Earlier this year, our Supreme Court passed some of the most momentous decisions in the court's history. The reversal of Roe v. Wade may be the most recognized, but several other influential rulings were handed down as well. Many of these rulings have affirmed and strengthened our constitutional rights, so it is important that we understand these rights and be the better prepared to defend and assert them! James Dickey from Upper Midwest Law Center is joining us to explain how these rulings can have an effect in our local communities. James has a strong background in constitutional study, and currently serves as Senior Trial Counsel at the Upper Midwest Law Center (https://www.umlc.org) with a focus on constitutional litigation.
