from God and man. The whole world wants its own desire and its pretext to break out against all wise and sound judgment. The next verse says a self-confident fool has no delight in understanding, but only in revealing his personal opinions and himself. That's also a way of estranging. When you just make it about yourself, but you're not able to handle people or God. Thank you, Lord Jesus. We're getting ready. And I'm going to ask that we do something just as a type. And it's, you know, if you're willing to do it. And that is you stand on their behalf at the altar. You stand near the well. You stand in the spot that has been cultured and you name their name. For there's no name written among men under heaven whereby we must be saved, but the name of Jesus. So we come in the name of Jesus and we name the names you've assigned to us, God. On the mainland we're ruling and reigning. We climb up into the tower to see more and to see those things painful as they are. We choose to see them and bring them to the altar. Bring them to the well where they need healing. Bring them to the altar where they need fire. So as you get your names, just come step forward. See, I want you to know all heaven pays attention to these kinds of prayers. All of a sudden the angels are like, all right, what are we doing? What is about to be invoked? What next thing do we have to rearrange? What? Who Lord God? Who? Show us. Ask of me and I will give you the nations as an inheritance. You said, oh God, you said that as we've climbed up into the tower on behalf of the mainland and we're standing there repeating things that you have said on their behalf. We name their name or names and those of you watching at home, name their names. No fear. It's not about you being disappointed if things don't look like they've changed. It's about a person's soul. Get out of the way of all the control. Get out of the way of trying to take on the emotion of it. We're just speaking on behalf of God and we're naming names. That no soldier would be left behind. That none would be left behind, oh God. That the blindness on the eyes, Lord, we ask forgiveness. Your word says the blinders fall off through repentance. Well, they're so blind they can't repent. We repent on their behalf. Lord, get some movement. We ask forgiveness and mercy. We ask, Lord God, that you have mercy on their soul and their mind in the name of Jesus. As part of covenant, no different than we would stand for deliverance. As part of covenant, no difference than we would stand for health. All of those different things. We stand for the soul. We stand for the people, the names we are naming. Forgive us, Lord God, for taking on the control of it and the weight of it. We roll the care of it over onto you. Our thoughts line up with your will and we go to war on their behalf. Those that are on the run, those that have estranged themselves, those who have pulled back, those that are in their own desires seeking it, trying to bury themselves away from the presence of the living God in drugs, alcohol, sexual sin, whatever they're burying themselves with, Lord God, that they would be loose this day, that the heat of your love and your anointing come on the situation. That their ears be opened. We ask forgiveness for the sins that they're involved in. Forgive them, Lord God. Forgive them, Lord God, in so many ways they don't know what they're doing. But forgive, Lord God, when they're making choices. When they're making choices. Bring them back around again, Lord God. And you'll find out when you pray, if pain inside of you is connected to their story and it gets too like, I just can't do this. That's a you issue that needs to be healed. You're posturing yourself in the wrong way. You're taking it personal when they're under the power of the demonic realm and the power of sin. You can't personalize that. We call to them. Come home. Come home. Come home. Those who have wondered, those who have estranged themselves, sons and daughters, your word says in Psalms 91, that strangers will even carry them home. Come home. We pray that, Lord, the Lord of the harvest pray for souls. Lord, we enter your office and we ask that you would send harvesters if they're out of state. If they're not in our presence, Lord God, that there would be no escape. No matter where they went, they'd see Jesus. There he is again, Jesus. They'd see it. They'd feel the Holy Spirit. There'd be people that would be sent along their path saying the same things over and over. The call of God on their behalf. Open up the heavenlies for this to happen, Lord God.
